Safe for those of us with celiac disease (gluten allergy) or severe gluten intolerance . All the food is made gluten free since the owner has celiac as well
Iron Duck is one of our favorite restaurants! We’ve always had amazing food, great drinks and top notch service (Evie is the best!!). The staff is so friendly and makes you feel like family. Having Celiac Disease, I appreciate all of the gluten free options and precautions taken to make me feel safe. I cannot recommend this place enough! Everyone that we’ve recommended it to ends up loving it just as much as we do!
I discovered Karvana Coffee House thanks to a TikToker, and I’m so glad I checked it out—the vibes were everything she said and more! From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, which made a great first impression as a first-time visitor.
The space is beautifully designed with tons of natural light and a variety of cozy seating options, perfect for working, relaxing, or catching up with friends. I ordered the avocado toast on gluten-free bread—super flavorful and surprisingly filling. Paired it with a latte that was a solid 10/10—smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced.
Karvana nails it with great service, a gorgeous atmosphere, and high-quality food and drinks. Can’t wait to go back!
I never traveled to Green Bay before, and I'm sad I might never be able to enjoy this little gem of a restaurant again! It's so worth it!! My quesadilla was delicious, the lemon curd coffee is so refreshing, and I am so happy they not only have gluten-free options, but they serve breakfast all day!! This place is wonderful, Green Bay, so keep giving it business and growing. It's cozy, beautiful, and tasty!
The place was great over all. The guy taking our order was friendly and as son as he found out our daughter was gluten free, he explained all her options and which sauces she can have. He then turned around and asked the cooks to change gloves to not cross contaminate. Then the food was delicious, everything we ordered was great. Then there was an older lady who walked around asking if we needed refills, or boxes etc. So nice! When I comment how nice they were, she then brought us 2 coupons for free sandwiches! Just awesome experience.
Big shoutout to chef Christian. My order was not flagged as gluten free on accident as I had ordered through a 3rd party food delivery app. I have celiac and will have severe symptoms if I ingest any so when I opened my box I was rather upset. After calling a couple times I was able to speak with chef Christian who was able to walk me through their gluten free process in the kitchen, different colored cutting boards, changing gloves, and a dedicated gluten free fryer. He went above and beyond and had my food remade and delivered to my workplace at no extra cost. He was incredibly helpful and I will be a customer for life!
Personally, I thought the Keep it Simple burger with the a gluten free bun was great! Having a great gluten free bun is always a treat. The fries and burgers all received great reviews as did the onion rings. The saucy boneless chicken bits received a good. The shakes were all delicious except the chocolate covered pretzel kept confusing it's consumer because in the mixing cup it was cold but in the glass, it was warm. The teriyaki chicken sandwich did not receive rave reviews although she thought the pineapple was interesting. She also thought the garlic fries didn't taste enough like garlic. Red Robin always satisfies groups because of their extensive options. It's also easy to navigate what to order with my gluten/dairy allergies.
The pizza was absolutely amazing. We got a medium Round Up pizza, Medium Sausage and Pepperoni Pizza, Medium Gluten Sensitive Pepperoni Pizza, and the Cactus Bread Dessert Pizza. It was all super delicious. We will definitely be ordering from them again!
Rated 4/5 because we did delivery and had ordered it around noon with it set to be here for 6:25, but instead it arrived at 6:00. Slightly inconvenient as not all of our guests for dinner had even arrived. We were able to tell them to come early and just ate a little earlier.
I had the Chicken Poke Bowl and fries and I LOVED both so much. My brother had the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl and my sister had the fish, spinach, garlic mash potato gluten free dish. They both loved theirs also. This was my first time there and I definitely will be going again. Our waitress was truly AMAZING, loved her personality too. Our bills were just over $20 each with sodas. Mine a little more because of the fries, but well worth it. The establishment is so creative, vibrant colors and lighting and art, perfection. ❤️
After trying 6 different soups/salads, entrees, some sides and drinks, I can say I wasn't impressed by anything other than the fries. The lamb, steak, vegetables, potatoes, were all bland and tasteless. The lobster bisque had a horrible after taste and the pumpkin bisque tasted like sweet potatoes and cinnamon. We got charged for a small cup of ketchup and some gluten free chips which were stated to be on the menu. The menu itself is crowded and confusing requiring looking at different pages to order, small text crowded with other items, and a dark lighting making it quite difficult for those with poor vision. The servers were friendly and nice and the upstairs area was alright but I'm basing the rating on the reason for going out (food) and that was nothing special. I would skip this expense and just go to something reasonably priced with good food as you are not missing out on anything here especially for $60+ dollars a person.
Lexi was our server & she was awesome! I didn’t even know they offered a gluten free soy sauce (with zero taste difference!) & she was very informative & kind about what they could offer! Ty was our chef at the hibachi & I recommend requesting him ahead of time if possible! He’s very easy to talk to, super funny & he sings! Could not recommend it here enough if you want a fun experience & AMAZING food!
