Quality fish'n'chips, have a gluten free fryer so the coeliac in the family didn't miss out. Super busy at peak times. Recommend ordering online for pick up.
Impeccable food and service…highly recommended. Lots of celiac and gluten free options including really good gf Bread and house made butter. Every dish was something you’d look forward to enjoying again.
The food was beautiful, the injera bread was awesome and the staff so kind. Nice to have a whole vegan menu and pretty much everything was gluten free. Will definitely be back!

Had an excellent gluten free fish and chips. GF batter and dedicated fryer produced a delectable, non-greasy batter-dipped fish and accompanying fries. Super helpful wait person too!

What a great experience! It was our first time at Kisa and appreciated our friendly server explaining everything to us, the special care taken with my gluten-free requirement, and truly delicious food. The smacked cucumber was my (surprising) favourite on the menu, and everything was made to perfection, fragrant and tasty. We were a large group at a long table, and even so, we could share conversations across the length of the table - a total plus. We will definitely return to sample the rest of the menu. An absolute highlight of the weekend!
As a really reactive coeliac, I’m always on the lookout for reviews that help me eat safely. I’d love to help out another coeliac! Fratelli was a lovely experience in all aspects! Staff were reassuring polite, and helpful on the phone, and catered for me beautifully. Attentive, polite, and knowledgeable service. Enjoyable atmosphere. Great wine. We ate here for 2 of the 3 nights we were in Wellington. Delicious pasta and pizza, plus sides. I didn’t experience any symptoms and felt secure that no cross contamination would occur. If we visit Wellington again, I’d be keen to go again! It’s rare to feel so safe and I’m frothing for how safe and lovely our evenings were! Thoroughly recommend.

We had our wedding reception here and it went amazingly. Their venue coordinators are excellent and covered everything perfectly. Such an easy venue to book for events.
The sliders were delicious and they clearly marked the gluten free options for our guests.
The rear room (venue room) has great sound and lighting setups which can easily be adjusted as we liked. We will likely hire out again for future events.

The service at T Lounge is great and we enjoy that it is a little different to other restaurants.
Our dishes were beautifully flavoured, and my wife enjoyed that the waffle could be Gluten Free.
Some other guests high tea also looked very nice!
I ordered from here via Uber eats last night. I've recently been diagnosed as celiac, so I can not eat anything with gluten, so I ordered their gluten-free pizza base. When the pizza arrived, it was freezing cold, and half of the entire crust was burnt to a crisp, and the crust was inedible. The pizza was disgusting and I paid an outrageous price ($36.19) for it with no refund. I never had a bad experience with their food before being diagnosed as celiac but this was extremely disappointing and disgusting, I will not be going back.
I had the big cook-up. It was great. I was hungry and it hit the spot. My wife is gluten, dairy, nut, egg free. She ordered the coconut salad and said it was great too. Nice view as well
Despite how busy the resturant was the service was friendly and fast. The food is excellent and plenty of option for vegetarians, vegans, dairy free and/or gluten free individuals. Strongly recommend enjoying a meal here.
I could not recommend this place more! I am gluten free and allergic to sea food and all was accomodate too with ease! They were super lovely and understanding.
Food was super delicious and the amount you were given was great. Super affordable and lovely staff!
Food here is made with love. Well thought out dishes that are layered with flavor. My only criticism is the gluten free bread from the supermarket. Not nice.
Recently returned from a holiday in New Zealand and took a cable car to view the beautiful gardens and on the way back we saw this restaurant as we were so hungry and decided to try it.
I am so glad we did!!!
I ordered the scotch fillett and asked for it to be gluten free with a cappuccino to be lactose free.
The waiters/waitresses are all very lovely and ever so helpful.
When the meal came out I was flabbergasted. It looked absolutely amazing. It was decorated with the most colourful and beautiful edible flowers and when I cut into it, it was like butter! The most tender and delicious steak I have ever had and it was on a stack of vegetables with roast potatoes and mushrooms.
Compliments to the Chef!
It was absolutely delightful! And the price was only $28.00 AMAZING!!! THIS REVIEW IS THE LEAST I COULD DO.
Thank you so very much for making my trip more memorable.
If I ever come back to New Zealand I will make sure I come and eat at your wonderful restaurant. Thanks again
We were a large group and had a set menu Fantastic service by all the staff, food was delicious and there was lots of it. Great value for money. Chef’s catered really well with a gluten/dairy/soy friend. If only I lived closer ! Thanks so much for a great evening
WOW! After asking for a table for 6 and being told it would be at least 15 mins away, Zelda scurried away and made it happen much faster. As we were waiting we were reading the menu concerned the coeliac of the group wouldn’t be able to eat anything. But they other staff told us all but two meals could be accommodated for.
All 6 of us really enjoyed our food, from the chicken salad through to the porridge.
The vibes were chill, we enjoyed our catch up! Zelda was incredible and made us feel so welcome and helped us with the food allergies.
And the coeliac can confirm that their house made sourdough is delicious 🧡 as were all the rest of our meals. I want to have a jar of the marshmallow squares and the candied walnuts 🤤

Delicious Indian food made with care. Owners are very aware and sensitive to food allergens - the menu is clearly marked and the majority of dishes are both gluten and dairy free! And of course, there are plenty of veg and vegan options.
We had the onion bhajis as a starter - delicious and GF/DF! I ordered the goat biryani GF/DF, and my family ordered the roti chenai, butter chicken which they enjoyed also.
Highly recommend for a delicious meal in a relaxed family owned restaurant.
Went to Wildfire on Tory St in Wellington this weekend with our coeliac 5yo. When told about her dietary requirement, they went above and beyond! They made a safe starting platter and a platter of a range of sides, just for her! She was living her best life. They also came out to speak to her and tell us what was in each item and treated her like a princess. We have never been hosted so well
100/100 would recommend!

