Without a doubt the best gluten free pizza i have ever tasted! Even came with a label on top so you can be assured it is GF, as it certainly didn’t look like it! All the staff were also great. Would eat there everyday if I could
Great restaurant for those with gluten and lactose intolerance! What a joy to eat pastry chefs' cakes. Special mention for the carrot cake and the royal! The pain au chocolat isn't exactly flaky, but is still very good!
On the other hand, I was disappointed because the opening hours on Saturdays aren't 9:30 a.m. but 10:30 a.m. We waited an hour in the neighborhood, only to find that all the savory brunch items weren't available until noon...
Even the lattes weren't available. It's a shame because the concept and the food are great!
Incredible food. My partner is coeliac and everything on the menu is gluten free. Amazing food and menu for both coeliacs and non-coeliacs alike. Coffee and cake great too! Highly recommend stopping by
We've eaten here several times in the past few days, as my wife is gluten intolerant and they cater for her needs. The food has been superb and the staff are excellent. The customer service is first class and the restaurant is thoroughly recommended.
The concept is very promising: gluten-free pastries, with tempting products. We sense a real desire to offer a delicious alternative for people with gluten intolerances or sensitivities, and that deserves to be commended.
However, the flavors are lacking. The cookies, for example, aren't unpleasant, but they clearly lack flavor. There's no real taste identity; the flavors are bland, as if the base is there, but without the finishing touch that makes all the difference.
It's a shame, because we feel there's potential. Perhaps a little more work on the recipes, textures, dosages, or natural ingredients could really change the products offered.
I might come back in a few months to see how things are progressing, hoping that the taste will finally be there.
Ordered a seafood platter and a seafood pasta. Since it focuses on gluten-free diet, his pasta may be better for Hashimoto people. But more attention needs to be paid to the handling of the food. The grilled fish in the seafood platter had fish scales that had not been cleaned, and there was a bit of sand in the scallops in the pasta. The seasoning of the pasta was okay and the mussels were delicious.

Be careful if you’re coeliac. The GF pizzas are cooked on the same surface in the oven as the normal pizzas so tonnes of cross contamination.
We ordered a bottle of wine with the meal and it only arrived after we’d eaten our main course. We obviously sent it back.
Great cafe with all vegan menu. Has gluten free options as well. Delicious food and drinks, friendly staff, English menu and the strongest air conditioning we came across in Nice! Great for those enjoy summer days.
Nice evening! We were traveling and Aix en Provence was our stopover. Looking for gluten-free food we found this little place that offers hot dogs and chips, all very good! I highly recommend it! The lady helped us in choosing the sandwiches by explaining the various cheeses and paying close attention to the celiac person. We were very satisfied! The atmosphere in the square was top notch!
The best vegan restaurant in the city.
Of all the vegan restaurants we have been to in Nice, this one is undoubtedly the best.
Varied menu to choose from.
We shared a cheese board with gluten-free bread that we ordered on the side and it was delicious.
The porcini crêpe with cheese is wonderfully flavourful, the best I've had in a long time. The burger is delicious and the brownie with ice cream is spectacular. We are delighted.
Good quantity, correct price.
We recommend 100%
Inconspicuous from the outside, but really tasty burgers. The menu with drinks and fries is very reasonably priced. The burgers are also available gluten-free. Delicious! Deserves 5 stars. The older man is also very friendly.
Very nice and well-kept place with tables outside too. We had a kind of gluten-free chicken toast that was very good even if we had some difficulty with the staff to be sure that it was gluten-free (I would recommend putting something on the plate directly from the kitchen that identifies that it is gluten-free so the customer is also at ease, like a flag or plates of a different color dedicated to gluten-free dishes). We also had a cold cappuccino (not bad) and a lemon cake (a kind of lemon donut) very good (this one was with gluten). The prices are high but in line with other places. The first waitress was a bit cold even if generally professional, much better the second one more accommodating and empathetic with the customer. Recommended for celiacs especially given the lack of dedicated places in the city.
We stopped here on our last night in Nice. We got take out and were able to wait inside. They will only do take away if they aren't busy. This was our first time trying socca, but it was very delicious and affordable. Highly recommend this place. They only offer socca, so everything is gluten free.
A place where you can eat whenever you want during the day with dishes for different diets (vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free, etc.)
No waste and unnecessary packaging because the dishes are presented in reusable jars.
An affordable canteen where the atmosphere is calm and respectful of everyone.
I'll be honest: I didn't even want to leave a comment... Because Le Balagan is a place you want to keep to yourself. This restaurant is a slap in the face. World peace. Yannick takes obvious pleasure in offering vegan, organic, gluten-free cuisine—and mind you, not sad or sloppy dishes, no, everything here is crafted, thoughtful, and delicious. This is something you've never seen before in Marseille. Every plate is amazing, there's nothing to throw away. The eggplant moussaka with rosemary, the tajine-style stew with candied lemon, almonds, and apricots... pure bliss. Honestly, I didn't know how to repay him, it's so good... and then I realized: the best way is to come back, again and again. Thank you, Yannick. You've set the bar very, very high.
A huge thank you for the kindness towards my injury and the attention to gluten and your perfect welcome (chef and young woman)! The burgers and fries are terribly good!!!
Delicious food, a quiet, beautiful and pleasant place! I was able to sit down to work while eating and drinking coffee, it was really great!! Great gluten-free options, especially for the dishes (and a little bit for the desserts).
While visiting Aux Beaux de Provence we stopped for lunch in this excellent restaurant. Plant-based, raw and gluten-free culinary discovery.
We enjoyed sharing plates. A beautiful journey around good and refined cuisine.
Well done.
Three carnists and one vegan.
Excellent restaurant!
The toasts are very good and the gluten-free option is very nice.
Special mention for the sweet pancake with chestnut flour: delicious!
The service is pleasant, fast and attentive.
A very good experience.
Serving predominantly vegan/vegetarian food which is also gluten free, the portion sizes were good and the flavours nice. Had the avocado toast, with the only point to improve being the GF bread which wasn’t the best (quite thin)

