I came to Rita's specifically because I knew they had gluten-free pizzas. And I wasn't disappointed.
On the one hand, the pizza was very good (it's been a year since I'd eaten pizza, thank you, Rita).
But we also discovered a super cool restaurant, very well located on the harbor; you eat facing the boats.
And the servers are very attentive.
I highly recommend it.
Cute little shop with great food. They also have gluten-free options, such as muffins, cakes, and bread. The service was very friendly, and the terrace is also very nice.
We got some very tasty sandwiches with chips, even the gluten-free ones (and chips) were very good. The spectacular desserts, they looked like they had just come out of the pastry shop. The service is good, except that the waiters often take advantage of it by making comments that we cannot rightly understand. We requested tap water (tap water) instead of bottled water, and the waiter insisted many times on letting us consume the bottled one... whoever wants to know, let him know.
Apart from this very nice and comfortable environment, highly recommended.
Little bubble of disconnection in the pretty village of Pigna. In the maze of alleys, this garden café with a breathtaking view, ready for contemplation while sipping its homemade iced tea. As long as your table neighbors respect the peaceful atmosphere of the place, and you are in paradise! The menu is suitable Vegan, vegetarian, organic, gluten-free. The service is fast and the team is keen to share daily news with you.
Restaurant prepared for celiac disease, where gluten-free dishes are indicated on the menu and where there are various suitable options (even desserts). There are also vegetarian options. Nice atmosphere on the outside patio.
Great place to be! Tasty food, friendly staff!
We started with grilled octopus with parsley and vegetables, and baked cannelloni aubergine with local cheese and tomatoes. Both starters were incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked.
For our main course, we enjoyed the daily catch of fresh fish and a recommended meat dish. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were evident in every bite, making these dishes stand out.
The highlight of our meal was the dessert. We indulged in a pavlova cake and a special chocolate cake, both gluten-free and absolutely delectable. While the pavlova was a bit dry and difficult to cut, the special chocolate cake was rich and satisfying.
Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area!
We leave Nymphea full and happy.
Everything was excellent, the menu changes regularly, only fresh products and above all full of flavors on the plates. The menu is vegan, and the gluten-free desserts are just what we were looking for. We tasted the sandwich, a bowl and a delicious lemon dessert.
The owners are also very friendly, the atmosphere is colorful and relaxed. Go there with your eyes closed 👌, we hope to have the opportunity to come back soon.
top! Stopping here for breakfast was truly a blessing! The very kind owner prepared me a gluten-free breakfast!!! Excellent with ham
The prices are very honest

Gorgeous supermarket, coffee shop and book shop. The coffee shop is bright and airy with a huge range of healthy options. The only place so far that does oat milk so I can finally have my coffee!! Stopped off for coffee and gluten free cake and will be back. They also sell fresh detox juices with all the options you would expect for vitality.
in the center of porto vecchio a very nice place and the girls very kind. they know well what celiac disease is and they manage it well with the buckwheat crepes cleaning everything. they are very willing to make them being careful about contamination. thanks for everything. and above all they are very good. very good.
A sublime lunch!!!
A particularly pleasant welcome and a superb surprise when I ask the restaurant owner if they have a gluten-free option and wonderfully the answer is yes: “we can make gluten-free pasta”.
We had a blast! The dishes are copious, the desserts delicious.
The chef in the kitchen is also very nice.
A huge thank you for this extremely pleasant moment!
Remember to book because the room is small but super pleasant and well decorated!
A restaurant where you feel good 🤗
Our group had a highly enjoyable lunch at this charming restaurant. The waiter was friendly and volunteered information on every item on the menu, making it possible for a gluten-sensitive member of our party to order the right dish. My 7-hour lamb was superb, as was the house hamburger (with a homemade mustard-mayonnaise) and lasagne. Table water fresh from the town fountain was a nice touch.
Small lunch break after a well-deserved and very pleasant walk in the Spelunca gorges. Very friendly welcome, very reasonable prices and a special vegan and gluten-free dish which may be important for those with intolerances. Impeccable quantity and quality of dishes, the children loved the burger.
To recommend without moderation.
We look forward to seeing you again on our next walk.
i swear this is the best meal i’ve ever had! i got the beef with red wine sauce and it was incredible! the owner and wait staff are so sweet and welcoming! they have extensive knowledge of gluten free items on their menu and also have gluten free bread! i wish i lived here so i could come back over and over
We ate a Gluten Free Paella there.
the boss came to get us all the spices and sauces so that we could check the composition together.
Perfect for the Celiac community.
Fredo and Barbara's pizzeria is a must-visit! Never disappointed, always well received!
Everything is excellent: delicious dishes, succulent desserts, and of course, the gluten-free pizzas, which are a real plus!
Very reasonable prices for a quality that hasn't diminished in years.
Welcome, food, service, nothing to complain about. Everything is perfect!
Consume without moderation!
An unexpected culinary highlight of two weeks in Corsica. Nommy courgette fritters, an herbaceous and generously portioned Croque and a goat cheese salad full of delicious local ingredients. Bonus points for the restaurant having gluten free bread on hand 👏
Probably the best restaurant during a 2 week Corsica holiday! We found it by chance on the way to the canoe tour, which is also recommended. Large selection of vegan and gluten-free dishes. The pakoras were amazing! I ended up ordering significantly more than planned. Free parking space. Fantastic sea view (reserve a front row seat if necessary). Super friendly service (English not a problem either). It's a shame we only discovered it towards the end of our holiday.
