Used to frequent the wood-n-tap in Milford/Orange area. Loved that place, the food was always good & the atmosphere was great too. This was not that.
Although our waiter was very friendly. The food wasn't great. My wife has celiacs, & they had gluten free buns apparently. The waiter mentioned he knew about cross contamination, but I think the cook staff didn't. My wife got very sick shortly after eating here. We had a party of 5, the other couple weren't very happy with their food either. 2 of us got some breaded chicken sandwich. I don't recommend it. It looked like it was breaded & fried several times over before they put it on a sandwich. I hope this location doesn't represent all of the locations. If so, I do not recommend coming here. Hopefully this was a 1 time event. Try if your feeling adventurous. We will not be coming back.
Everything about this little gem in town is amazing! The fact that they make the most delicious gluten-free pastries, and regular sweet items is remarkable. I know where my regular sweet craving will be from now on!
What can i say, a service themed restaurant that has absolutely amazing food. I've never had a single bad experience. My wife loves it because not only is the food amazing but they also have a large gluten-free assortment, and the kitchen cares about GF customers
What a great find! We were looking for a place that offered Gluten-free options.
The staff was courteous, friendly, attentive, and professional. The food was excellent, with ample portions.
After seating us, we were given an appetizer of sliced apples coated with cinimon. It was very good!
I frequently get takeout from sweet mango and have never been disappointed. Amazing food and knowledgeable about gluten allergies! The owner is super friendly and very sweet!
Great experience ordering delivery from Nonna Pizza. I had scheduled for delivery around the time our friends were coming over, it was here perfectly on time. Also I've tried alot of gluten free pizza but Nonna's gf is by far one of the best I've had! My husband and friends said regular pizza was amazing too. Will def be ordering again!
I decided to come back after a terrible experience and I'll be honest my server was great the food was alright nothing to write home about But they had a balloon animal guy there and that was really neat so shout out to Ali. Unfortunately they kitchen hasn't figured out how to cook with a sense that someone is waiting for food. And they messed up on gluten-free pancakes so that sucks
Forgot to order a Gluten Free Bun on Ubers Eats order, call the restaurant and they were able to quickly modify the order. Great customer service! Been here many time in person and always good food and service.
Do NOT go to this place if this is your first time experiencing Thai as it sets the bar WAY too high. Amazing food cooked how you want it if you ask. Completely allergen knowledgeable. I’m celiac and they are way more than knowledgeable they’re also accommodating. Like the sound of a dish but it isn’t gluten free? They’ll make it gluten free. The bring your own alcohol is just another plus. Have your favorite wine/beer/liquor while you eat. Been going here for about 14 years and will definitely continue.
Gluten free bread is inedible. Got a full Italian with the works and had to dump it off the bread and eat like a toddler because it was so bad. Normally I love your sandwiches but that literally turned my stomach and ruined my lunch
Stopped in yesterday for dinner, we sat outside. The service, drinks and the food were amazing! Our waiter was also so kind and knowledgeable about everything on the menu. There were a lot of vegetarian and gluten free options. The waiter also used liquid nitrogen to chill a glass for a beer. Very cool place! The cocktails were great! I had a tequila sunrise, if you like jalepeño with your tequila, this drink is for you! And they have these cool CBD floaters to add to drinks. It might be our new favorite spot! If I could give more stars, I would!
Larry works with our foods allergies.
He remembers our allergies.
He suggests Gluten Free meals. Adds flavors to make sure gf is not bland.
Shrimp fried rice is big shrimp. He does not use small salad shrimp
Generous portions, large and interesting menu, at very reasonable prices: what more can you ask for!
My wife has gotten me into sushi, it’s places like this that continue to surprise me. Little unexpected hole in the wall. Clearly this is a lunch place for many people but the food makes it great for a dinner too.
This is one of my new favorite places and I highly recommend. Do remember sushi is a great option for lots of protein, little carbs, and acceptable for many gluten intolerant folks.
WOW! Loved my experience here and will be back again.
