My friend and I loved this place. I got a cookie and she got the cinnamon roll! You would never know it is gluten free strictly with a taste test. Staff are so nice and accommodating as well!
I am recently gluten free and it is so nice to be able to be able to go somewhere where I could eat everything! I was feeling so discouraged being gluten free.
I ordered a gluten-free margarita pizza (gluten sensitive) and it was delicious! A little overcooked in my opinion, but I also understand that it’s hard to work with GF dough when it has barely any moisture. I’ve never been to a pizza place where I could choose either a traditional GF crust or Cauliflower Crust. If I’m back in KC I will want to see how the Cauliflower crust is!!
I absolutely love catering our company events with BibiBop. We have folks who are gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and vegan. Everyone can enjoy a great meal with BibiBop catering. They are very easy to work with and the food is healthy and delicious!
Eaten here before and it was great, however this time I got food from them-the picture shows- how much the quantity of an almost $10 salad was. In can't have gluten and said that but they didn't adhere to that...and my medium rare steak was super well done.
My all time favorite Indian food restaurant. Love their lunch buffet! Love their garlic naan, chai tea and mango lassi. Very easy to eat gluten free there, if needed. Every item we've tried on the menu is flavorful and rich and comforting. It's 45 minutes away from where we live but if we're going out for Indian food we always head to Seva!
I enjoy this restaurant every time I visit KC. The decor is inviting, cheerful and natural. The restaurant is very clean and crisp. I especially appreciate the many live plants.
The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. They pay special attention to allergies and take them seriously. I ordered takeout tonight and Grace was very attentive to my meal as it was being made. As a note, they have gluten free buns, but they do contain milk (the staff did a great job of telling me). I made the choice to try the buns and can attest that there is a significant enough amount of diary to cause a reaction. They have plenty of options if you have food allergies.
Also, they use avocado oil and olive oil to cook.
Started coming here because it is a spitting image of another pizza company where I went to college. Who doesn't love an unlimited topping pizza for a decent price? Employees have always done a great job, they're always very friendly here. One time I came in a few min early for an online order, and they were pulling mine out but it had a big hole! They remade it ASAP, and were super apologetic about the wait. They were slammed that night too. The only downside is they don't have options for those with gluten intolerance (salad will be cross contaminated).
As a girl with a german grandmother and someone who loves eating german cuisine, this is the most authentic in the KC area. Always delicious and transports me back to Ansbach each bite. Family favorite, including my mom who has a gluten allergy!
I had always wanted to try this place. I was beyond disappointed. The sushi had brown rice which I don’t like. I saw other people’s food and they had white so it would have been nice to know I had a choice since ALL rice is gluten free. I asked for gluten-free soy sauce and was assured it was but then had a reaction later so it obviously wasn’t. None of the workers were friendly nor welcoming. What truly turned my stomach was watching workers fill water glasses by literally pressing the water pitcher down on each glass where people drink thus spreading germs. I appreciate music and a good vibe but it was obnoxiously loud. Super HARD pass.
Nice place to get a burger and specialty fries. Freddy's Sauce is really good and a great twist on the shoestring fries they serve. Our Food was served relatively fast and hot. They offer a lettuce wrap for all the sandwiches for those with a gluten allergy. If you like Sunday's, they have a pretty good Turtle Sunday.
We love Spin! The pizza is amazing and flexible enough to accommodate the family's Gluten Free eating. Always a fun experience with a smart and attentive staff. Bravo, Spin!
Good amount of gluten-free options, including actually-good GF toast (still rare!), and a selection of desserts. The service and atmosphere were lovely. The prices were a bit steep for the type of food and drink offered, but ultimately, it was understandable given the location and likely overhead costs.
My favorite food item was the mushroom-beet toast. Haven't had anything like it before, and I was pleasantly surprised!
We were able to sit outside and if you are worrying about gluten allergy, this restaurant takes great care to keep the prep stations separate to keep from cross contamination.
The food here is absolutely amazing, and the service is wonderful as well! Everything is vegan, and there are a couple of menu items that can be made gluten free, or are already gluten free! It's a great place to go if you want comfort food like burgers or chicken fingers!
The girl who took my order over the phone was well educated on Celiac and advised me that their gluten free pizza crusts are pre packaged and that they change gloves before preparing them. They do go in the same oven but they are placed on a clean plate which is great! They're gluten free pizza is awesome, awesome customer service too!
Delicious food, great service. It's a very casual atmosphere but very comfortable. They do offer a gluten free penne pasta option. Cheese tortellini with cream sauce was amazing and the cannoli very good. I'm definitely going back!
I ordered a half MIXED GREENS salad with steak & no cheese. It came out with cheese so I sent it back because I’m literally allergic to gluten & dairy. I came to this restaurant thinking they were mindful. It came back out after my fiancé finished his meal. I was so upset I didn’t eat it. (Not their fault) however I am eating it today & there is no mixed greens just huge pieces of romaine lettuce & there is no grilled asparagus. Pretty disappointing since it was an $18 salad. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just go ahead & comp it or give a discount if they didn’t have the ingredients to make the salad & messed up my order. I am a people pleaser, hate confrontation, & choke up when I’m upse but They could clearly see I didn’t even touch the salad.
