A very warm welcome, it feels so good, it’s cozy
The cakes are refined, the menu is nice, it's gluten-free, vegetable cream, fine milk,.......
I recommend it, tea, coffee, selection
A superb place to discover
We were looking for a vegan and gluten-free birthday cake and we found what we were looking for, to the greatest satisfaction of our guests. The 2 cakes made were unanimous: not only were they beautiful but they were excellent with just the right amount of sugar. In short, we really liked it. Little more, the cakes perfectly withstood the 700 km of transport that we put them through... A great success. THANKS !!
Very warm welcome with smiles, very pleasant. Simple, careful and excellent cuisine. Marathon weekend with adapted menu and a gluten-free person without any problem. Home cooking and it shows.
Monvoisin is a little tucked away but what a lovely surprise. The decor is clean and fresh. The chairs are comfortable. The waitress spoke English and was very helpful translating the menu for us and checking with the chef about gluten.
I had bass and my partner had beef, both were cooked to perfection and the best we had ever had, all at a reasonable price. We had a lovely evening.
We will definitely be back next time we are in La Rochelle.
Great lunch with family! My 6-year old daughter had the avocado toast glutenfree - the restaurant staff knew what they were doing and my coeliac daughter enjoyed the meal! Great options for vegetarians as well. Although we found the music a bit loud, it's a small but cosy place!
Everything is perfect!! Home, setting and menu. We tested the evening slate. Starter main course dessert at €24.90 with a magnificent presentation and flavors to die for. Special attention for my gluten intolerance. What a shame to live so far away. Go there with your eyes closed, but remember to book.
Very good experience in La Rochelle. We were looking for a restaurant to eat with gluten-free options since my daughter has celiac disease... at Le Benèze they treated us very well, with great kindness and empathy and my daughter was able to eat properly.
We went here two times due to son being gluten free. The remembered us and really looked after us. The food is cooked fresh and so tasty . I believe this is a must for anyone going to La Rochelle . And if sunny they give you a hat!
Great experience both for the quality of the products and for the service. Special mention for the minced steak and fries that my daughter, who is celiac, was able to eat without fear of gluten contamination. We recommend!
The Saoufé counter is quite simply a gem in La Rochelle. The welcome from Jérémie, the owner, his wife, his colleague (a very talented shucker) and his brother is simply perfect. The sense of service is not an empty word.
The products are local, fresh and available.
The menu is compact (a sign of quality and freshness, respect for the seasonality of the products and the customer's desires) but it allows you to find what you're looking for, between land and sea, whatever your taste.
Everyone can find their own little place: front terrace, tables in the dining room, small high chair at the counter and back terrace (more intimate because on a small street).
The service is respectful of the customer's temporality, warm and expert.
Celiacs are welcome. Allergens are clearly notified and double checked.
The address is excellent!
We arrived late due to an accident on the road, and yet the service was impeccable despite our late arrival, the lunch was well presented. The kitchen perfectly respected food allergies: gluten and lactose.
And above all we ate well in quantity and quality. I highly recommend
