Waitress Mel is 12/10. She was friendly, outgoing, helpful, knowledgeable, outgoing, soft spoken, and downright nice! Best waitress we have EVER had! The food was amazing. Tons of gluten free options and GF buns. Large portions. Beer is great. Multiple selections on beer, drinks, and food. Fast service. 1st time here and will definitely be back

We ordered take out on December 13th, 2024 for dinner. Around 6:30 or 7pm. By the time the order was picked up ( he literally left 1 min after getting notification that it was done) the food was cold. We live 5 min away. Around the corner from their location. We ordered a 9 piece kids corn dog nuggets with fries, a burger with gluten free bun, just ketchup, mustard, lettuce & tomato and fries. And two extra orders of fries. I recieved 6 of the 9 nuggets paid for. We got only one order of extra fries, it was maybe 15 fries. The burger had a regular bun and everything on it. My husband has food allergies and can't eat gluten or the cheese they put on it or the mayo they put on it. Total waste. A $32 waste. So my husband calls to see what can be done. The manager, if it even was, asked him "How do you know it's not a gluten free bun?" Well, first of all the texture is different, secondly, who are they to tell him he doesn’t know when that's what he always orders. THEN didn't offer a replacement, told us how overwhelmed the person pulling the orders was. Proceeds to tell him the order is so messed up that they will just refund the money. Guess what isn't in our bank account? The refund. The refund is not there after 3 days. Not even a pending showing that they even tried. I still have that burger sitting in my fridge. Guess what they will get back today? I will be speaking to someone face to face now. We will absolutely never order take out from them or eat at their location again. We caution others. Also, if you want to be ignored and wait too long, have others served that came in after you, wait way too long for a hostess to show up while you're there, then it's perfect for you.

We went there for the first time tonight. You don’t know often anymore, but found the menu irresistible and the reviews were better than most we’d seen all online. I’m vegetarian and went with someone who is gluten intolerant. We had absolutely no issues being accommodated, which is not always easy. The food was amazing, but what was even better was the service! Our waiter was Gabriel. He was attentive, but not cloying; he made sure taken care of and very well also. I’m extremely particular, one of those “everything on the side” people, and he had no issues whatsoever with it. You can tell when someone does and he really didn’t. At the end of the meal I asked that he gave his manager the receipt after I had put a note on it stating how amazing he was. He didn’t even look at it and took it straight to her. Beth, his manager, was near the door, and spoke with us as we left. She was as charming as Gabriel. We let her know how much we enjoyed her meal and the service, and that we would definitely be back. We live about 45 miles from this restaurant, but it was well worth the trip. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a wonderful meal and especially to people with dietary restrictions, such as vegetarians and vegans, or food allergies, etc. The care with which our food was made and the attention to our needs was nothing less than outstanding.

They have a great Gluten free menu! As someone with Celiac it is such a treat to be able to eat normally at a restaurant some of my favorite foods - gluten pasta/macaroni was delicious! Soup was also gf. My main meal was potato crusted cod which was also delicious! I'll miss eating their almond chicken from before my diagnosis.

The food at the North Canton, OH Mission BBQ is far superior to two of our Illinois restaurants. We were so impressed with the portion sizes, the quality & freshness and the kindness of the employees. The staff was very knowledgeable about the gluten-free items. Three of us have celiac. A manager came to our table to tell us which sauce has gluten and chat with us about our hometown. He offered our table of six some additional menu items to sample and some free sandwich coupons to give to friends. We will be back every time we come into town to visit family.