Courtney was amazing, she answered all my questions and didn’t seem annoyed. I felt bad about all I asked. I’m gluten free. She was beyond helpful, I’d recommend Courtney if you go into the zona Rosa Red Robin . She’s awesome!!! She’ll deal with your crazy questions. I don’t even know her so this is a true review.
I had the steak & greens bowl; it was amazing. It’s a hidden KC gem for sure.
I ordered a salted caramel cookie for the road; it didn’t disappoint. Ah-mazing.
Also, they have gluten free dessert items!!! 😍
I had the eggs benedict and it was amazing! I normally can’t have it because most places make the hollandaise sauce using wheat. But the farmhouse makes it gluten free! Amazing!!
Josiah was great server, the food was great. Our daughter 15, had lasagne, my spouse had Fra diavolo, and I gluten free pasta w/marinara. All was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

We live in the neighborhood and have eaten here a handful of times, all to the same conclusion. This place is fine but massively overpriced. In spite of being lovingly reviewed, it’s really nothing to write home about. It is not a spot I would take friends visiting from out of town, but I have gone back repeatedly to try their rotating menu and more of their drink list. Nothing - and I mean nothing- has hit it out of the park, which is a bit upsetting at this price point. The service has been fine every time and some of the dishes are good (although most leave us wanting for something) but none are even remotely worth the price. As a chef myself, I can confirm the upcharge is extreme at this restaurant.
The restaurant claims to have gluten and dairy free options but also asks that you don’t make substitutions and we have found that many of the items labeled “gluten free” on the website are actually not and can only be made gluten free with the omission of significant portions of the presentation. Basically you get half the overpriced dish to make it gluten free- like ice cream and a cookie without the cookie. Frustrating snd misleading and this situation applies to about half their “gluten free” menu.
Fresh, great quality food, easy to order kiosk, huge selection of customization, both gluten and dairy free menu options clearly displayed, wonderful friendly staff!
What an amazing find! After reading Lisa See’s book, The Tea Girl of Hummingbird Lane last year, I’ve been wanting to taste Pu-erh tea. I was pleasantly surprised to find it at Shang’s Tea House in Kansas City!! I had a cup of the White Tea Pu-erh and it did not disappoint! I also had the unique experience of tasting a moon cake too, which was very good. (I got a gluten free one). The owner of the store was onsite and was very warm and welcoming!! If you’re visiting downtown Kansas City and want a unique experience, definitely visit this store located in the Crown Center plaza!!
My wife and I have had many meals here. They are clear and intentional about gluten free options and how they handle them, which I appreciate. When it comes to Southern food it's generally something I avoid as flour is so central to what makes it great.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in Kansas City! They have a number of vegetarian and gluten free options, and their food is outstanding. The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing (love their rooftop seating), and the staff is the best! They even remade my order for free when I forgot to ask for it without cheese (dairy allergy). 10/10 recommended this place!
Great atmosphere! Lots of natural light & cute plants.
- Serves Messenger coffee.
- Espresso machine: La Marzocco Linea Classic.
- Food options: Bakery items (including gluten friendly options) and a full menu which looks ideal for brunch.
- Pet friendly; there’s a dog park out front.
- Seating: Efficient seating indoors; although the building is small the seating didn’t feel crowded. There’s lots of outdoor seating too.
A group of us decided to order pizza for our break at work last night. One of the group has ciliac disease and must have gluten free so I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza for him. I told the person taking the order that I was ordering the cauliflower pizza for someone that had a gluten allergy. There was something wrong with the pizza because he became very ill later that night and was still extremely ill the day after. My friend (I hope he remains my friend) had to go home from work and loose a day of overtime pay due to this. I will not be ordering from this restaurant again and dont recommend anyone with a gluten allergy ever eat here.
Staff are great. Food is always good! Best gluten free dairy free hamburger in town.
Manager on duty is always delivering hot fries and great service! Thank you!
I’m not a BBQ expert, but it was GREAT and all their meats and sauces are gluten free!! They also have WiFi, added bonus for the work traveler looking to work and eat!
I have a mixed feelings on this restaurant. I've been here twice. The first time, just me & my husband, and we had a lovely date night with great food! The table was far too small to share water glasses, drinks, an app & our main plates so that was annoying but whatever.
The second time was this weekend. We had a party of 7 and 2 at the table have Celiac (gluten allergy). The menu at first glance was clearly labeled, but it turns out that while it's clearly labeled, no care was taken to ensure that it was CORRECTLY labeled. Both of the people with Celiac left and were very sick for the next 24-36 hours due to the misrepresentation on the menu. Our service wasn't great - he came to the table to take food & drink orders, but didn't return to ask about refills or even check in on the food. He only returned to take my credit card.
I will give this place a 3rd chance and update my review accordingly.

I absolutely love the fact that this place has everything on the menu that can be gluten-free! This is absolutely phenomenal! 💯 I am gluten intolerant. So, to find a restaurant that offers this is wonderful! Thank you so much!!! 😊
Having gluten free, dairy free empanadas was nice. The chicken was tasty, but the beef was too salty and tasted like cheap taco beef. I only had 2 and I think 4 would make a decent meal, but a bit expensive for what it was.
I have twice ordered a butter burger with a gluten free bun in the drive thru but never gotten the bun. Food is always good and the diet root beer is the best.
