This is a mixed review. The Gluten free pizza was very good. The crust doesn't taste gluten free at all. Definitely 5 stars.
As for the bad. The regular pizzas are sub par. A bland sauce (both white & red), cheese, and nearly flavorless crust. The kids cheese was more flavorful than the white pizza. The Greek salad was bland as well. Perhaps they didn't take the time to shake the dressing because it sure tasted to me like no dressing at all.
Everything is expensive in this area outside of Inn and Out. The pizzas here are essentially $25+ personal thin crust pizzas which is cheapest pizza to make, The exception is the gluten free which is thick Detroit style.
If you have a gluten free eater then I do recommend. If you have super sensitive taste and prefer low flavor then also recommend. The fancy name belies a generic taste.
