The ambiance is a vibe inside and their lattes are good. I have a gluten intolerance and we told the server that ahead of time and she said that she also couldn't eat gluten too so she would make sure everything's ok for us. When the food runner dropped off the plates, he couldn't tell us which plate was gluten free. So we waited for the server to come back. She never did. My husband finally got up and walked up to the counter where she was and asked if she could tell us which the gluten free dish was...she was apologetic to him and came over and pointed it out. It was a little frustrating though that my whole table waited to start eating until this was sorted. Fast forward towards the end... There was still 20-30 minutes left on our time and she came over to us and said we would have to leave due to the time limit... We were just finishing up our lattes. We did not like that at all since we had to wait in the first place due to the confusion with the plates at the beginning when we had to ask which was gluten free. We were also on the wait-list for one hour before being seated too by the way. We didn't intend on staying past the time limit anyway, but also - we still had time left. We had already paid the bill at that point - so we had already tipped (and we tipped well too regardless of the mishap). The tables to the left and right of us were not told they needed to leave, and they were seated before us. It's not a place I'd recommend for brunch.

I was excited to see the transformation from its previous life as a bank is astonishing; there’s no trace of its former identity. The decor is thoughtfully curated, with unique accents and an inviting ambiance. The standout feature is the large, central bar that serves as the restaurant’s focal point. Upstairs, the additional seating area is ideal for hosting a larger group. offering a more private and cozy experience. As for the food, there were clear winners and a few misses. The Brussels sprouts were a standout dish—perfectly crisp and full of flavor and the squid ink pasta was another highlight. However, the meatballs didn’t quite meet my expectations and are something I’d skip next time. For those with gluten sensitivities, Wood Stack is accommodating, offering substitutions throughout much of the menu. I’m looking forward to returning and exploring more of their offerings.

Great Atmosphere and delicious food here and the option for Gluten Free noodles. It’s a neat cozy place with great staff and authentic flavor! Was about to order the egg add-on and my knowledgeable waiter informed me that the egg was made with soy sauce and would therefore contain gluten. A literal life saver!

It’s nice walking in and hearing a friendly hello with a smile! Sean, Shantel, Yisarel, and Alneesa make a great team! Food is always yummy! I have a gluten allergy and they take the necessary precautions.