Started with bread and butter, the butter is really nice and sweet here. Then a board of salami and cheeses, also yummy. I tried some of everyone's dishes, so I tried both salad options - I don't even like salad that much but they were both delicious.
For entrees, I got the zuppa with a slightly spicy red sauce, and it was super yummy and flavorful. The braised beef bowl was also yummy, but it felt like a better winter option if I haven't had it in a while. The randy was okay, just chicken and pasta, but still good. My boyfriend's dish was probably my favorite ... he got the pomodoro and it was a huge piece of breaded chicken, so so good, came with plenty of sauce and a side of pasta as well. My friend and I each got a decaf regular coffee with cream and even that was so good.
Then desserts. We tried every one except for the chocolate cake, although one person got a gluten free chocolate cake (it was the flourless one from restaurant depot), and that was the only thing that was not good here. The coconut custard at first looks disappointing because of its size, but it was the best dessert and the perfect amount. My boyfriend wouldn't share. The tiramisu and cheesecake were both pretty good.
Overall fantastic time here! Our waitress was awesome and the atmosphere is nice. Plenty of parking nearby.
I recently visited Blend and was blown away by the quality of their shakes and the friendliness of their staff. The shop has a great atmosphere and is a perfect spot to grab a quick and healthy snack especially being Type 1 diabetic. Their menu has a variety of different shake options to choose from, and they even have vegan and gluten-free options available. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a healthy and delicious snack or meal replacement option. Their prices are also very reasonable for the quality of their products. Overall, a fantastic experience!
My child has Celiac. I was looking for gluten free cupcakes.
So pleased with the service and the quality of food and the attention to separate cooking areas to avoid cross contamination.
While the food is good, the service needs serious working. 9 out of 10 times they screw up our order, giving us wron g items and multiple times completelyforgetting to make the order. Multiple instances we have called to order ahead and when they go to check for a particular item (Gluten Free bagels) they hang up. Call back, they hang up again. Really bizarre behavior that we have experienced numerous times. Maybe they forget someone is on the other end of the phone, but for it to happen more than once is just weird, on numerous occasions makes us thing they don't want to sell their GF bagels. Just not worth the hassle any more.
I cannot say enough about Hardcore Sweet Bakery. I went in and purchased a dozen cupcakes and the staff up front made it so easy to choose from so many different varieties. They went through all of the flavors and explained which ones were gluten free and vegan. I was so happy that I made the stop to this phenomenal bakery. I will highly recommend Hardcore Sweets to all of my friends and family!
I had high hopes for the gluten free pizza but it was just okay. Way too heavy on the sauce, minimal cheese and the spices in the sauce overpowered the entire pizza. Don’t think I’d try them again.
Food was great, our waitress was amazing. There aren't a ton of gluten free options but she went above and beyond to have the kitchen bake something for me.
I'm from out of town and randomly found this place. I'm so glad I did. They have an EXCELLENT gluten free pizza (I have Celiac) and my son LOVED the pepperoni pizza. The customer service was amazing. I would drive the extra 1/2 hour from my home just to come here. I highly recommend this place.
My mother wanted to go try Craft Kitchen in their new location for her birthday, so my family went last night. I won't be going again. For one, I get it- it was a Friday evening so they are going to be busy. But we got there at 5:50 and didn't leave until 7:30. It took almost an hour to even get our food! When the food did come out, it took about 20 minutes between the first person getting their dinner and the last person to finally get theirs. Worst of all, I am gluten free and I don't expect a restaurant to fully accommodate me, it's fine they don't have dedicated GF fryers, but the wait staff seemed completely ignorant. The waitress said I could have fries because they're gluten free. But fried in the same fryer with everything else, that's not really true. Then the person who brought the food looked me dead in the eye and told me the bun was the GF bun that I ordered for my burger, when in fact it was a sausage sandwich on a regular bun. If I had a bite of that, I would have been really sick! He apologized when he realized his mistake, but don't look me in the eye and say with confidence that it's a gluten free bun when it's not! We basically had to shout to one another as the place was louder than any restaurant I've ever been to. It was all around just a bad experience.
