Great pizza and rice pudding! Also the staff was excellent. We meant to order a gluten free pizza and forgot until the pizza came out. When we let the staff know, they so kindly made our gluten free order; no fuss.
I have eaten at the location in brooklyn and this location did not disappoint! My fiancee is celiac so it is important that restaurants take the allergy seriously and prevent cross contamination, which they did ❤️ every pizza we have tried is delicious and the cheesy garlic breadsticks are phenomenal. We also love all of the cocktails. Our servers were attentive and the atmosphere was inviting

Great gluten free options. Our waitress Sisi was the best. She remembered our order and took care of all our requests promptly and correctly. She's always gone above and beyond our expectations.
Dine in | Dinner | $10–20
Food was fantastic. Nothing labeled Gluten-free on the menu, but the waiter told me exactly what was Gluten-free, what could be modified, and what was off limits.
Small place, but very relaxed atmosphere. Had this at Dinner yesterday. Would definitely recommend and go back.
However, I'm confused about the 93.0 (A) rating - maybe it was an off day when the inspector came? Because the food was delicious.
Great place to stop for a quick smoothie, juice or snack or work remotely from! I love the chocolate covered banana smoothie and their gluten free avocado toast! Lots of allergy friendly foods!
Absolutely fabulous experience! We were quickly seated (we had reservations as soon as they opened), service was prompt and pleasant, our meals were all perfectly accurate and delicious, and even parking was easy! For appetizers our group shared the hazelnut burrata and the giant meatballs with crispy bread. These were delicious and I would be happy to enjoy them by themselves as a meal! But I got the butter chicken "sostanza" style, which is lightly breaded and fried in a butter oil sauce and is unbelievably delicious! Others in our group got the linguine a la carbonara, and the blue cheese alfredo tagliatelle. Everyone commented that these were some of the best dishes they've ever enjoyed! We had to look up a lot of the menu's Italian terminology online, but everyone was very pleased with their meals.
We also enjoyed a range of creative cocktails, from the delish "Santa's 52-Week Vacation" with charred rosemary, to the "Captain Pek Pek's Business Class Flight" cocktail complete with attached paper airplane with the recipe printed on it! Loved these! There was also a nice array of desserts, and we enjoyed everything from affogato, gelatos, bread pudding, to tiramisu!
The atmosphere is simple and streamlined, but it doesn't feel unwelcoming. The staff are all helpful, professional, and very familiar with the menu. They even had dietary restrictions labeled on the menu, so there are options for those that are vegan, gluten-free, etc. I appreciated that the pace of the meal was leisurely (true to a traditional Italian meal) and at no point did our group feel rushed.
Every element of the meal was fabulous from start to finish, was served hot, and was presented beautifully! Thank you for a fantastic first experience, we will all definitely be back!
We love the buffet and the crew at Sitar! The flavors are always delicious and strong. The quality and freshness is consistent. We try to make it here monthly — at the very least. If you have any dietary restrictions the buffet has cards for items with details if it includes nuts, dairy, meat and gluten. The buffet offers salad, rice, main courses, fruit, soups, chutneys, naan and desserts. The service is first class! They make us feel so welcome every visit! It’s a wonderful experience — we recommend 10/10!!!

Vegeterian, vegan, gluten-free, and carnivorous options. Alcohol and alcohol-free drinks, with wines, cocktails, and beers to choose from.
Kid's menu AND, ice-cream cake.
Cozy area with books to read or buy, or both; a free podcast studio - how cool is that? 😎
Oh, and with a $2 donation, you can get yourself polaroided and immortalize yourself in the wall above the bar.
Food : They have a few vegan options and at least one naturally gluten-free option. Their coffee was really good. I had a red velvet latte with oat milk. The hash browns I got (and reason I gave them 4 stars) were greasy and a bit undercooked on the inside.
Atmosphere: It is cute and comfy inside. My friend and I were able to hear each other talk with no trouble. The music was just loud enough to be distracting, maybe because I liked the music.
