Stopped in here for some food. Awesome customer service, delicious food, well priced and lots of gluten free options. After eating there I cannot believe that this restaurant isn't more highly rated.
I look forward to my Drs appointments so I have an excuse to pop into Simbashi.
Noodles, sashimi, karaage, agadeshi tofu, it’s all top notch. Wholly safe facility and my friends & family don’t believe me it’s all gluten free!

All the food is vegan and gluten free. Set menu is very convenient and there is plenty of food. Definitely recommended if you have allergies or follow a vegetarian/vegan diet. Staff are nice and welcoming, definitely gonna go back!
Ordered the seafood chowder and half a dozen oysters while partner ordered the edge chicken. The food was delicious and the service ladies were lovely. According to the menu, the owner and chef is gluten-free, so this is also a great option for coeliacs.
In terms of vibes, I was expecting almost like a classy restaurant vibe but think of it more as a take-away fish and chip shop. While the restaurant is located close to the water, I mostly got obstructed views of the sea as there is a green space between the restaurant and the sea.
Honestly, not a big deal as the food and service more than made up for it.
As a recently diagnosed Coeliac I am often going hungry rather than risk the side effects of cross contamination with foods containing gluten. Airports can be a minefield.
The staff at Sushi Sushi were very aware of coeliac requirements and ensured they used new tongs to handle the delicious salmon and avacado sushi.

Popped in today for a snack, they were so good to just serve me a Kids Poke Bowl to take away. First time there and will be returning next time I'm in the area. As I have Coeliac Disease I was confident they could serve me a 100% gluten free meal which was delicious. Thank You.
Absolutely amazing staff, Decor and cleanliness was A+, the menu was absolutely Devine and absolutely accommodating to all including those with gluten or vegan requirements, food came out quickly with amazing staff and attitude everyone was smiling and happy it gave off a great atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone to have a family or romantic dinner here.
I have eaten here many times without ever having an issue as a celiac. It can be difficult to get a table, as they do not offer bookings. As a result, most visits begin with a 20-minute wait out the front. The renkon chips can be made GF by swapping out the teriyaki sauce for plain salt. The prices have increased significantly over the past few years but are still not absurdly expensive. Always enjoyable.
Dined here for the first time after hearing lots of positive things about their gluten free options! Very impressed. Lovely vibe and such friendly staff. Food was amazing, especially the fried chicken which my non-GF partner said was some of the best he tried. Cocktails were also super yummy!
Today was our first visit to DROUIN SUSHI & MORE, and as someone who is a severe Ceoliac, its alway scary trying a new place. We had no issues here. The food was great and there was no cross contamination with our food which is something not everyone understands.
These guys even know the differnce between Vegetarian and Gluten Free.
Thank you for thinking of us who are ceoliac and for giving people the option of GF food it is appreiciated and it is delicious. We will be back, and weare already spearding the word, DROUIN SUSHI & MORE HAS LOTS OF GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS. See you again real soon
Love this place every time we come here for lunch and dinner. The quality of food is good and consistent. Price is super reasonable and most importantly, it’s super dog friendly outside and they have lots of gluten free option meals.
I saw this Japanese restaurant on Xiaohongshu and went there with the intention of giving it a try. When I saw the menu, I was amazed at how many choices there were. The hotel also has vegetarian and gluten free menus, which is very considerate. We ordered a total of 4 dishes as shown, totaling 82 knives. You can also choose two items in the Bento box. We chose beef and fish. A very satisfying dining experience.
Yummy Japanese bento at affordable price. We like the gluten free teriyaki chicken bento with lotus chips, salad and the rice. The kid chicken karrage bento is cute with the bear shaped rice.
Have been to Sushi Mura countless times and always has the best sushi. They also have a pretty good selection of gluten free sushi options, although not marked anywhere. Hands down the best GF sushi in Brisbane.

At first, I was very happy to see such fresh looking sushi in the window at Taiko, and friendly smiling staff. I bought two cooked tuna rolls and two fresh salmon on brown rice. Then I was sad when I finished eating the sushi...but then I was happy again because I know I can visit Taiko again tomorrow. Also, they offer gluten free soy sauce on request. Yay!
Friendly staff and delicious food. All the food are look so good, and so many different selection of Gluten Free products. Definitely will be back again.
Maestro Masaaki crafts the most delectable and beautiful sushi I’ve ever experienced. Each morsel is a delight of freshness and flavour 💛 The fresh Tassie wasabi is a real treat too. Gluten Free options much appreciated by this glutard. Do yourself a favour and go.
Surprisingly busy on a Sunday afternoon, but still excellent service. Food was being cooked while I waited, staff were great, and they knew what options were gluten free without having to check. Will definitely choose this place over any chain sushi place next time I’m in Murray Bridge!

I am allergic to gluten and dairy and they appeared to put in a effort to cater for me for some time. However, after what they dished up to me last time, which was clearly in the firdge for some time I won't be going back. An extra star deducted for the unpleasant waitress whom walks around like she thinks she's something special.

This place offers the best sushi this side of Melbourne and nobody can tell me otherwise! Fresh ingredients, balanced seasonings and flavours, amazing and stellar service- I could go on and on!
I am a coeliac, so while sushi *should* in theory be considered gluten-free, that is far from the case. I’ve been unable to eat sushi for years now, all because present day offerings such as deep-fried fillings, cheaper ingredients and the like make the entire affair a cross-contamination nightmare; NOT here at Waa Waa though! 🙌🏻
While nearly everything they offer is gluten-free, not all of it is coeliac friendly, due to the risk of shared deep-fryers, etc. What impresses me most however is their honesty on what I can and cannot have from their menu, which greatly inspires my confidence. There are still a sizeable number of options too, and what I have had was superb in both taste and quality! Additionally, the staff go above and beyond for me by making any sushi packs I order fresh with separate gloves, thus minimising any cross-contamination risk, and they’re well-informed on what is suitable for me to eat.
I am so excited to have a regular sushi place now! And will definitely become a diehard fan if they keep this up!

Our table was sticky, the menus were sticky and grubby, the bottle of soy sauce was sticky, my son got someone else’s rice on his hands when he sat down and touched the booth. After that, I wasn’t expecting too much. The food was ok, my kids were very happy, but it was overpriced and not great if you’re hoping for authentic Japanese. Beware if you have food allergies. Edamame is listed as gluten free, but is boiled in the same water as the udon etc. For someone with coeliac disease this is a serious failure.
The staff here are so polite & accommodating. Very casual place where you can BYOB & have it chilled in the fridge. Gluten free soy sauce available 🙌 Pet friendly🐶 the Tiger Roll was massive & saucy, I am definitely coming back for it 😍