Roxy cinema's a very cool place to visit 🌻💚❤️
Look closely and you'll notice the carefully selected furnishings, objects & memorabilia.
Just love the tease intro to the movie too "those are real Italian leather you know" yep I dislike feet on the back of my seat too! Lol
Nice selection of cabinet food, along with fine dining. Lovely choc top ice creams, coffee, Prosecco - mmm, jaffas, & gluten free options!
Other cabinet treats are yum & it really has brightened up Miramar.
Their Gatsby themed event a few years back was fabulous! 😍 I even had a hot & sozzled LOTR star approach me when I collected my friend 😂
I've heard all their events are pretty neat 🎉🎊💃🕺
Thankyou to the clever minds & open wallets that help make the Eastern suburbs a magical place 😍🤗
Amazing. My favourite Wellington cafe with a few great gluten free, dairy free options.
The husband popped in for two slices of cake for my birthday and came home with this gorgeous wee lemon meringue cake.
Positive - the menu offered gluten free options and appreciated being able to eat safely as I am a celiac.
Negative - for a beautiful Wellington day with women’s expo across at TSB and a cruise ship docked, the level of staffing was not right. Service was slow, with a rushed and harassed customer experience. Had to wait to be served, seated, order taken and food to be delivered. Even asking where our food was difficult because the server clearly thought everyone else waiting meant we shouldn’t query. She said she would go check but we never saw her again. For a simple order of two bowls of fried and cheesy bread and eggs on gf toast, it shouldn’t be a 30 min wait.
Negative - our food eventually came out lukewarm. So it had been cooked but sitting somewhere waiting for a server to bring out. The chips looked amazing but barely warm. My eggs on gf toast was terrible. The gf toast was as hard as a rock and no butter on it. I feel ripped off that such a simple dish was served below average and not worth the money I spent on it.
The outdoor seating area was messy with uncleared dishes and food waste on the ground. It wasn’t a welcoming place to eat and I’d be hesitant to take my family there again.
My favourite Thai place in Wellington! Delicious food, great flavours and spices, reasonable price point. Great options for a range of dietaries. Have been with a big group including gluten free, vegan and dairy free and everyone’s found something delicious to eat. Highly recommend the red curry and alcoholics noodles.
Went for lunch.
I had free range eggs on toast with spinach and gluten free toast, quite pricey for it. See the picture.
Salmon was not available when we were there.
Pasta with lamb ragu was tasty and fair price.
Well located in Cuba Street, busy at lunch time.
Cakes at fair cost.
Friendly staff.
Great service, great food and large portions, clean restaurant and bathrooms. Good vegetarian and gluten free options. Busy but quick service and food. Would visit again.
Most of the shops are closed so not much choice, but definitely a couple of awesome ones there still, miss kangsta and the one next to it have some great gluten free options
Great food - My only issue was the service, had a few servers and a few of them weren’t sure about the Gluten free options and questions seem to pass from server to server. In the end the manager(?) was serving us. I also couldn’t help to feel that we were judged based on our look and age cuz everything went friendlier when we paid lol. We had a few platter of oysters, starters and mains (only took a few photos). All delicious as anticipated but perhaps the service was a little less smooth so 4 stars
Absolutely fantastic evening of food. I have coeliac and they were incredibly accommodating and had a seperate menu.
I did the 9 course feed me. Highlights for me were the kingfish sashimi, cauliflower tempura and eggplant but honestly everything was delicious. I also really appreciate the great service! I have already recommended Koji to my friends and am excited for my next visit!

We went in for Burger Wellington. Being Ceoliac i didn't have any expectation that they would offer a GF bun much less know about the importance of cross contamination.. But they did! Our server Chelsea explained that they had a dedicated fryer for the chips and could make a version of the burger completely gluten free. The bun was yummy and the meat was perfectly cooked. We moved home to NZ from the UK and miss our local pub atmosphere, they had Première league football highlights playing and our booth felt very cosy away from the Wellington winter weather. I had been here in the past and it was OK but this recent experience has me impressed. With so few options in this part of the CBD I'll be thinking of it for my next "long lunch"
My friends and I absolutely love the nachos, can't stop spending our money here! Absolutely fabulous customer service, always super friendly and welcoming staff. Perfect for my vegetarian friend and my coeliac needs. Our favourite place to eat out, hands down.
We had a wonderful dining experience here on Wednesday night. The food was really flavourful – each dish we shared was a delight. As one of our party is celiac, we were thrilled to find so many gluten-free choices. Our server was outstanding, ensuring our water glasses were always full and providing excellent service. The restaurant was busy and had a great atmosphere. This place is always busy no matter what day of the week whenever I walk past. Now I know why. We'll definitely be back!

Came in for Sunday brunch.
I had the avocado and tomato bagel gluten free, and my partner had the pastrami benedict.
The food took quite a while to come out. I respect that it was busy.
The gluten free option for the bagel was GF loaf, and it was good - what you’d expect for avocado on toast.
My partners pastrami benedict was tasty, but the eggs were very overdone for a poached egg (see image below).
Not a bad spot, but if you’re in a rush to get on with your busy day, I would go elsewhere. But for a solid feed on a chill day, this isn’t a bad option.
We came in early and the food was prepared fast. My partner is celiac and they had lots of options for her.
Cold Vietnamese coffee is a must.
I also enjoyed the summer rolls
Excellent selection of wines, and the food was equally as impressive. A good selection of gluten free options. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, they recommended some perfect pairings for our dinner choices.
