We came in as part of harvest host members. They allow us to park on their property in downtown Mount Pleasant. Our server, Andrew, I believe his name was had excellent suggestions for drinks as well as dining. we had the Mountaintown onion, which I do not suggest the Pork Morel entrée which I highly suggest and for dessert we had the gluten-free blackberry cobbler with ice cream. Four drinks he selected for me the Real yard raspberry witches absolutely amazing and the notorious F. I. G. Both I highly recommend.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this location. Pam and Katie (I think these are the managers names) appear to mistreat both their employees and their guests. I was sitting at my table and they came over because I was allergic to gluten. They put on a whole show of how much they cared and tried to act genuine but immediately after she walked away I overheard her talking badly about me and my son. As someone who just wanted to get food with my kids this is not what I deserved. I have heard many negative things about the management at this location after looking into it. I DO NOT recommend eating here.

This branch has shown repeated disregard for the mask mandates. They continue to not require their employees to wear masks despite the fact that cases are going up significantly in our area with the return of college students.
It is truly a shame because it is one of the only places I can get a good gluten free pizza. They may do a decent job against cross contamination of food allergens, but they fail at reducing the spread of the virus.
I have been in the store And witnessed this multiple times and can not justify going back anymore with the repeated negligence I have seen. A month ago another customer wrote a similar review on their Facebook page, however their apology and commitment to being better are just empty words.

I really appreciate the young man that waited on our table we are at the restaurant around 1215 I can't express how patient he was because I have a gluten sensitivity and lactose free diet he treated me with respect and I felt bad I took up all his time since he has others tables. Fifth time dining here. We are about 1.5 hours away from home. We were so impressed the last time we were in town we had to come back! We were not disappointed. Staff is so friendly and the is extremely clean. Food is amazing. Salsa and chips awesome. Make sure you try the queso fundito and cheese dip. Chips and corn tortillas are gluten free as well. I special order a pulled pork chimichanga with cheese sauce, a ground beef burrito with red sauce and cheese! 😋 The Taquitos are amazing, enchiladas too. The enchilada sauce is a very mild one, more of a tomato base . The chicken inside of the burrito/enchilada is like a pulled chicken; very tender, moist and yummy. Come with an appetite because portions are generous!

This place is fantastic! If you have a gluten allergy, try this place. I’d basically written off eating Chinese-American food because they use so much wheat flour. But the bf wanted fried rice so I called around and they said they can make many of their dishes gluten free! I’m also allergic to dairy and they were still able to make me something delicious (empress chicken sub batterless white meat chicken:). Best. Day. Ever.
