This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant in Atlanta. The rolls are so fresh, and the service is great. I am gluten free and am married to a vegetarian, and we both love our options. It’s a very busy place, so don’t expect to show up on a weekend at 6PM without a wait. But it is worth it.
I wish I could give them more than FIVE STARS!! This is our favorite restaurant since moving to the area. I have a gluten allergy and they take such great care and I have so many great choices. We are eating our way through the menu and have loved every dish! We took our whole family last week and it was a BIG hit with everyone.
Such a pretty restaurant! Food was great, it is a more upscale Mexican restaurant and you want to make reservations if going during peak time. The drinks were great and the pork belly tacos were out of this world! They are also accommodation for those with gluten allergies. Can't wait to go back.
I am obsessed!!! the food is amazing, I recommend the tahini cucumber feta bowl! I love how its gluten-free.
I was hesitant to try this place at first because I thought it would be like Chipotle, but I’d say that the ingredients/food at Gusto are much more fresh and yummy! I always enjoy my experience here at the Chamblee location. They have a kind staff who maintain a clean environment. I will be back soon!
This review was written the first week the restaurant was open: This gem has not even had their grand opening yet and they were packed on a Saturday night. We sat at the bar and had a great view of everything. We tried the Kamikaze roll, (their wasabi is hand made so it does not over power your sushi - yum!) several Robata grilled meats, and also split the HopSteak. Everything was presented beautifully and was very tasty. The owner, Andy Tan is a master brewer, and none of his beers were ready to serve yet, and he gave my husband and me a tour of the brewery in the back. The have a room for private parties that you can reserve, plus they will have outside seating when the weather warms up a bit. this is definitely a place to not miss!
Update: If you love beer, this is definitely worth a check out! We have been several times since and everyone we have been with really loves the food and beer and cocktail choices. I love the Bulevar cocktail which is tequila, rose aperitif, vermouth! They also updated their menu to show GF (gluten free) options!!! Many of these photos show the beer tanks in the back of the restaurant (we received a tour from the owner).
Got the truffle burger to go with slaw. It was extremely flavorful & no problem to switch to a gluten free wrap instead of bulgur bun. Friendly staff and Chef Michael has a great commitment to creating elevated vegan cuisine.
Manager was super friendly and helpful I placed an order for a client at work online and they had a last minute edition of a gluten-free pizza and they were able to help me add that pizza onto the order in the easiest way possible! Superior customer service at this Papa John's I wish it was my local one.
I placed an order for myself and someone else. In verifying the other person's order on the phone while placing the order, I failed to ask for the gluten-free granola or no granola, as I have Celiac. When the order was brought to me and I saw the granola, I remembered I had not said anything and explained this to the lady. She said she could remake the one bowl that needed to be gluten-free, but I would have to pay for it. I fully take ownership of having not clarified the needed restriction when ordering, but would expect a place to be more accommodating when I communicated the mishap to them. With celiac, it is not an option either to just remove the granola.
We went to bad daddy’s because seemed really nice atmosphere and had football on. We were served by Erica, both me and my partner have gluten allergy so we immediately referred that. We had some of the worst service ever, we were never checked upon and when we got food I was given a regular bun (no big deal if it wasn’t that I have a full allergy). We had to wait 20 minutes and call another server because Erica never showed up. Once we got the order rectified, we had to wait 30 minutes to get the food back, we’re told we were going to also have sides replaced but that never happened. Once again, we were never checked upon and we never even got water refills. To end the night, we still tipped, but we felt like giving a minimal tip. So, Erica decided she was worth more and we saw once we got home that we were charged 20% more for her tip. Do yourself a favor and pick another place.
The gluten-free items will be cross-contaminated because they use the same fryer and kitchen space for everything. It cost me $4 to get a sad found drink.
A good choice among less expensive, mid-range Vietnamese restaurants.
This is a large, tidy, friendly restaurant. They called out to me as I entered and walked over with a big smile. That smile and friendliness continued all through the visit.
The food was fresh, generous and more flavorful than the other places around here. I had #C5, rice with pork and egg. The pork had a hearty grilled taste. And the egg was tasty too. I also had the fresh shrimp rolls, which are also fresh and tasty.
The restrooms are rough. Graffiti. Dents. Needs painting. Doesn't feel clean. And this is early in the day, before crowds. Not a place for your 3rd date.
Again, it is easy to eat here with gluten-free and dairy-free meals. I'll be back.

This isn’t my normal Whole Foods and I’m soooo glad. They sucked! Terrible hot bar, barely any selection and the labels weren’t present so I had to guess the chicken I normally get and get home to find it’s spicy and got breaded sauce and I got it for my fiancé who is gluten intolerant. Then I got myself a piece of vanilla buttercream frosting cake and the buttercream sucked and the cake was spongy and dry af. Then they only had 2 lines open at lunch hour rush. Uhh! So glad I don’t live closer to this location but I feel bad for people in this area. I guess they need to drive a few miles over to Sandy Springs or Dunwoody.
Love this place! Even if the name says vegetarian it's all vegan. I like to bring non vegetarian friends here because its just like getting takeout. My suggestions ;their tofu and tofu skin are great add ons to any meal if you prefer that to a mock meat or need GF. Gluten free dishes are limited but delicious..our faves; Vegetable Soup, Chow Ho Fun, Veggie fried rice, Signapore noodles and Yellow curry.( make sure to ask for gluten free sauce)
My favorite dish is the Coconut shrimp ( not GF)- hefty amount of breaded fried "shrimp" served with a super creamy coconut cream on the side with steamed broccoli and white rice😍