We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party at Buzz Social. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and our party server, Hannah, was so kind! She checked in on us regularly to make sure we had enough pizza, drinks, and plates/cups, as well as just making sure everything was going well (she even had them play “Let It Go” twice). The manager that was there came to introduce himself and was very accommodating. Liz, who helped us with booking, was great to communicate with and helpful whenever we had a question. We had four lanes (used two) and the party room. The lanes and room were set up before we got there with decorations - all we added were a few themed table toppers by the lane tables, cupcakes, and cake. The ramp “dinos” for kids were already out at the lanes and you can program the lanes to put up the guard rails for certain players (we had bowlers from 2 years old to 12 years old). Pitchers were filled regularly for us and we ordered one gluten free and three extra regular pizzas on top of the two that were included. We all had such a great time and will definitely be back!
Great food, great service. Gluten free pasta is the best ever. Sauce tastes like my mother's, and yes I am Italian. BTW try the meatballs, very good but they do have gluten, so not too much!!
There was a slight issue with our pizza but the manager was incredibly apologetic and polite. The ribs were probably the best I've had in my entire life and the gluten free pizza was BY FAR the best I've ever had. Great place!!
Fantastic mexican food, good service. More authentic than the chain or local big restaurant. A bit pricey but you do get great portions and food is sssooo tasty. We paid about $40 for 2. Chips and salsa are served. Salsa is fantastic. Both got just water. I had the Barbacoa - tender, flavorful melt in mouth, no fatty prices. . My husband got the ribs in salsa verde. Nice flavor to the salsa with a kick and meat fell off the bone. Both Came with rice and beans and tortillas on the side. All Tasted fresh. And gluten free options.
As we ate we saw them filling a case of chicharrones ( pork rinds). After we paid for our meal we bought almost a pound of chicharrones ( they were still warm!) and a pack of corn tortillas for $9. We ate one when we got to the car.... We now know why customers were lined up for them! So delicious 😋
This place is OK, but really not worth the money IMO. We've gone there twice. First time with a gift card so we were more forgiving (and the server was great).
We went back again for my birthday and were disappointed. The garlic mashed potatoes were lukewarm and very dry. I got a peppercorn crusted steak, which was dry and kind of tough. The other 2 steaks at the table were much better than mine so maybe it was the peppercorn that did it.
Regarding service, we asked our waiter 2 times to confirm that their steak fries aren't breaded in wheat due to gluten sensitivities. He assured us they weren't, even though they appeared to be. When my daughter's face got red, hot, and itchy we asked again and got confirmation that there's no gluten. After further prodding he finally said he would go make sure and despite his being "certain" the fries weren't breaded, he found out they were breaded in a wheat coating. At least he took the fries off the bill, but this was a really huge thing to claim certainty about without knowing for sure.
Lastly, it's annoyingly dark in there. I mean really dark. I saw others using their phone flashlights to read the menu and I personally had to hold mine up to the light to see it. I get the ambiance of soft lighting, but this is the darkest restaurant I've ever eaten in.
There was a free desert for the birthday, which is nice, but we'll not be going back again.
Our daughter just had her wedding reception at Stadium View. The banquet staff, bartenders, & servers were all excellent as well as helpful to make sure our party was perfect. The chicken, beef tips and gravy, mashed potatoes were delicious. The atmosphere was very inviting, there was enough room both at the bar, eating area, and dance floor for our 300 plus guests. The tv projections for personal pictures were a very nice touch. John Steeno and his banquet staff made sure our needs and wants were taken care of very efficiently. We also had two guest who requested a gluten-free option and at no additional charge Stadium View accommodated them.
My Gluten Free Flatbread pizza was great! You get to pick 2 toppings, (pay for more if u want them). My husband said his calzone was Wonderful. Again, pick 2 topping(inside it).
The place was nice! Service was slim(2 people working the floor)but they did their best on St Patricks Day with a craft sale going on. It was busy.
We will be going back.
Such an amazing experience! The owner is so involved and is great at customer service. The presentation is everything! The service is beyond incredible! As someone with celiac disease I cannot say how amazing it is to have their gluten free menu and have such attention to detail. The owner knew I was gluten free and even brought me a gluten free sauce. The food is fresh, beautiful, and delightfully flavorful. This was our third time there and each time keeps getting better. We had a party of 10 for a birthday party and we had refills and anything else we needed within minutes. Exceptional!
The restaurant's menu included a variety of dishes, such as quesadillas, chili, and jumbo wings, in addition to gluten-free choices such as pastas and burgers. The wings were nice and crispy, and the gluten-free pasta was very good.
Very poor experience, wait staff was slow. Took a very long time to get food/appetizers. Menu is small and has gluten free items available, but NOT CELIAC friendly at all. The waitress seemed like she had never heard of it before and she definitelydl didn't know anything about food allerigies and cross contamination. Very disappointing that a restaurant would offer so many gluten free items and then take absolutely no care when cooking for people with food allergies. The live music was good and the atmosphere is nice, but there nothing that would make me choose to eat here again. Especially after getting sick from the gluten-free meal I had.
Forgot to mention that not only did I get sick from eating a gluten free meal, when in fact, it wasn't gluten-free.
The best, and most authentic sushi in Green Bay. A cozy restaurant with hand painted murals located on Broadway, in the heart of downtown Green Bay. The sashimi was fresh and flavorful, endless options of Maki rolls to choose from (cooked, vegetarian, gluten-free)- this is amazing options regardless of dietary restrictions. The Thai food is delicious, authentic and plated beautifully.
