This pizza is incredible! I prefer gluten-free, and this dough is fresh, light, and full of flavor. Tony makes it from scratch every morning, and you can really taste the difference. This pizza is next-level amazing! I’m super picky, but this is one of the rare spots I actually LOVE. The gluten-free dough is a game-changer—so light, no bloating, just pure deliciousness. Fresh toppings, made right in front of you, and totally worth the price!
Tony makes the dough fresh every morning, and you can find his food truck at Sportsman’s Park every day (except Sunday) from around 3:30 PM until he sells out—sometimes as early as 8! So don’t wait.
If you see the truck, STOP. TRY IT. You won’t regret it!