I can see this place being a good place to go and work and just to hang out with friends.
Came in today for lunch, the lass behind the counter made eye contact and turned around to continue prepping something. We were the only people in line to order. Her coworker nudged her so we could order, she persisted doing something (he wasn't doing anything and said he couldn't help us) and then took several minutes to turn around and engage us. We waited for 10 minutes. I asked a basic question about the WF (wheat free) tags being different than what they show online (which is GF Gluten Free, and not the same thing, I'm Celiac) and she just kept saying I don't know, I don't know, I don't know what that is.
It was awful. It was disheartening and I was embarrassed, we turned around and left.
I recently came to Madhatter’s for brunch, and I loved the diversity of the menu. They have breakfast all day which is a plus! I tried the wasabi salmon bowl, with an iced Vietnamese coffee. I have zero complaints, they’ve got me hooked on the coffee now. I’ve also ordered cakes for my family member’s birthdays and they are pretty delicious. The tiramisu is a must (but then again I am biased because I love coffee). They have gluten free and vegan options for savory items and sweet items which is a must. Staff is always super friendly!
Parizade was the perfect venue for our wedding! Some of our top priorities when choosing a venue included that our guests would enjoy a delicious meal and be able to safely get back to where they were staying after the wedding. We LOVE the food Parizade, and it is conveniently across the street from a Hilton hotel, so it checked both boxes.
Costs: The venue rental for our Sunday wedding was $500, plus a $5k food and drink minimum. Super reasonable.
Atmosphere: I would say the vibe of the restaurant is eclectic-Mediterranean-meets-NYC. It was very well suited for our very eclectic wedding celebration! We rented out the whole restaurant for our Sunday wedding, so we had access to all the rooms in Parizade, which each have a unique feel, but those same eclectic-Mediterranean tones.
More detail on the various rooms: The rooms include the main dining room, the board room (blue room with a bunch of gold framed photographs), the courtyard, and an additional smaller dining room (black and white checkered floors). We held our ceremony in the main dining room, cocktail hour in the back & white room, and reception in the back & white room. The board room was used for the groom crew to hangout in for a few hours while the bridal party got ready off site. This was our rainy day plan – our original plan was to have the ceremony outside in the courtyard with the very beautiful fountain.
Event coordinator: The event coordinator, Jennifer, was extremely professional and organized. She provided us with paper copies of the menu options that we could select from and gave us the run down on the price points and food & drink minimums, and ideas from what people have done in the past for events. She was very responsive to email. She also provided a list of recommended wedding planners/coordinators to work with (the venue requires that you work with one)! Jennifer, if you’re reading this – thank you so much!!
Staff: I was overwhelmed by our guests responses to the venue and the servers after the wedding. Numerous people texted me after the wedding, commenting on how amazing the food was and how taken care of they felt at the wedding! Parizade, thank you for taking such good care of our loved ones and ensuring they had such a lovely experience and meal!! My husband and I were taken care of by Misel, who was excellent- he even would find me to give me plates of food throughout the evening to ensure I wasn’t too busy to eat! The manager, Igor, was also a key person who ensured the success of the night. Thank you so much!
Food: AMAZING. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Durham (and my #1 favorite!). We have had everything on the menu, and knew our guests were in for a treat, even those with dietary restrictions. They accommodate food restrictions and sensitivities (3 guests have gluten sensitivities, multiple are vegetarian) and mark these easily on the menus. Parizade offers tiered menus with a range of price points that you select and then can offer those menu options for your guests to order from a server during the reception. We liked that option because it gave our guests a more personal experience and gave them the chance to order food they were interested in on that day, rather than having to pick a meal a month out like other venues require.
What a gem of a restaurant. My sister got gluten free+mild, I got regular Udon+Thai hot. Flavor, heat, service all absolutely fantastic. Restaurant is clean. Highly recommend.
