Very large room, well kept and clean. Menu with typical dishes and a wide choice of pizzas also with wholemeal and gluten-free dough! We went on a Saturday evening so the place was very busy and some pizzas arrived late and a couple were not well cooked but overall a place to keep in mind in the area around Crema!
Food Factory, tried with friends for the first time, (Friday 26 April 2024) a very well-kept and welcoming place. It looks good IMMEDIATELY, with a large car park and just before the entrance a well-lit corner with sofas and armchairs to smoke a cigarette after eating, in complete tranquility. As soon as you enter you are greeted by 2 very kind young ladies of good professionalism and very attentive throughout the dinner. The kindness of the staff is disarming. The menu selectable from QR on the table winks at technology, in a classic context with candles on the tables, a contrasting, brilliant and welcome dualism. The gastronomic offer is quite varied and ranges from pizzas (in different types), to burgers, to more refined dishes. IN PARTICULAR the offer of PIZZAS: classic and Neapolitan for the most demanding also GOURMET. All offered with quality ingredients with attention to allergens. Dough leavened for up to 72 hours on a "scrocchia" basis, or on a rice or gluten-free basis, in short, the paradise of high quality pizzas. Also the EXCELLENT SWEETS to be enjoyed absolutely. In the general context, a place worth trying and returning to, FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES. I recommend booking as there aren't many places. Two notes to point out, the bathrooms should be better marked, some plastic plans that are out of place and some paintings a little out of context, all easily improvable. 100% JACK RECENZO RECOMMENDED
While passing through Cremona we chose a celiac-friendly restaurant for my sister and we went
Very well,. Central area, clean environment, excellent food, gluten-free pizza, excellent friendly staff, highly recommended
Called before arriving at the restaurant asking if they had a "restaurant" for lunch and after the affirmative answer on the phone we decided to go. Once we entered the restaurant we were told that on Sunday lunch they ONLY do pizza. We order three out of four gluten-free pizzas. The base of the pizza is the ready-made one from Schar, and also badly cooked since it was a little raw. Scarcity of tomato and the lactose-free mozzarella truly inedible. Also ordered a vegetarian pizza specifying twice without mozzarella, and when it arrived it obviously had mozzarella and so we sent it back, and brought it back with raw courgettes on top.
The gluten free pizza was good though.
Last negative note, the unprofessional and unkind staff, bordering on rude.
Top raw materials
Care and attention for food allergy problems
Top quality meat
Excellent pizza, not to mention the goodness of the lactose and gluten-free desserts
