This is always one of my favorite places to visit in Charleston! They have a large gluten-free menu and take any allergies very seriously! The food is always amazing! Lunch or dinner, it’s always so good!
An all around spectacular meal. First the service was first class from the greeting and seating to the table service. Every single dish was fantastic but the Beef Carpaccio and BBQ Tuna really stood out. Great selection of Gluten Free options on the menu, very accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful visit, can't wait to return.
This was our 2nd time here...
We went for my birthday and truly enjoyed it again!! Our sever Molly was beyond fantastic!!
She truly made my birthday so special!! The food was delicious! We had the she crab soup, calamari, loaded mash potatoes and the Ribeye!! All gluten free!!!!!
And when we told Molly we just couldn't eat anymore she was so sweet and brought me some strawberries and whipped cream with a candle so I could make my birthday wish
❤️❤️❤️ which is so important to me ☺️☺️☺️
We truly recommend everything about high cotton!!
Atmosphere is charming and intimate. There was a had written card reserving the table. Jon, the server was amazing and accommodating with my gluten sensitivity. I recommend the Paris Market plate and strawberry lemonade tea. I hope to have a chance to go back for a high tea experience.

Love the idea of the restaurant! The whole staff is very attentive. The rolls are gluten free, YUM! It's a fair price for the experience and all the food options.
Very traditional steakhouse but with a Charleston flair. The dining room was cozy and intimate with wood walls and high back chairs. The service was precise. The food was delicious and as an added bonus the gluten free bread was amazing. Don't forget to order a Nitrotini, they are fun!
My husband and I really enjoyed this restaurant, but I did wish there were more gluten-free opinions. We sat outside on a beautiful Saturday evening around 6 pm. in September. After we had a bite to eat, we walked dover to the battery.
We enjoyed our meals but think the fish was slightly overcooked. Our appetizer of crab dip with gluten free crackers was our favorite part. We had to wait about 45 minutes at the bar on a Tuesday night. It’s a very popular place and would love to try some of their other dishes.
They have a separate gluten free menu and are I felt it was very celiac safe. They made my husband’s dish celiac safe too so that he could share with me. I greatly appreciate the attention to diet restrictions.
The service was absolutely amazing! The hostess, Tatum at the door was so welcoming. My server, Hallie was so helpful with navigating gluten free options. My best friend is vegetarian so we are hard to accomadate but Hallie was bubbly and happy to help! She helped us find the perfect dish for both of us to enjoy. The live music was astounding! Nothing compares to the craving I get for port of call!
The crab legs were over cooked. My husband's shrimp was too. They were helpful finding gluten free options and our mixed drinks were good but a little pricey.
We went for our anniversary. Our server Lexi was great & all of the staff were very friendly & attentive! Ordered the Pirlou & so glad we did. They were great with my gluten allergy & even had chocolate flourless cake.
