Great place! I'm not gluten free, but really enjoy eating here and am grateful to have a good place to bring the GF people in my life. Nice options, big portions, reasonable prices, and an extensive bakery. Great customer service. They seem LGBTQ+ friendly and decorated for Pride.
Dined with the family at 110 Grill in Fall River, MA yesterday. They take celiac gluten-free seriously and any dish can be made gluten-free. No gluten ever goes in their fryer. They're a chain all over MA and RI with some NY locations upstate.
We opted to dine indoors. Huge location with an open kitchen. Staff very friendly, attentive and keen to please especially with dietary restrictions.
Ordered burgers, firecracker shrimp, calamari, sweet potato fries, Brussels sprouts and some Oreo ice cream dessert.
Private free parking lot at the mall. Like nearly every restaurant in RI and MA, they've got a loyalty program. Scored a free huge dessert plus $10 off reward.
Loved the burger and fries. Sprouts were too salty. Everyone enjoyed their time here. No one rushed us out on a Saturday evening.
The food was awesome! They made us gluten free, dairy free pancakes (not on the menu, but by request) that were the best I ever had. I highly recommend anything fried as well. They said most things on the menu can be made gluten free by request. (Note that they have GF pizza on the menu, but they didn't have it available today. I didn't see any GF pastries either.)
Service was a little slow but very friendly. They only have a small bathroom in the kitchen area that they allow customers to use, so I docked one star for that. Street parking only.
Mainly take out, but occasionally dine in with friends and it's a very relaxing atmosphere especially dining outdoors. The food is what I consider very clean because I have gluten allergies and I've never had a bad reaction. Highly rate this restaurant.
I order from here all the time and the food is great!! Perfect every time. Staff is super friendly as well! Great place. They also offer gluten free pizza which is awesome!!!
My wife and I came in for dinner and ordered smashed burgers. An error was made and the GM. Tim, took care of it immediately without issue. Tim was also very attentive to my wife's gluten issue. Behind the bar, Shannon and Riley kept our glasses full. Riley did great for her 2nd night behind the bar !!!!! We will definitely return !!!
The restaurant and atmosphere was lovely. Service was fast and efficient but the food was disappointing. I had Swordfish and it was overcooked and my husband ordered Chicken Scampi with Linguine. It came with Penne. He has a gluten allergy
My meal was superb. The meals my spouse and friends had also looked good and they enjoyed it. I had a passion fruit margarita that was excellent.
I dropped a star because of our overall welcome. First, we checked the website, saw no mention of needing reservations or being able to request a reservation online, so we just showed up very early on a Sat evening. 4:30! We were told we couldn’t be seated because reservations were full. But the place was empty at that time. Fine. We took seats at the empty bar, not ideal for a party of 4 and service was ok.
It’s also tricky to park, given they don’t have much more than a few parking spots in a lot. So prepare to look for street parking and walking a bit.
Lastly, the desserts were a bit disappointing. Super, overly sweet, killed the flavor. This was basically the general feeling and we all got different things.
If you’re gluten free, the menu is not marked but you can make it work pretty easily with this kind of cuisine.
Overall, we paid quite a lot for decent service, excellent authentic Portuguese food, and a nice night out. It’s almost a 5 but not quite for my first time. Maybe next time. I’d go again with different expectations.
My daughter has celiac disease so finding somewhere we trust to eat happens pretty much never… she’s super sensitive to gluten and we just try to avoid takeout or restaurants at all costs….BUT Because I work here, she’s been DYING to go… so we did and had lunch. Let me tell you, she DEVOURED the GF pasta with marinara sauce. I mean, she STILL talks about how good this food was. The best part? She didn’t get sick!!! The GF pasta is cooked in separate water, and Aaron (head chef) made sure to prepare with care. Renee made special notes and made me the BEST strawberry margarita as I watched by six year old live her best life!
Awesome bar and the owner went out of the way to get me gluten free beer after I told him I was celiac and I only come a few times a month. Good honest people. Dont think anyone else would do that around here.
