I have a gluten allergy, telling workers I have a gluten allergy to this day makes me nervous. I'm always scared they will be super annoyed, and who could blame them really? But at blaze they are always so chill about it. They have never made me feel like they are annoyed and they always are super kind about it. That means alot for me, it takes a huge part of the stress of eating out with a gluten allergy away. I love Blaze for this and it works for my whole family so I never have to feel like I'm dragging everyone somewhere they don't wanna go to accommodate me. LOVE BLAZE 4 LYFE🫶🏼🧡

I ordered gluten free pizza to go, and it was very undercooked. The gluten free pizzas are also baked with all the others, which defeats the purpose for those with allergies. The restaurant was also very dirty. One restroom was out of order, and the other was absolutely filthy. I would not order from here again due to cleanliness issues and poor food quality.

So glad I found this place! Their gluten free pizza crust was absolutely delicious. Nice texture and the topping are good quality. The hand tossed crust is also great. This is definitely where to go when you want an authentic, old fashioned pizza place. Service was friendly and attentive and our food came out fast. Absolutely recommend to gluten free or allergen concerned folk and anyone who just wants a good, classic pizza.

Always a good pizza or calzone. Toppings are edge to edge in the pie, with the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Gluten-free crust is the very best one we have tried. Orders come out quickly, even at busy times.

My wife and I try to support local, but not sure if we'll go back. Waited a while for a table, then another 10-15 minutes for our waitress first meeting, then 20 min for a simple order of fries, side salad and 8 bone-IN wings. It wasn't busy (5:30p Friday). However, what actually arrived was bone-LESS wings (breaded chicken nuggets). I asked the server when she brought it, and she said "that's all they had". Well why not come back to us FIRST to let us know, so we can possibly change the order?! And my wife couldn't even eat them because of the breading and her gluten free restrictions. Which is why we ordered the bone-in! Then topping it off, they added a 2.5% "convenience fee" on the ticket as we paid CASH! Ridiculous and not acceptable. Sorry Hoss.

After having a terrible experience at a neighboring pizzeria next door , my friends and I decided to go into Little Cesars and if I could give 6 stars I would. Absolutely impeccable service from everybody there. My friend with celiac was taken care of to the highest quality. They made her food away from everything else so no cross contamination, and even put it on the top rack of the oven so nothing drips. It was clearly made to order so took a little longer then usual which was not an issue for us but they felt bad and let us take a free 2 L soda and free sauces. Can not say enough great things about this place. Whoever was working the night of Sep 20 at 230 AM deserves a raise.

Actually, we used Johnny Bruscos to cater our daughters wedding, which was for us a destination wedding in Knoxville Tennessee. The service was exemplary! The food, delicious! Beau, the owner personally delivered everything directly to our venue in record time the food was warm and delicious! Everything he did was above and beyond!! One of our guests was gluten free so Beau was able to help accommodate his dietary needs. We highly recommend them for their catering, as well as for dine in. Our guests gave us rave reviews about the food!!

My husband and I have gone to PP for over fifty years. The food is excellent. I had never had their salads until a while back. I have to eat gluten free accordingly to my Dr. Salads are great blue cheese dressing is fabulous. Bring cash, no debit/credit cards. Well worth the inconvenience.
