Just finished our meal at Chilango. Ella, our server, was a delight and was quick to answer our questions. The food was amazing and came out so quickly! We overindulged as the menu looked so good that it was hard to pick. We had the burrito bowl, divorced enchiladas, Aztec soup, pork belly tacos and everything was amazing! The horchata and churros were delicious as well. Tons of gluten free options for our celiac friend too which was nice. We’ll be back. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!

I have visited Kelowna twice in the past year and I was lucky enough to find Sunny's on the first trip. Let me start by saying I had a perfectly good breakfast being served at my hotel and I opted to skip that 3 of the 5 days I was recently there and go to Sunny's. The hollandaise sauce is next level. The right amount of tart acid to cut through the fat of the sauce. And its super light and airy. I tried all 4 of the eggs benny combos and they were great. The vegetarian option was the standout for me even though I am a pretty staunch meat eater. Also, if your gluten free get the Eggs benny Todd's way. Which is served on a bed of their perfectly golden brown and delicious hash browns. The staff are all friendly and work in perfect harmony with each other. Which really elevates the experience. I would recommend sitting at the counter if you can so you can see the great folks making you food and see the love they put into it. And a top tip. If you want a mimosa go after 9. BC wont allow liquor sales before then. #foundoutthehardway

The BEST ice cream in town. They always have new recipes and offer gluten and dairy free options. You are bound to find a flavour you love and will want to return over and over again! My personal favourite is the milk and cookies and the mint chip. I've never had a mint chip that has such a fresh taste. Highly recommend!

What a lovely gluten free dessert. I called the store as finding a nice treat has become a little more difficult, and ended up speaking with the owner. He instantly told me which items were gluten free! On top of that texted me which flavors were not gluten free. What an amazing experience and the new rocky road flavor was an amazing surprise. Decent breakfast in Kelowna. They have a ton of options. They are famous for the giant pancakes pannakoek. They make savoury and sweet ones. And they even have gluten free option. They usually seem to be understaffed and food and service can be very slow on the weekends. The staff are always super friendly. Food is usually pretty good. I do enjoy the options for sides. Cute little spot. Delicious omelettes.

Drove from Calgary to see Small Town Strip Club play here. Had no idea what to expect. The service from the bar was excellent and so was the pizza. I had the homemade gluten free crust which might have been one of the best GF crusts I’ve ever had, and the wife had a small regular crust, also very good. The sound from the band was great and we had a great time. Thank you Matt.

Authentic Flavors & Outstanding Service at Dawett We had a truly memorable dining experience at Dawett. The food was exceptional—rich in flavor, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious, from the paneer pakora to the chole batura, and the chicken korma with the jeera rice, and the salty lassi was perfectly refreshing. A special shout-out to our server, Mandeep, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was attentive, kind, and knowledgeable about the menu—offering great recommendations especially as one of us was celiac, and checking in at just the right times. Whether you're new to Indian cuisine or a long-time lover of it, Dawett is a must-visit in Kelowna. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed dinner at Basil and Mint a few nights ago. The restaurant has a lovely outdoor setting and is a well decorated and laid out dinner area inside. Comfy seats and great ambience. The wine list was great, lots of BC wines 🙂 and the menu is very Gluten Friendly ✅ We had the beet salad and the soup which was a carrot ginger, both very good. Soup was exceptional actually! The sourdough garlic bread was really good. Mains were the prawns and lamb rack special. Again exceptional flavours and presentation. One lamb was under cooked to specification but our server was back checking on things promptly so back to the kitchen for some more cooking right away. Wonderful Tiramisu and Creme Brûlée to top it all off! Daisy was our server. She was excellent, friendly, attentive and efficient. We had a 5 ⭐️ experience. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone and come back when traveling here again.

What a great business idea! Not only did I get an amazing Pilates class, but I had the option of a bunch of high protein, gluten free, delicious treats! The owner of this business is so friendly and knowledgeable, and my class was exactly as described. The studio was clean and the booking was easy. I highly recommend this Pilates studio & cafe.

I was happy to order a gluten free bun for my burger and pay $2 extra but they didn't have any so wrapped mine in a piece of lettuce. They charged me the$2 extra and gave me no bun and did not offer to give me my $2 back. It's not the money but the principal. Would have been good business.

Top notch spot! My boyfriend and I frequent Bernie’s because of their inclusive menu that accommodates my gluten + dairy allergy, but also, because of their friendly staff and overall ambiance. Tonight was an exception however, as we chose to order a dessert for takeout rather than dine-in. We were pleasantly surprised when we were given our dessert (within less than 10 minutes of ordering, I’ll add) on the house - courtesy of one of the managers, Logan! My boyfriend and I both work in the industry and understand how tough the slow season can be for both the business owners and their service staff; so, a gesture as kind as this holds even more weight than usual. BIG thank you to your lovely manager, Logan! And we will be back soon!

I want to preface this review by stating I have celiac disease and made it clear to the server I could only eat gluten free food. Went with some colleagues today for lunch and told the waitress I have celiac disease and needed my meal to be gluten free. I asked for hot peppers to be added and was assured the spicy oil was gluten free. When I started adding some to my food I noticed globs of something sticking to it and asked again if it was gluten free and the waitress said it definitely was and not to worry so I started eating. A couple of bites in she came back and said oh sorry this isn't gluten free and replaced the meal with another of the same. Unfortunately I had already eaten some of the food that now had gluten and I will now be sick for a few days as a result.
