We returned to this restaurant to celebrate the birthday of a celiac friend of mine, where we had already been in the past. Unfortunately, compared to the previous time, the service has definitely gotten worse. The location is nice overall, with the terrace definitely more pleasant than the interior, which is a bit dated. The service, however, left a lot to be desired: if it hadn't been for one or two more attentive and professional waiters, the experience would have been even more disappointing. The waitress who served us made several mistakes in the order, forgetting the wine and, even more seriously, bringing a dish containing gluten to the table even though we had clearly indicated the need for gluten-free dishes. Fortunately, knowing the place, we knew that gluten-free dishes are served on plates of a different color, otherwise it would have been a serious problem. Another negative aspect was the way in which the dishes were collected: they were taken away from us while we were still chewing the last bite, which gave a sense of haste and little attention to the customer experience. About the food, nothing to say: we ate well. In our experience, the waiting staff needs more thorough training, especially when it comes to managing special dietary needs.

Okay, everything we had was delicious. I am not a big seafood person overall, but the octopus was cooked great and had a nice flavor. Would recommend even if you don’t eat octopus often. Otherwise the pasta options were all amazing and the restaurant has an amazingly accommodating menu for all dietary considerations (especially gluten free options!)

I ate an excellent gluten-free and lactose-free four seasons pizza. I liked it because it was light, not very fatty and not very salty as sometimes happens. According to those who tried the "normal" pizza it was really good. The service was impeccable and fast. The girl in the dining room was welcoming and nice. The choice of pizzas is wide, vegan and gluten-free options also for appetizers, desserts and more. Air conditioning present.

A Delightful Surprise! Though I don't live nearby, I recently visited Pizzeria Il Grissino with coworkers and was positively surprised! The pizza is very good, not thick and it's great they offer a gluten-free option. The desserts were extraordinary! Definitely a place worth seeking out if you happen to be nearby. Staff was very nice!!

We had lunch today in this very nice place both inside and out, the food is great both with gluten and without gluten. We are talking about the gluten-free tagliatelle with delicious wild boar ragù and elephant ear with spectacular baked potatoes, the meat is very tender and of excellent quality. Very kind staff. Delicious, historic restaurant-pizzeria like you don't find in Milan anymore. Relaxing, without design trinkets, without false pretensions. Family-run, and the entire team is uniquely kind and friendly. Discreet and smiling. Choice of pizza base, also to take away, between classic, whole wheat and gluten-free, another rare gem - and which is not "overpriced" like in many other places. A certainty for almost ten years!

Walked here with all of our luggage from Milano Centrale train station due to their menu saying they have gluten free options. They were kind enough to let us sit down and bring in all of our luggage. Unfortunately when we got there, they informed us that they have nothing gluten free, even though the menu in the restaurant and online stated they have gf options. They apologized for the inconvenience, but we hope they update their menu!

A nice alternative to a lunch/dinner/culinary break. Meatballs of all kinds, savory or sweet. All available gluten-free, not banal nor taken for granted in 2024 unfortunately. The staff is very friendly and also available to advise newcomers to meatball combos. The atmosphere is excellent. A place that, in my opinion, was needed in Milan. Highly recommended.

Wonderful experience, managed by the entire restaurant staff in a super way! We were there to celebrate the return of the chicken creek, and they welcomed us upstairs, a floor reserved all for us! We also appreciated the willingness to make the experience unforgettable, with a prank played on our friend @cuginorap, the one who fought to have the return of the chicken creek. Now let's talk about the chicken creek sandwich.. The sandwich is truly sensational, the juicy chicken and with super crunchy bacon.. We had the sandwich twice! It was really too good! We also had a celiac friend of ours. We discovered that at the old di cassala they have a kitchen specifically just for celiacs, so our friend was able to eat with us without feeling sick, incredible and sensational! What can I say, the OLD WILD WEST CASSALA deserves a 10 and praise! 10 for the service 10 for the location 10 for the friendliness 10 for having met all our requests

Amazing food, with some excellent risotto choices. The starters are very different from anything we’ve ever had and were delicious. I have coeliac disease, but they are accredited by the AIC, and as everything is rice it’s gluten free. Great to have so many dessert options too! Everything was delicious and we couldn’t fault the service

The place is absolutely not suitable for celiacs and gluten intolerant people. Contacted by email, before attending a birthday party, they say they have a gluten-free offer. Once there, we discover that the gluten-free offer is slices of salami and half a mini burger. I took food elsewhere to allow my son to have dinner as well as the other participants. No place is obliged to offer gluten-free options, but it is enough to say it clearly, celiacs find little/nothing here. Unavailable and annoying staff.

Really welcoming and relaxing place. We spent less than €20 per person for the single dish formula with three choices also taking a drink and a dessert. Excellent variety of vegan desserts with also some gluten-free options, rare to find around. High and satisfying food quality also a choice of top background music to spend a relaxing dinner. At first, we were a bit skeptical because it wasn’t very busy, but we were pleasantly surprised. Our daughter really enjoyed the gluten-free pizza and the brownie. The entire staff was truly attentive and friendly. We were offered a gluten-free appetizer and a small dessert on the house. When we left, they even gave our daughter some gluten-free snacks to take with her. A clear recommendation from us!

Well... Where to start. The pizza was average, but it was not an Italian pizza. We ordered a gluten-free pizza and the dough had no flavor and there was hair on top, totally unpleasant. The atmosphere was not very nice and at one point the manager/owner started yelling at one of the employees who (the employee) had treated us kindly.
