Overall, the atmosphere is fairly nice with very kind and friendly wait staff. True Food Kitchen has a well rounded menu with accommodates for vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan with clearly labled dishes for such. Additionally, the flavor profile is fairly diverse so if you are vegan like me, you will not be restricted to a single option and have a few choices to make.

Delicious Korean fusion spot, with a great gluten free selection. Staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and guiding me to both gluten free and dairy free options (the latter not too hard in Asian cuisine). The portions are large and an appetizer and main dish some could be shared amongst friends depending on how hungry you are.

The cashier was forced to watch me be indecisive for 10 minutes about what I wanted to order. Did it with a smile. Now that’s service. Probably gonna fill up my bathtub with that gluten free Mac and cheese.
