They are professionals in serving gluten-free food. They know how to deal with this.
You can see in the picture they used a piece of cardboard to not contaminate the food.

Unfortunately, it is not tasty at all. And super ordinary with no connection between items.
The salad was not fresh and I can say it was old. You can see in the pictures.

The meal was delicious. I think all the gluten-free, lactose-free, etc. alternatives are great. The service was also impeccable.
I just have one small detail to point out: I ordered the Red Matcha Pistachio Latte. At no point does it say that it comes with whipped cream, although it would have been nice to do so because I ordered it with oat milk. I can't tolerate cow's milk, and therefore, I can't tolerate whipped cream either. It would be good to specify this in advance for people like me.

Excellent place and excellent food. It was my first, but not the last time at this restaurant. Friendly atmosphere and especially the choice of gluten-free dishes. Today I came across the completely gluten-free menu, but apparently there is always at least one choice of the gluten-free dish. Best salads to accompany dishes... And cheesecake....