We stayed one night at this property in a quadruple room. Location a few km from the port. Clean room with private bathroom and TV. Excellent restaurant with gluten-free option.
Very nice discovery! In addition they have adapted to impeccable gluten-free. Serious service but with a touch of humor. And the beautiful view of the port!
I recommend the octopus which was super good!
Great place for breakfast, lunch or takeaway. Lots of gluten-free/vegetable options that are really nice because you can't find them everywhere! And a super pleasant waitress, smiling and who takes her time to prepare things for you. THANKS !
Amazing food, and incredible friendly service. The Thai Green Curry was one of the best I’ve had. Lots of gluten free options as well for my lovely partner. She had the Massaman and said it was the best she’s ever had. I think she might love this restaurant more than she loves me
Very nice surprise, excellent meal, the servers Manon and Francky are smiling and helpful. Little extra for the gluten-free chestnut fondant😁, with a magnificent view of the port. A repeat without hesitation !
After being rudely rejected when asking for gluten free options at two restaurants in the area, chez papou welcomed us without a second thought. The server was super friendly, spoke fluent English and never made me feel like a bother. Thanks for saving our night.
Very nice location, friendly waiters. I have celiac disease and was able to eat a salad safely without gluten, but there were other suitable options too (mostly all grilled meat and fish dishes). The cheeses for dessert were also very good, but unfortunately there were no gluten-free beers.
The owners and waiters were very kind and welcoming. The owner helped me as I am coeliac and translated all the items on the menu and explained which ones I could eat. The food was amazing and beautifully presented and the atmosphere inside the restaurant was so interesting, it felt like eating somewhere magical with beautiful decorations and antiques everywhere.
BARNY'S atmosphere is impeccable. Have been on two dinner visits there now. The food is quite ok, but nothing more. Ordered steak there today. Ordered medium, it was cooked longer. Not a gastronomic experience, then. The waiters were friendly and did their best. My wife needed gluten-free food. They had good control over this. At least the chef apparently, as they came back and said the sauce was made with flour. So they cut it out. French fries were also made in their own oil, we were told. Abrupt!
Real and authentic catering professionals.
Great welcome, extraordinary cuisine, very elaborate dishes.
Gluten-free bread if needed!
A mash with smoked flavors that is too good.
The restaurant has several parts. They seated us in a quieter one with a small balcony and a beautiful view. They offer affordable pizzas (unsuitable for me due to gluten), but they pleased us with fish and lamb with mashed potatoes with truffles, vegetable cake and polenta, and finally a local specialty gluten-free chestnut cake. Very nice service, nice even to the dog we were with. The toilet is outside their space, but not far away.
It’s always a pleasure to come to Piazetta.
This restaurant has been my Calvais landmark for me for almost 10 years.
I go there at least twice per stay to enjoy it!
You will sit in a magnificent, quiet square to enjoy tasty specialties generously served.
I recommend Broconcini with cream (rosé cooking) or the spaghetti with prawns (I haven't tasted them because they are gluten-free but they are supposedly incredible).
The welcome is always extremely pleasant.
Thank you for the consistent quality for years!!!
And the delicious chestnut digestive which is a pleasure to enjoy to conclude the delicious meal.
I recommend this address which for me (as for many) is THE PLACE TO BE in Calvi.
Remember to arrive early because places are expensive and no advance reservations ;)
A very nice address in Calvi that I had never tried and it's a shame because it really was a nice surprise.
The room inside is very pleasant, well decorated…
The welcome is very friendly, it was a little less so at the end of the meal but it's linked to a communication error: a digestive was kindly offered to us, we were waiting for it and suddenly we were said that it was time to vacate the table, something which of course we understand because we are in peak season... just a detail.
The Poke bowl was delicious, generous and well seasoned with quality products.
The tiramisu was huge and apparently delicious (I didn't taste it because I can't eat gluten).
An address where from now on I will enjoy going and which I note among my favorites in Calvi!!!
Remember to book!!!
A rediscovery that I am delighted with!!!! I highly recommend the address.
I hadn't come for many years because I had been disappointed several times but now, frankly, I'm under the spell again!
The service is extremely pleasant and attentive.
The choice of starters/mains/desserts is tempting and very varied.
On the plate it is generous, beautifully presented, perfectly seasoned. It is a pleasure for the eyes but also for the taste buds.
Tested as a starter: salmon tartare / as a main course: sea bass accompanied by a delicious risotto and pan-fried vegetables.
No problem if you can't eat gluten.
Price-wise of course it's a bit expensive but the quality/price ratio in my opinion for Corsica is excellent so I have nothing to say.
Remember to make a reservation to have the pleasure of dining with your feet in the sand and I recommend that you ask for a table at the end of the restaurant entrance to enjoy the sunset.
Superb setting. Very well eaten with dishes of good proportion and very good taste quality. As a celiac sufferer, taking the gluten-free diet into account was perfect.
