The Toasted Yolk Cafe

In a town with a lot of great breakfast options this is one of my favorites. Super fresh, gluten free options, great omelettes and the hash brown casserole is amazing. All the staff is really nice. Angie waited on us today and she was lovely. Checked on us often but not too much! She made sure we had lots of ice tea and everything else we needed. We’ve never been disappointed at this cafe!

On a recent first visit to the "The Toasted Yolk" .... this was a gem of a restaurant---and my friend and I could not have been more pleased!! After picking up my friend who came into town for the holidays, we headed straight there. We were both hungry and wanted to try an establishment we have not yet tried--I live in town but she was visiting. Lucked out in so many ways!!! Restaurant was organized, we were seated outside on a perfect day and had THE BEST service from "Angela" our sweet server. She asked if we were first timers there and we both agreed. She had recommendations and also pointed out some of the restaurant's "faves" marked with an "egg" and we ended up with a Golden Gate Omelet, gluten free bread and some yummy bacon! Amazing food!! Drink menus was also impressive as we both had mimosas!! I would definitely go back and try some other breakfast/brunch/lunch dishes. If you ask for Angela, she will go above and beyond! Well done!!! :-)
