I went to get a gluten-free ham piadina for my daughter (6 years old). I waited in line without any problems, about 40 minutes, but it was fine because it's normal on a Sunday in the summer. When I got to the cashier to order, I was told that they didn't have gluten-free piadinas (they only had stuffed crescioni left). I would have liked to read a sign without waiting in line for 40 minutes. Since my daughter is celiac, we left without eating.

I honestly don't understand all these negative reviews!! fast service, environment with soft lights, which I prefer to bright lights, the music was there but with normal volume and good pizza... there are also gluten-free pizzas and with lactose-free mozzarella so also a choice for celiacs like me. Wide choice of desserts. Advise!!!!! To those who say there is confusion, if you want silence, stay at home, don't go to a restaurant 😂

I am celiac, I call to order a gluten-free pizza and ask to take it home. After 15 minutes the pizza still hasn't arrived, I call the pizzeria and their response was "we are on the way" after 40 MINUTES the pizza still hasn't arrived, I call back and their response was "sorry but we are on the way" what's more while I speak and answer they choose to hang up the phone making fun of me. I have already ordered pizza there other times and it is always dry, rubbery and hard to digest, but since I am celiac I make do with it. Rude, incompetent and not very serious people. Highly not recommended!!!!

I was there last night with my wife who is celiac, we ate really well, the pizza was excellent and the dough for celiacs is truly exceptional, my wife says it is the best she has ever eaten since she has been celiac, they found the right combination of gluten-free flours, the pizza is crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, a real Neapolitan pizza, the place is very beautiful, large, very well-kept, each room is different from the other, they also have more than one outdoor space, the staff are all young, kind and friendly, the pizza arrived in a flash and at the end they also offered us their homemade liqueurs... we will be back soon! Highly recommended.

We were hoping to eat a good gluten-free pizza, but we were disappointed. The ingredients are good and of quality, unfortunately the base is terrible. So hard that it is difficult to cut with a knife. I am surprised that no one complained before. I hope that the management intervenes. Otherwise it is better to remove the option from the menu, at least the place does not lose its image.

It is a pleasant place, in the green hills of Bologna. The location is fantastic and pleasant! I've frequented this restaurant over the course of many years, I hadn't been in a while, and frankly I was a little disappointed. The menu does not specify which gluten-free foods are available, and the waiter who was supposed to take the order went back and forth a few times to ask for information and had no idea how to direct us. Inflation is fine, but we spent about double compared to 2/3 years ago, for the service and the type of dishes offered... we were disappointed.

Takeaway pizzeria with a few tables to eat outside and inside. Simple place but with the typical Emilian cordiality. Wide selection of pizzas and pinsa, both with and without gluten. In both cases excellent quality. We found ourselves in this pizzeria by chance looking online for gluten-free, and it was a great surprise. Too bad it's far from our house!

We have been to this place several times and have always had a good time. It features a large car park and several seating areas. The menu includes both meat, fish and pizza. There are several solutions also for celiacs. Although there are many places, it is always recommended to book.

Amazing experience! We had the best dinner at Pizzeria Cittadella in Parma. The Location is beautiful - in the garden sitting between banana plants and fairy lights. The food was amazing. I am cealiac and had the gluten free pizza which tasted great and came out on a black plate while the normal pizza which was also really really good and came on a white plate to differentiate the pizze. I felt super safe eating here and the service of Marta was like dining with a friend. So polite but such a uplifting spirit at the same time. She really made our night special. Thanks for the great dinner!

I ordered a GLUTEN-FREE Ligurian Focaccia via deliveroo, a pizza with cream cheese and slices arrived of salmon.. plus it paid a little. Having doubts as to whether the pizza was contaminated, I couldn't eat it and consequently had to throw it away. I tried calling both my husband and I several times but no answer.
