Love the cider flights and the desserts were especially great! Gluten free and vegetarian options available. Individual non gendered washrooms. I recommend making a reservation if you are going for dinner.
The Bare Naked Lady is the most perfectly deconstructed sandwich!! Not going to lie, as someone who requires gluten free, I am usually pretty particular about a sandwich involving bread and being able to hold it. When I learned there is no gluten free bread option, but there is an option, I went for it because I wanted all the Buzzy's flavours even if I couldn't hold it as a sandwich. So good! The best deconstructed sandwich I've ever had!
Fantastic place ! Great coffee, great food and amazing staff. Vegan and gluten free friendly! I felt like giving hugs to everyone in the place đŸ˜…. We spent 2 rainy days on the island and spent lots of time here. Keep the good vibes going guys ! đŸ’›

We love the inn, the kids especially enjoy the milk shakes - they are yummy and beyond generous I size. Great food selection even for gluten free, and the service is on the spot.

Great meal and service. I had the Tuna Bowl, it’s an Asian style poke dish which tasted wonderful and very filling. I had an Ukrainian donkey ( Moscow Mule), very light, refreshing drink made with Vodka, ginger beer and lime. This will be a favourite from now on. Mmmmmmm good. Meal and beverage was $32.00 plus tip. What I would expect to pay for dinner.
Although there were Gluten Free options, many more dishes could have very minor adjustments for those patrons to have more choices. It’s approximately 1/5 of people that have these restrictions.
NOT great for people who are Celiac if looking for something to eat. Our server was clear that it would be very risky if Celiac due to the potential in the kitchen for cross-contamination. Very sad as we drove from Ganges to eat there, thinking there were a number of GF options (per the reviews and menu) - had no other food options in the area before taking the ferry back to Victoria. HOWEVER, the London Fog and Salt Spring Cider was very good and it was a nice place to be to wait for the ferry. We had a table next to the window which had a lovely view. Appreciated the honesty of our server.
Loved it. We visited in June 2024 because they have a gluten-free option I could eat. Big portions, lots of fries and great coleslaw. It's a small rustic place but you're right on the water's edge.
Very nice and cozy restaurant. They provide many gluten-free options such as noodles and rice flour for their fried foods (like calamari-yum!). They make a delicious chowder and their crab cakes are thick and hearty. Very family friendly.
The food is really lovely. We shared between two of us a bottle of wine, two rolls of sushi, an eggplant appetizer and salmon & chips. It was a lovely amount of food that had us both stuffed, but happy. That’s why I put down $100 per person because that’s what it came to - but the dishes are in the $20-40 range.
We loved the eggplant appetizer. It was glazed in a really nice umami sauce. Sushi was fresh and served with a nice pickled ginger.
The salmon was phenomenal. Juicy, crispy (GLUTEN FREE!!), and the fries beautifully seasoned. The coleslaw was a generous portion and a perfect addition.
Would definitely recommend this place, and recommend a reservation if you can! We sat outside which was very nice but next time would like to try the dining room as the atmosphere inside seems nice (and cool).
Incredible food, ocean views, super nice owner. What's not to like?
Oh and The waffles were AMAZING!
thankyou for the gluten free options too. You made my son's day.
Walked in. Found a cute table for two at the back. Lovely atmosphere and cozy spot. We had the vegan feast and asked for gluten free which was happily accommodated.
