We saw this place randomly walking and so glad we came in! Food is amazing and so is the service and reasonably priced!! Menu has allergens on it and most of it is gluten free so very happy about it 😊

Honestly worst food I’ve had in the whole of vietnam. As a veggie and gluten free pair me and my friend saw this place and the reviews and immediately got excited. The food was so bad we couldn’t finish it. The tempe in the bowl had a horrible aftertaste and the sauce was unedible. The sweet potato fries tasted like eating a raw parsnip. The atmosphere is also really weird, why have a tiny pond full of koi fish in a vegan restaurant? I think the good reviews come from people getting free coffee for a review. Please avoid this place

Went for lunch today and could not be more disappointed, my friend is gluten free so we asked about available options and were told she could have the poke bowls. She declined the marinated egg as it was in soy sauce and then we hen she received her bowl it was covered in teriyaki sauce which is not gluten free. My tuna bowl was also advertised as gluten free but was coated in teriyaki sauce so was also not as described. Staff obviously have no idea what gluten is and did not respond when we asked about it. Aside from the gluten, the food did not taste good at all. Wouldn’t recommend

A very cosy place! A real Mexican place!👌 Very nice staff. ☺️The boss is very friendly, speaks good English, was helpful with everything! They could prepare gluten free food, serve dairy free drinks. I highly recommend this place,we will definitely be back! 🧡

We had dinner at Tam Vi and it was delicious!! The dishes are simple which we love but the flavours are still so tasty! We had the crispy 5 spice duck, beef & bamboo shoots, cabbage with tomato and rice. And honestly the cabbage with tomato was so tasty it was our favourite dish of the night!! And the pricing is so good for the meals! We paid alot more in other restaurants in Hanoi. I'm surprised the reviews for this place aren't higher but I read many saying they thought it was too simple or dishes lacked flavour but I think that depends on the person. We love simple food done well! Which Tam vi do! 👏 We love that they don't use MSG in their cooking it's a reason we chose to come here and it's easy to est gluten free. Its humble, authentic Vietnamese cooking. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be back!! 🙏

Absolutely loved this spot! They’ve got heaps of great vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, which is always a win. The outdoor patio is super lush and green — such a good vibe to chill in, and they’ve got fans and A/C going so it stays nice and cool even when it’s hot out. Upstairs is perfect if you’re a digital nomad or just need a chill place to work — comfy, quiet, and really well set up. I had the salmon avo toast (delicious!) and the lime lemongrass chia juice — so refreshing and light, exactly what I needed. Definitely a new fave.

Booked a market tour and cooking class via our travel agent. Red Bridge were fantastic. A great market tour, followed by a boat ride and cooking class. Instructions were easy to follow, we received recipe booklets to take home, and help was on hand to assist with our own cooking. Flavours were so fresh and tasted wonderful. They catered for gluten free, vegetarian, seafood allergy and peanut allergy on our tour. As a family with a 16 year old boy, i think he enjoyed it the most, but we all had a great time.

I had terrible pain in my gut after eating their artificial meat, I assume it had gluten, but not sure what the actual reason is. I had similar bowel irritation after eating fish cake in pho (Im not vegan), so it’s not only about their product, something is added to that type of Vietnamese sausage no matter vegan or fish one, probably gluten. I had to take a pill of No-spa ro relieve the spasm.

Capos is definitely a place to visit in Hanoi if you miss non-Asian food. I go to Capis once a month because they have a special menu that changes periodically (which is a very good idea because same dishes all the time just get boring). In terms of taste, I can’t say that it’s the best I’ve ever tried. Yes, the food is quite nice and interesting, but sometimes the dishes definitely don’t hit the mark or they lack something that can make the dish memorable or really tasty. But overall, it’s just good food. Perhaps the most memorable for me were the octopus carpaccio and the tartare with bone marrow, also oysters are amazing. I definitely recommend trying these dishes. Also plus for gluten free options (they do have super tasty gluten free bread!) The place itself is beautiful, with a wonderful view of the church and high class service.

The food was excellent, very tasty, not too pricey and quickly prepared. You can choose from all sorts of different cousine, from local food, seafood, vegeterian, grill and to european food. For me the most important option was gluten free food, they had it marked on the menu, and also they went out of their way to prepare even dishes that were vietnamesse style in a gluten free way, so i could have a wholsome experience. And i had no simptoms later. The service was as kind and welcoming as it coud be. It was outstanding and they went an extra mile for their guests personal needs and preferences. They were all really incredible, from the manager, to bartenders, chefs, entertainment staff, etc.. Atmosphere was perfect for us, you can get a calm chill enviroment, on the other hand you can experience great entertainment such as Djs, dancers, fire shows, etc..Regulary they have afternoon/evening events planed, for example beer festival. The facilities were beautiful, very well maintained and regulary cleaned throughout the day. We would definately recommend, 10/10

We really appreciate that our kid can always enjoy the gluten-free and dairy-free pasta. Today we tried the seafood risotto for the first time, but the rice was a bit on the hard side, which was a bit of a letdown. The steak was delicious as always.

Pleasant restaurant with a nice interior, right on the main street, perfect for people-watching. A friendly Vietnamese lady, likely the owner, explained the menu, and her English was good enough for easy ordering. We were so hungry that we ordered too much and had to take some home! We had fresh rice paper rolls with pork, a tasty chicken noodle soup with rice noodles (great for gluten-free diet), crispy fried wontons with pork, and a delicious eggplant with coconut cream in a clay pot. Everything was excellent, and the name Mom's Restaurant truly reflects the home-cooked taste of the food. We’re glad we stopped by! Paul 🇺🇸 & Martina 🇨🇿