Great food. Good service. And lots of gluten free options which was wonderful for us as we had a friend staying with us who is celiac. Highly recommend!
Nice place near the sea, gluten-free and vegan. It's hard to find places in the area that are so well-equipped and for celiacs on holiday they are the only salvation for not eating at home or bringing something ready. Good vegan cheesecake (obviously different from the classic one) and biscuits. Good coffee considering we are in France and it is still different from ours. The only negative note is that the staff, even if apparently kind, when they have to communicate with a foreigner, gives you that feeling of the type "yes but don't waste my time, consume pay and go away" and unfortunately it is quite annoying and quite evident. I understand the difficulty of communicating between different languages but now there are so many tools (applications, translators...) but basically you need the will to communicate and empathy towards the customer. We definitely need to work on that. In any case, a positive experience in the end.
An excellent address in Arles.
Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free dishes excite visitors about all the possibilities of this cuisine, which one might think is limited.
Plenty of choice and flavors, with seasonal produce, served by a very pleasant and friendly staff.
Thank you very much, Adrien and Yoann, for offering a pleasant break with responsible, quality cuisine.
Highly recommended 🩵
Excellent restaurant, welcome and high quality cuisine. Taking into account +++ food intolerances, in particular a gluten-free and lactose-free dessert and gluten-free bread are offered. Very rarely considered in other restaurants. I recommend +++
Hello,
I would like to express my disappointment following the brunch I had with you on June 8th, for my birthday. I had specifically requested gluten-free and nut-free options, specifying that these were allergy-related items, and despite this, the dishes served did not comply with these guidelines.
The pancakes were also burnt and unfit for human consumption. This not only ruined what I had hoped would be a pleasant experience, but it could also have had serious consequences for my health.
I urge you to be more attentive to these types of requests in the future, especially when it comes to food allergies.
90% of the menu is gluten-free. The menu also has vegan options. The restaurant owner is very attentive and knows his dishes perfectly. The sauces are also gluten-free, so it's fantastic for celiacs. The food is very affordable and the dishes are delicious. If you order a starter, main course, and dessert, it costs 25 euros per person. I highly recommend it. A big thank you to Dragon Bay for this wonderful experience.
Being celiac, there is not much left without containing possible traces of gluten or gluten-free dishes at all.
In Avignon there are few restaurants where we could eat with our eyes closed, we are disappointed
Living in Antibes, Apopo is my go-to whenever I'm too lazy to cook! The food is always fresh and delicious, and the portions are very decent for the price. It's the perfect compromise for enjoying yourself while eating healthily. (and great for people who cannot eat gluten)
An excellent address in Aix. The big plus: a restaurant that pays great attention to gluten-free.
A delicious meal and impeccable service. Very big crush.
What a joy to have this vegetarian canteen for healthy and delicious meals! Warm welcome, fresh, organic and local products, gluten/dairy-free option. Good for health and taste buds! Thank you for being here !

Everything was perfect: the service, the decor but especially the food. My partner was delighted with his brunch, my son with his children's menu and I with my gluten-free savory waffle with my Frappuccino. Everything was delicious and high quality
This little restaurant is a very good surprise!!! I was able to eat gluten-free, organic and healthy, it was very healthy!!! Plus it was super good and I felt that it did my body good, especially with the fresh beetroot soup as a starter!!! I will definitely go back there more often!!!
I discovered this place by chance on the networks. So why not try? Atypical restaurant nicely decorated like in the mountains!
The staff took great care of us, superb cocktails, very good platters to share and the meal was very generous!
The most positive point is that there was gluten-free hamburger bread and that made me happy because in France we are still not up to speed on that!!! So a big thank you! My son enjoyed it! (I brought the bread just in case!)
We'll give the address a try for cheese lovers!
