Went for brunch on the 4th for my sister's birthday and our server was amazing! She had a lot of tables and we sat outside but she made sure she got our orders perfect while being so busy. As a part of my Rochester Coffee Crawl, I tried Hydra Coffee. I got the bananas foster latte (iced with almond milk) and it was really good! The merch and the vibes of this place is adorable. I loved the atmosphere and the fact that they had an upstairs area as well.
I’m a sucker for cold foam and creative/artsy lattes but this latte was definitely doable! It was all of the requirements of what you need in an authentic latte. When I come back to Rochester I could definitely see myself coming back to get some coffee!
Of course, I didn’t leave without grabbing a gluten free strawberry jam bar (which was absolutely excellent) and a sweatshirt! The staff was so kind here as well and gave me great recommendations on what to get and what they like from the menu!
