This place is awesome! Been here a few times now and everything holds up. Portions are huge. Even the tea they serve you isn't in tiny cups and a kettle; I got 3 full cups out of it. Their menu is 95% gluten free, I've taken my celiac girlfriend here twice and she loves it! Only thing is their water is not free, it comes in cans and is 75cents but I was happy with my tea. Love coming here!

An okay diner it feels kinda tight and is loud but the fact it's gluten friendly is a big plus and on top of that the food tastes absolutely amazing, which is hard without gluten. Coffee was not fun and it was super busy. Overall it's a cute place every once in awhile, though I don't think you'd want to make it a regular spot.

Great little burger Shack. Flavor is excellent, and gluten free options are good. The beef is fresh, but patties are thin. Atmosphere gets a 4 star only because it's small, limited seating.

Simply a great meal made even better by a stellar serving experience from Olly. She was running the entire front when we got there and did an amazing job of getting our orders and food in a timely manner while still taking care of all the tables! My Rundle Mountain Breakfast was amazing value, and my celiac partner had the Gluten Free French Toast and says it was incredible too. Highly recommend coming here for brunch if you're in Banff!

Love this place. We live across the road and will surely spend way more money here then we should. I have a few dietary restrictions, but their gluten friendly burgers are great and I can always find something to eat.

I love that they have gluten-free options (jumbo waffles and more!). Breakfast is always good. Eggs and bacon were cooked perfectly, and having gf waffles was a huge treat. Service was prompt and she was very friendly.

Burgers are great here! And I really like how they have gluten free buns that aren’t totally dry and gross. I was very disappointed when I ordered the garden salad however. I didn’t know there would be diced up white onions. I was not listed on the ingredients on the Uber eats app. Very difficult to pick out when they are diced that much. I wished the croutons came on the side as well, but I shouldn’t have assumed that they did. Anyway I still like this restaurant and it’s my go-to for burgers, but I don’t think I’ll be ordering a salad from here again

I had the BEST brunch today at Red's Diner. They have plenty of options on the menu including vegetarian and gluten-free ones. I ordered the Montreal Smoked Meat Hash and it was scrumptious. I've never really liked hollandaise sauce but Red's does it so well that I ate all of it. The portion sizes are on par with the price. I left the restaurant pretty full and satisfied. The atmosphere is quite cozy and the waitresses were super friendly. I see why Red's Diner is so beloved in the community now!

Found this restaurant location recommended through the Find Me Gluten Free app and decided to give them a try. They had a lot of celiac safe gluten free options, and the waitress was well informed on ingredients and cooking protocols the kitchen used to prevent CC. Portions were huge, prices were reasonable, and food was both tasty & safe.

Have driven by with my family on highway #2 trips many times and have always wanted to stop and have a meal here. Why didn't we do so sooner was my first thought after an excellent meal. Great attention to detail on all the menu options we tried today. Very pleased with gluten free options and fast friendly service. The decor must also be experienced for an eclectic mix of vintage and futura.

As someone like me with celiac disease it’s not easy going out to eat. This is another place I trust. The server we had was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and what was safe to eat. She was explaining how her 11 year daughter also is celiac and we gave her plenty of recommendations on food that’s safe for her little one. Definitely give this place a try! Food is fantastic every time along with friendly staff. I’ve never had a bad experience here!!

Had the gluten free waffle and bacon and both were great. The waffle was an especially nice treat and was crunchy and soft and flavourful. I forgot to ask if the buckwheat pancakes were gluten-free but they looked good, maybe I'll try them next time.

I have to work in the neighborhood for the next 5 months and I'm so grateful for this little restaurant to be so close by. They have so many options if you are gluten and dairy free and food items are modifiable which means I can have a great meal. I've had a few sandwiches, the coffee, a latte and their London Fog. All have been very good. Can't wait to dine in one day. Thanks so much for having options and friendly staff!

We highly recommend Phil’s on 17th, the food is always amazing and the service was fantastic. Special thanks to Suzanne our server. Suzanne and her team are very attentive. We enjoyed the delicious food, especially the Taco bowl and the variety of different gluten free options. Our favorite drinks are the mimosas 🥂. We always looking forward to the seasonal menu. The atmosphere is very unique and authentic. It could use some updates on the decorations like pictures and flowers arrangements but we love how Phil’s keeps the dining rooms original.

wow delicious! As a celiac its so hard to find healthy choices. Quesada Burrito & Tacos in Vegerville has an amazing menu. I had the rice bowl, it was huge. Staff was knowledgeable of celiac disease and all though most of the ingredients are gluten free they still pulled all the ingredients from new containers. The flavor was plentiful and I will definitely be going back!

Overall, it's a great place to eat in Banff. Friendly staff, great food, gluten-free options and affordable prices. The only thing that disappointed us was the salmon. We paid $30 and got a kid-size meal with one tiny piece of salmon tail!

I've been a regular customer at this location, but my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed, particularly for those of us with celiac disease. The location has significantly declined in its commitment to providing a safe dining experience for gluten-friendly individuals. While the owner may take steps like changing gloves, using spoons, or fetching items from the back, his staff will not follow these practices. Instead of using the provided spoons for serving, employees are reaching into food containers with gloves that have just touched gluten products. This direct cross-contamination is a huge red flag for anyone who needs to avoid gluten. As someone with celiac disease, this experience was not just disappointing; I can no longer recommend this location to anyone looking for a reliable gluten-friendly meal.

My experience at the place was amazing. Staff Miss Yashica and Vivek was very friendly and attentive. My husband and I were greeted with the smile when we entered the place. I am bit fussy with my choices of food, they patiently made my bowl with extra veggies and less sauce. Food- Veggies were freshly cut and they looked clean. Food was served hot. Great options was available like Gluten Free, lactose free and halal food. Ambiance - Place was neat and presentable. Washroom was clean with all the essentials. Place was warm so you could eat your meal in comfort. Staff was professional and very vigilant to attend guest. They changed their gloves each time before making next order. Place like this need a big shout out as it’s not only the food but how you were treated with the staff makes the difference. I ordered takeout. I’ve done this often, as it was normally an okay spot for me to order food off of the GF menu. This last time was very different. There is no way my food was prepared in a gluten free manner. I haven’t been that sick in a very long time. I haven’t ever had an issue at this location before so this was very unexpected. I reached out to the location via their internal portal and got no reply. So I don’t think I’ll consider them a trusted spot to eat anymore. Very disappointed with the experience.
