These are the BEST donuts I have EVER had. Whenever we have a craving for donuts it is a no brainer. They are fresh and warm. I have yet to have a bad donut from them. And to top it off, I’m pretty sure they are made with rice flour which also makes them gluten free. I’ve tried other donut places in the Springs, but Lilly’s is hands down the very best.

I'll start by saying their gluten free pizza is magnificent. I live in Michigan and everytime I'm in Colorado I have to go here. My family tells me their regular pizza is OK. My complaint is you pay for toppings and they are very stingy... their mushrooms are shredded tiny pieces and there is probably not even one mushroom added. But their gluten free crust is so so good!

Great breakfast place. Lots of gluten free options including pancakes and bread. Green chili is made with cornstarch so that was safe too! Excellent service and tasty coffee.

I ordered the Gluten Free crust and they were very careful to avoid as much cross contamination as possible, even offering to change their gloves. I love that they have so many topping choices for all dietary needs! The kids size pizza was the perfect amount for my 5 year old! We came in hungry after a hike- the pizzas are made as you order and cook quickly. The fig “finishing” sauce is my favorite- I highly recommend trying it!

Classic skirted heifer on a gluten free bun with Belgian fries. Did not disappoint. Great flavor and wonderful service. Had the homemade chocolate custard for dessert. Rich, creamy and delicious.

We had their gluten free pizza here when in town visiting and it’s been the best one we’ve had anywhere. Bubbly crust, thin, and crusty just like a wonderful regular pizza. Wish the chef would host an online class to teach others how to make a gluten free pizza like they do, we’d sign up!

I have to eat dairy free due to a mild allergy, they did inform me the cauliflower crust has dairy so we did the gluten friendly crust and plant based cheese. My issue is that the signature tomato sauce had visible cheese in it and the employee didn't ask if I wanted a separate thing of the sauce and almost grabbed sauce with cheese mixed in. If you are a devoted vegan or have issues with dairy cross contact please avoid this place.

This is a great local restaurant. The food is always good, as is the service. It's a small place and can be busy on the weekends. Some dishes can run out on busy nights. They offer a gluten-free menu.

The staff was super friendly and made suggestions. We ate outside with some wonderful weather. I got the classic skirted heifer, my wife got the skirted heifer on a bed of lettuce since she is gluten free. We split an order of sweet potato fries. We liked those so much we got another order to go. I highly recommend making this a stop for a meal.

Dedicated waffle iron but the server said they offer gluten sensitive and not gf. I confirmed eggs are not cooked on shared service. I got the gf waffle with eggs etc. When served the waitress did not confirm it was GF nor was it marked with a stick or anything but as soon as I took a bite I knew it was GF. It had a cornbread flavor vs Belgium waffle taste but it wasn’t bad. I have celiac but I am not sensitive so I can’t be a good judge of cc. I’d recommend for gluten free but if you have celiac just be mindful of the cc risk and ask lots of questions.

Very warm welcome. People of all ages were here, and it was a genuine space. I am a very picky eater, it was my first time trying this food which I usually don't do. I had gotten my driver's license next door and was hungry! I got the burrito with sausage. Super yummy! Would try again if I get the chance. They also had a small little window for baked goods, I think I'll try the cinnamon roll next time. They had veggie quiche & gluten free options in the bakery window as well! It was $11 give or take for my burrito!

Amazing food!! We each got a different dish and then shared them each other. All three were amazing. The Italian sodas were good too. I recommend the strawberry one. They have GF sensitive options. But since there is flour in the air in the kitchen, they said it is not celiac friendly. I appreciate that they put that right in their menu.

Unfortunately the food is on a decline. Way too much chewy fat in the chicken. It really is disgusting. This has happened the last few times we have eaten here. In previous years it was never this bad. Now it is every single time. The prices haven't increased as much as other quick service restaurants, so perhaps they decided to go with cheaper meat to make up for it. I would absolutely pay a bit more for quality food. The flavors are still good and their gluten free offerings have increased which is fantastic. Hopefully they will improve food quality.

This is a great place for anyone with food allergies. They have a fully laminated binder with every ingredient for each menu item and the staff wash hands and change gloves if they are dealing with an allergen. They have celiac safe gluten free options as well as soy free options! We'll be going here again.

This is a small and wonderful little health food store. The prices are pretty bad, even for a health food store, so if you can find what you need somewhere else, go somewhere else. But the beauty of Mountain Mama is that they carry a lot of products that are difficult to find elsewhere, especially for those with sensitivities to gluten, dairy, etc. The staff are very nice and chill, and they've got some great in-house baked products.

We have always had the best gluten free crepes here! You can get either garbanzo or buckwheat batter and choose your choice of filling. The menu has so many fantastic options. You will not be disappointed!! Highly recommend bc we are a Celiac family and have never gotten sick here! Can’t say that for all places on this app.

Oh my goodness, they have THE BEST vegan / gluten free cupcakes EVER!! It makes me happy to know me and others with food allergens can still have delicious dessert and be involved. Everyone else also told me the marble cake (which was normal) was DELICIOUS!! Denise was amazing to do unicorn theme and it was the tastiest cupcakes ever. My guests couldn’t stop raving about the cake too. Please don’t hesitate to shop here. Local shops!!! Amazing food!!!

The whole entire staff is high. My friend is gluten free because of serious allergies and they served her gluten after they told her it wasn’t. She ate a pizza and a half and started feeling sick as they refused to serve her the correct pizza. The manager had an attitude and didn’t take the time to come talk to us and had to ask multiple times to see him. The food was also trash.

So glad that me and my husband gave this place a try! When we picked up the staff were so nice and food was ready when we got there. My half salad was still super filling and the chickpea pizza crust was a great alternative for my gluten free husband. We will be back:)
