This place is the best, and safe for Coeliac customers. The owner has a coeliac in the family, so the menu has a huge range of gluten free foods, and all deserts are gluten free. The service was incredible and the food is amazing! My fav place when I visit Tassie, knowing I’m in safe hands ❤️

I've eaten at the Dana Eating House 3 times now and it is always a pleasure. I chose it for a team dinner because they food is delish, there's an outdoor area and they're so accommodating with dietaries like Vegan and Coeliac. HIGHLY recommend!

This place has an extensive menu with multiple options including Mexican (all gluten free) pizza & Korean. It’s all outdoors & undercover with heating provided for the chilly evenings. The food was brought out quickly & was reasonably priced. I loved the atmosphere & the decor. The food was delicious.

Wow, definitely the best avo smash gluten free bread breakfast. GF bread is house made! This is only the half serve option, it’s bigger if you order the full serve. Love the pistachio dukkah. Will be back. Fantastic service too. Very happy. Thank you Dandy Lane.

Omg 😍🤩😛 this might be the best breakfast place i have been to. Everything we got was sensational. We had to over eat to try more, having the big breakfast, sweet waffles, soup, and coffees. Literally 10/10 for everything! A MUST when in Hobart. Free street parking near by. Menu has lots of gluten free and dairy free options and many of the items are fresh from their farm. Just divine - Yum!!!!

Templo exudes class and charm wrapped up in a cozy bow! I dined here solo for lunch and was blown away by the entire experience. As a celiac I am always hesitant to try new venues but was immediately told no worries when I made the booking. Holy moly your gluten free pasta healed a hole in my gluten loving heart! The woman who ran front of house was a delight. Professional but still friendly and approachable, incredible knowledge with the beverage options and happily answered all my questions without hesitation! She’s a rockstar! Before writing this review I noticed an influx of complaints about price and size of the venue. Yes, it is a small venue which is advertised on their website and social media. Don’t like crowds or loud restaurants? Go in for lunch! or a later sitting! Think the $120 a head is “too expensive”? Go in for lunch as well! it’s allacarte at the moment. My portions were a very generous size with enough to take some home. I suggest before going to a restaurant have a look at their capacity, of course it’s going to be loud and crowded in the middle of dinner service. Instead of writing a negative review on a public platform and possibly damaging a small business’s reputation, do some research! Thank you to the team for an incredible experience, very excited to come back for my birthday :)

Our favourite restaurant during our family trip to Hobart! This was a recommendation from friends, and I’m so happy we gave this restaurant a go. The food was absolutely spectacular – not only was there a great range to choose from, but everything tasted incredible. The staff were super accommodating, especially with one of our party being gluten-free. If you’re in Hobart and looking for a fresh and fun take on Japanese cuisine, you must try this restaurant!

Visited for first time as I’d learnt LK have gluten-free kebabs. I was tremendously excited and salivating at the thought of a GF lamb kebab but bitterly disappointed to learn the only GF kebab option was a chicken kebab. Apparently the lamb meat has wheat in it, which is actually kind of disturbing 😳 Notwithstanding the above the chicken kebab was very nice with service being friendly and fast.

One of the best dining experienced we have ever had. The food was absolutely amazing. Everything that arrive at the table was phenomenal with fantastic tastes, even for members of our party who were vegan and gluten intolerant. The staff were friendly, funny, and importantly were extremely knowledgeable about the food and wine. If you are visiting Hobart, a visit to Aloft is a must.

Let me tell you….. After a long walk and a trip around Hobart we ended up very hungry and we were very glad to find this superb cafe, we had sandwiches, yummy vegetable soup, hot chips and nice and warm teas. We were attended by two lovely ladies who were very accommodating and very friendly. We were delighted to enjoy gluten free options as 4 of us are coeliacs. Thank you all!!!

Extraordinarily rude - we came in excited to get some gluten free breakfast and the cashier told us to leave, or get outside and come back in when we knew what we wanted and order - difficult if you’ve never been there before… There were open tables, but she told us to leave and come back when they were less busy - no wait list, no queue, no way to be called back. A bit confusing - I guess they were overstretched or maybe they just didn’t want to serve us because we weren’t regulars? Confusing - maybe steer clear unless you’re into abuse.

We had a standard and a dbl cowboy with fries. Sadly there was misunderstanding to a gluten free question in which we ordered non gluten free despite paying extra for a gf bun.. maybe a bit of guidance would of been nice from the till person. Lovely burger good flavour.

We had a Gluten free base with half garlic prawns and meatlovers. This was the best pizza base I have ever had. It was soft but crunchy enough on the base. It wasn't a hard crunch, just a lovely soft crunch with delicious toppings. Best ever. And we came all the way from Sydney to find it. Fantastic.

We tried quite a few things on the menu, honestly I'm not usually a Mexican food lover but this was so surprisingly delicious! I am gluten free and vegetarian and there were many options for me. The mushroom tacos were amazing! My daughter is so picky and she loved the taquitos and the boys devoured enchiladas and burritos. Lovely staff and atmosphere!

Let me tell you…. There’s nothing better than to start the day with a delicious breakfast!!!!, 4 of us are coeliac but this was not an issue at Harbour Lights Cafe, au contraire!!! First time I have been to a restaurant with a menu with only gluten free meals and desserts, Tesoro has become my favourite restaurant, as I have travelled to many places but I have never felt so privileged to choose any plate on the menu, also the personnel was so well educated, attentive and knowledgeable with coeliac condition. I would like to take this opportunity and congratulate this wonderful restaurant and their owners for going beyond and creating delicious gluten free dishes for coeliac customers!!! Hidden gem! Such a fantastic restaurant - absolutely delicious food perfectly prepared and paired with the perfect wine. Great for a coeliac too! Very knowledgeable about cross-contamination, and most of the menu is gluten free anyway (although some GFs on the menu would be helpful). The only reason the atmosphere wasn’t perfect was because there was barely anyone in there, which surely won’t be the case for long because it was SO GOOD! The decor is lovely too, very well done.

Sincerely the best food we’ve had in Tassie, highest recommendations. A decent amount of celiac safe meals so be sure to ask the lovely and informed wait staff. Amazing cocktails and will be coming back for happy hour 4-5pm. Well priced and large servings. Happy and Full!

Let me tell you….. Tonight we wanted pizza and Sangria!!! And we found the best place to overcome our hunger and wishes, the gluten free Calabresse pizza was absolutely delicious, the sangrias were nice and fresh perfect accompaniment, and the service of high standards, we enjoyed our night out in Hobart. I was really looking forward to trying a burger we came here as they do a celiac burger. When we went to order was told they had run out of gluten free buns so i could only have a pattie and salad. Fries weren't gluten free so i ended up buying sushi from across the road and watched everyone else enjoy their burger. Fries were ridiculously small for $6. So disappointed won't bother trying again

It is a wonderland shop. I am gluten free and vegetarian, trying to consume clean produce/products. Eumarrah has everything I need. Little bit pricey, but I don't need to waste my time with online shopping-trying to find the things- or jump from shop to shop for my needs... Heaven in Hobart for conscious, mindful, clean living people. very professional and friendly staff too.. The only disadvantage is trying to find a parking stop. I wish they have good size of parking lot for their customers.

Absolutely sensation. I am gluten free and dairy free, and Restaurant Maria was able to adapt ALL dishes where I was served an excellent range of gluten free/dairy free choices. These dishes were exceptional. Service was incredible and the venue was gorgeous. Definitely try Maria.
