I’ve been many times, and each experience has gotten worse than the previous.
In my most recent experience, the waiter was yelling at the hostess right in front of our table, and then immediately turned around to greet us (super awkward and unprofessional).
Next, the waiter brings us water, and disappears for 3-5 business days.
After finally flagging down the waiter, we order our food which was not only undercooked, but flavorless.
To top it off, they brought us complementary bread as a condolence when we had informed them of a gluten allergy (so we couldn’t even eat it).
I would not recommend. There’s dozens of better “Italian” places, and the price is outrageous for the lack of quality.

They accidentally gave me the wrong burger, but before I could even walk up to the counter to tell them, I was approached by (I think but never confirmed) the manager asking if everything was ok. I told him and he apologized profusely and said he would get it fixed in just a few minutes. All I was hoping for was the right burger, but he went above and beyond to make it right. I've had worse experiences at other restaurants without an offer to even make it right, so I fully appreciate this level of customer care. The only thing that could have made for a better experience was if I didn't have to eat my burger on a gluten free bun, but that's my own fault.

While visiting family in Plano we decided to have desert at Better Than Sex desert restaurant, what a great time!!! My wife ordered take out from this location on 11/15/2024 and our Gluten Free Kung Pao Chicken came with the top cap of the pea box on top of our food, disgusting!! Also, asked for no scallions and got scallions in the dish anyway. I immediately called the store manager after receiving the to-go order and he stated he would refund us for the dish. Not only did he not refund us, I had to call back again on 11/18/2024 to speak to a different manager by the name of Tanner who wrote down my information and stated he would refund me since the original store manager that I spoke to wasn't there that day. He never refunded us either. Terrible customer service by both managers and disgusting food preparation by this location! I also sent a complaint directly to their customer service website and never received a response back. We would order from this location on a weekly basis. Never giving this place business again.

My husband and I visited as part of the #PlanoFoodies program.
I made a reservation via OpenTable because they are downright busy on a Saturday evening!
We were greeted (we were on time) and quickly seated.
After we ordered our bottle of wine, I asked for recommendations. I was excited because many of them aligned with what I was excited about on the menu.
No appetizers for us, but we ordered the Filet and the Grilled Chicken/Fig sandwich (with Goat Cheese). I really wanted the steak fries side, and so many sides sounded great (especially the mac-n-cheese). I settled for the Caesar salad since I wasn't terrible hungry.
Mmmmmm. The Filet and mashed potatoes were great. The Chicken/Fig/GoatCheese sandwich was fantastic. The Caesar salad was awesome too! We took some of it home.
We ordered Port Wine along with the Brownie (gluten-free) dessert! The port was great, but I have to brag on that GF Brownie!!! You won't believe it's gluten-free! Wow!
We talked about how we will be back. We love this area, but the great service and great food!
If you are one of the few people like us who have not visited, please do so. Great menu selections!

I ordered gluten free and also paid extra for sour cream. I got regular which seemed suspicious and went to to the counter to ask and they’re like it’s gluten feee.
