Don’t go here if you have any serious food allergies. I explained my anaphylactic wheat & shellfish allergy to the waitress. Ordered a burger without a bun. My burger came out with a bun on it. She assured me it’s ok because it’s gluten free. When in fact there is a possibility it is not since I don’t know the ingredient list. Hence why I ordered it without a bun. The food runner assured me it was okay he would make it right. They took my plate to the back only to just simply remove the bun and bring it back to me. I’m sure you can guess crumbs still remained on the burger. Yes, indeed they did. This place doesn’t take your allergy seriously or understand the importance of a guest feeling confident enough they’re being listened to. How do I know then what even happened in the kitchen if I’m treated that way in person? Will never eat at one of these restaurants again.

Potter was our server and she was phenomenal. Very personable and attentive to our food allergies. We have been to the Hard Rock Cafe on several occasions and have never been disappointed in the service or the food! We are so grateful that they have a gluten free menu and designated gluten free fryer so we can still enjoy the Hard Rock experience and their delicious burgers and bbq.

The food was amazing. Parking lot at the mall was pretty full but we only had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The services was great. There were multiple gluten free options and I got a gluten free pasts. My girlfriend got the fried chicken Cobb salad. We both of course has cheesecake. I got a gluten free chocolate cheesecake and it was heavenly. Our server Tyan was very friendly and helped with my gluten free needs. We will return again soon. Without a doubt the best dining experience we have had at a theme park and our new favorite restaurant at the parks. My wife had the roasted chicken which features a Moroccan inspired flavor profile. It is served on a potato cake with root vegetables. Each element was cooked perfectly. The menu did not indicate it was gluten free but the chef was kind enough to assure us that it was (so either the menu had not been updated with the new item or it was modified). I had the seared tuna noodle bowl. It is served cool and has a higher spiciness so maybe not for everyone. This was truly an elevated meal that we would have been happy with at any restaurant. We honestly felt that the meal was a bargain for its quality and portion. How often can you say that about a restaurant inside a theme park? Don't sleep on Confisco.

There's a pretty good selection of food. The price is fair considering it's location. We didn't have to wait too long before being seated and our stroller was accommodated for. There are some gluten and dairy free options for those who need that consideration.

Crispy potato’s with cheese and more. What could be wrong with that. We ordered way too much food. The portion sizes are big. We could have easily shared a Rosti. Worth stopping in. Also appreciated that they have gluten-friendly items on the menu. Ana Julia was very friendly and attentive.

The food is hot & fresh! This is not fast food and a fresh breath of air. I'll never need nor return to fast food after finding this delightful place to dine. You can order at the table and they take it to you. The veggie burger, gluten free bun, grilled chicken sandwich and soft serve ice cream are fantastic! I didn't care for the older music but the food is worth it.

This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

Overall poor food quality, poor service, great atmosphere. Tatter tots that were labeled gluten free weren’t actually gluten free and resulted in me being overcharged for what I got.

This place must have had change in management - no idea why rating is so low. Food was awesome. Gluten free options for my girls were amazing. The GF truffle Mac and cheese was a favorite. The filet steak was really good. Magicians on Friday night was a super fun touch.

Very good Breakfast here. Eggs Benny and a waffle too. Both locations did great with Celiac customers. Could add an indicator on the plate that it is a gluten free or allergy meal so they don't get mixed up. Customers have more confidence that something was done and adhered too.

Good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices. This is one of our go-to breakfast places for a reason (try the Eggs Portobello)! They have a solid variety of gluten friendly options, as well.
