Variety of Impressive menu items!! Service was excellent. Helpful, kind, and courteous table visit check ins! Family had the smash burgers; everyone approved ~ especially our 15 yr old, highly approves! And after a 7am swim meet! :) I had one of three available specials; turkey burger= outstanding!! TRULY! Very juicy & thick, flavorful caramelized toppings& gluten-free bun! On the tables~ habanero hot sauce, perfect touch. Lots of GF/V options! Can’t wait to go back for the plantains, Brussels, & jasmine rice bowls! Yum. Open late Fri-Sat too! Thanks guys! Best wishes!

Only rating a 3 so maybe this review will be read. The food is amazing and the service is wonderful. Ye restaurant is clean. My only complaint is why in the world are there no knives available for customers. My husband and I eat at this location at least once a week and because of a gluten allergy, I order a tub. It is impossible to eat an Italian tub without cutting it up. Unless I use two forks. I bring my own knives which I should not have to do. I think maybe the manager and owner should try to eat an Italian sub without a knife and see how it works. Every other location we frequent has knives. I can’t possibly be the only customer who needs a knife for a salad.

Swig and Swine never disappoints on the food! First time here with our 8 year old that has celiac’s. Kaylyn, our server, went above and beyond to make sure she was accommodated. They can create a kids meal from the GF menu (up charges required for the more expensive meats). Kaylyn didn’t forget about us gluten eaters either 🤣 Completely wonderful experience!

One of my all-time favorite places to consistently come back to. They have a menu with plenty of variety. I will continue to come back here routinely. As an added bonus, they have a gluten free menu with many options.

Loved the variety! They had 2 different Gluten free pastries and I loved the banana nut muffin best! Bagels are home made. Cakes look great. Little pricey but worth the cost. I have gone 4xs and haven't been disappointed.

amazing pizza!! this is my second time coming to this location, driving from Daniel Island even thought there is one on DI, the Oakbrook location it is by far the best of the Famulari’s in the area. I ordered a gluten free and NY style pizza and they are both always great. The crust is always perfectly cooked with perfect sauce to cheese to toppings ratio. Their balsamic glaze and garlic butter dip is delicious! Both of my orders were carry out but the atmosphere of the place felt incredibly welcoming and just like a pizza shop I grew up going to. Highly recommend this place!

Really REALLY loved the selection of gluten free treats! They had a display that was entirely GF- paradise. They had sugar cookies, pumpkin choco chip muffins, and my personal favorite, the apple cider donut warmed up 😍 It was a cinnamon sugar delight!! Will definitely be stopping here more often with all the amazing food and drink options 😊 Also had a thai oatmilk tea with boba which is always a hit 👍🏻

It is very expensive but has gluten-free options. We enjoyed our meal, though we were not thrilled with the waitress, and another server kept dropping stuff and making a mess. They did prepare us an anniversary dessert that was special, being it was gluten-free and egg free.

This is my go to for gluten free craves that I did not cook! They don't have dairy free cheese yet!!!!! But I'm really happy to have a gluten free patty melt and a chocolate chop pancake, not made by my hands for the first time in 20 years!!! The turkey patty sausage is superb 👌 thank you so much!

Food- so many choices to choose from! I enjoy eating it in the regular it is genuinely so amazing! Along with that- they have plenty of gluten free options for people with allergies or celiac! It’s a family business and one of the daughters has celiac so they take allergies very seriously there! Service- so amazing! A start off counter service along with servers going around to take orders! You can go inside to help yourself or place an order with one of the amazing girls they have. Staff is always super accommodating, kind, and helpful and never ran into any issues with them! Truly the sweetest people. Atmosphere- it is so amazing! So cozy! They have wonderful artist who come and sing for live music! Music bingo is so much fun and would recommend to everyone! Overall such a place to bring your family or to socialize! Everyone there is super kind. Not to mention it’s also a family owned business so it feels great being able to support a family in their new journey!

Was craving some sweets and wanted to try this place out in Nexton. My husband has celiac so when we asked the young girl behind the counter she actually had a list of options and all the allergies each flavor had which was very helpful. The staff were friendly and very patient with us when we were trying to decide. They have the coolers split in two with one side of gelato and sorbet and the other ice cream. I wanted the best of both worlds of course so I got one gelato and one ice cream. This was one of the best chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream I’ve ever had. Hubby kept it simple and got 3 scoops of the GF strawberry cheesecake. I had to steal one bite of that and man it was tasty. I will get that next time! It was a really nice place inside with plenty of seating.

We went to Oscar's for dinner for a first time visit, and the server was exceptional, even as he was training someone new. The menu was carefully explained to us, and although they didn't have a specific gluten-free menu, the server was very quick to assure me that he could let me know what dishes could be modified for my allergy. My husband had the crab legs for an appetizer (very nice portion size) and the grilles trio oscar-style. I had the braised short ribs. We both had the collard greens (soooo good) and my husband loved the Mac and cheese. The food was wonderful! When I asked about the dessert menu, they showed me the two desserts that were gluten-free. I told them that I was a little disappointed because I was hoping for something with chocolate. Our server told me that he knew they had chocolate torte cake yesterday and could check to see if they still had some leftover. SURPRISINGLY, THEY DID!!!! And that cake was so good! Truly everything was wonderful, and our first visit here is something we won't forget.

Pathetic customer service. I called in at 1:42 PM on Saturday Jan 11, 2025 (check your cameras and phone logs McAlister's) I called to ask to purchase a loaf of their gluten free bread. I've gotten it here at least three times over the last two years and the last time was one month ago, beginning of December. My daughter has severe reactions to gluten. They have always sold it to me. They have to charge me by the slice which is expensive, but I never complained as I appreciated the ability to get it here. When I called today, a young man answered the phone and when I put in my request, he laughed at me and said we don't do that. I explained that yes they have in the past. He proceeds to ask another employee laughing at me and telling them he had someone on the phone who wanted to purchase the bread. A female voice in the background said we don't do that. He came back to the phone laughing again and saying this isn't a thing. I asked him did he think I was just making this up? So then I asked to speak to a manager. I heard another male voice in the background say yes we do that but we have to charge by the slice. (which I already knew, so I thought this would solve the problem. Instead he comes on the phone and says nope, we don't do that here. I asked to speak to Mark, another manager who I spoke to last time and knew he would know what to do. Instead they tell me he no longer works there and what I was asking was out of the question. The entire time both males on the phone were laughing at me and making fun of my request. Now if they had said we are under new management and can no longer provide this service would be one thing, but to imply I was crazy and that they have never sold it this way before is not only immature, unprofessional, and very rude, but was very disrespectful and horrible customer service. Do better McAlisters with your training. I will not be revisiting your establishment as well as I am in charge of ordering meals for our corporate lunches, which now you have also lost that business as well. Maybe hitting you in the pocketbook will wake you up to train your employees more professional.

Extremely rude service. I entered politely. I waited as the person behind the counter was preparing call ahead orders and when he was finally ready I expressed I have a gluten allergy and he acted as if they didn’t care. He was completely unaware what had gluten and was disinterested in finding out, quite litterally shrugged his shoulders when I asked what my limitations are. The girl who was at the register tried to interject to help but unfortunately wasn’t sure it seemed as well. Just a very uncomfortable experience.
