These are hands down the best gluten feee baked goods I’ve ever had! I find myself venturing to Koala coffee every morning to try something new, and admittedly get a little too sad when it’s time for them to restock Illumina products lol! The blueberry lemon cake, hummingbird cake, and plain vanilla cake have all been divine. I would have a very hard time telling they were gluten free if I didn’t know! Perfect texture and taste! Keeping my fingers crossed that Illumina one day also has a store front!

Pastries A-La-Carte created a beautiful cake for our wedding day! Communication with them was easy and smooth throughout the planning process. We ordered both a gluten-free sheet cake and a sweetheart cake. The sheet cake was a hit - even our gluten-free guests raved about how moist and delicious it was! Our sweetheart cake was so tasty too. We did have a small hiccup when I picked up the cake - it was in a different system. But they brought the cake out and everything was fine. Despite that little scare, our cake looked and tasted perfect on the big day. The whole cake was beautifully decorated and added a lovely, sweet touch to our wedding. We were so pleased with their work and prices. I would happily order from Pastries A-La-Carte again!

Quality, Made-From-Scratch Breakfast Bluebird Kitchen is a charming deli-style cafe serving high-quality, made-from-scratch breakfast dishes. They offer a variety of options, including oatmeal, pastires, egg sandwiches, and even a gluten-free hash. While the hash was a bit saltier than expected on our recent visit, our family who frequents here said that otbwas not normal. Given the overall quality and focus on fresh ingredients, I'm willing to chalk it up to a one-time anomaly. If you're looking for a delicious and quick breakfast option, Bluebird Kitchen is definitely worth a try.

We found this quaint little bakery on a whim and we are so grateful we did. Tucked away in a quiet area, it was a hidden gem for us. We bought cupcakes and brownies last week for my son’s birthday and today picked up a wide variety of assorted goods to share with our out of town family and they can’t wait to visit when they come to town next. As a gluten free girlie, I cannot rave enough about the absolutely delicious gluten free goods especially the Peanut ‘better’ Cup. It’s so delicious and nothing is dry and gritty like other gluten free pastries. We are so happy with the quality and consistency of the products.

I have loved this spot for years. They always have a vegan and gluten free option which I appreciate. The decor is funky- modern Victorian. And I LOVE that they are open late. I’ve popped in here many nights in between night class and overnight work shifts to enjoy a drink and just relax.

I recently had a severe diet change- no eggs, dairy and gluten. It is hard to go out to eat and I really miss the social interactions that happen around a dining table. My boyfriend and I were coming to Pittsburgh for the Steelers game and I found this little gem. The GF/V donut was to die for- so delicious. I didn't know what to expect with a vegan egg sandwich, since I do eat meat- but WOW. The tofu scramble was so delicious and well seasoned. The GF bread was hearty and delicious. My boyfriend had a regular egg, cheese and bacon sandwich on ciabatta and said it was phenomenal. I am so grateful to establishments like this that have allergy friendly food- it makes dining out fun again and breakfasts have always been my favorite meal. Thank you, we will be back!

Got the gluten free cheese cake and it was delicious! I could not tell the difference between that and a regular cheesecake and the crust was buttery and crunchy delicious! Would definitely order again!

The Cakery sells not only cakes but also cupcakes, pies, cookies, and other desserts. I had no special occasion, so I did not place an order in advance. I simply stopped by and browsed their display cases. I liked that they offered some options without sugar and gluten. I purchased several desserts, and the employee kindly served me. My favorite desserts were the raspberry-vanilla cake and the lemon pie bar. I thought that the cherry pie bar, apple pie bar, cherry-chocolate scone, and several flavors of cookies were good.

Ordering is easy and never had a problem picking up. I love when wildrise is at the market, but in the office season I make it a point to get at least 1 yule log and chicken pot pie 🤤 The pot pie is delicious and I love the crust! The chocolate yule log though...out of this worldddddd. My brain will not believe that it's both vegan and gluten free...it is but your taste buds won't know any better. Best yule log I've ever had 👏🏼👏🏼 please keep selling it every year 🙏🏼

Happened by the North Fayette location on Friday to grab a small cake for my husband, and was so excited to see there is a gluten free cake offered! SOOOO many places just ignore the fact that up to 30% of the population is gluten intolerant, and it is so appreciated that you don’t. We had the gluten free chocolate chip cake and my husband got the lemon raspberry. Both were excellent, and the staff was really kind and helpful. I also shared with another gluten free friend and she likes your cake better than the super expensive niche bakery cake she had for her birthday! Will definitely be back.

Our wedding cake was perfect! We had an amazing tasting set up and were so impressed with all the delicious flavor options. Paulina was so sweet and very attentive to what we wanted to look and flavor-wise. We had done a cake tasting with another local big-name bakery and thought it was too sweet/artificial tasting and didn't have the same attention to detail from the staff. We are so glad we went with Bella Christie's! They delivered and set up our cake on time and with no problems! They have a bunch of allergen-free cupcakes which we added on for a few guests and our gluten-free guests loved them! It was delicious and looked perfect!

I am gluten-sensitive, but realized I can have sourdough, so my boyfriend and I tried this place out for Valentine's Day! It was delicious!! We got a round pizza and a pepperoni roll as well as some beers, and it was all delicious! The staff was also great and the atmosphere was cosy!

We got a variety of biscotti which were delicious, crispy and lightly sweet and perfect dunked in a cup of coffee! We also tried the nut roll - I found that ok - it had too many raisins for my liking. We also tried these coconut gluten free almond cookies which were delish. We’ll be going back for more biscotti and to try their pizza and ricotta pie.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Signature Desserts! I ordered a birthday cake back in June, and it was divine. My husband and I decided we liked them so much that we got our wedding cake from them. I am gluten free, and their gluten free cakes are to die for. Just as good, if not better, than regular cakes. Not only that, but I told the lady the vision I had for the cakes appearance, and she crafted it to perfection. It was absolutely beautiful and surpassed all expectations!!!

I have a severe gluten intolerance, but I step in to enjoy the scents. My son has loved every pastry he has tasted, and my husband swears by the pierogies. The staff is always friendly. The coffee isn't the greatest, but it does the job. Today y'all saved my life. Thank you!

Sultan Doner is a hidden gem, especially for those with gluten-free needs! My wife has gluten intolerance. Although the menu is not marked for GF, the owner was incredibly helpful in pointing out several menu options that are gluten-free. Many of the kebabs are GF. And the additon of a Turkish coffee or pop drink, making it a great spot for a casual meal. It's also super convenient, located steps away from the baseball stadium and with easy access from the Roberto Clemente bridge. While they don't explicitly advertise gluten-free options, the owner's help to identify meals for dietary restrictions was a big plus! Just be sure to ask about them when you order.

Awesome find! Loved this bakery and the sweet gal working there. Picked up the largest gluten free fruit filled macarons I’ve ever seen. Delicious! Also enjoyed a yummy croissant and the best lemon tart I’ve ever had. You must go!

This place is absolutely delicious. Their macarons are very flavorful (and gluten-free) and their coffee was delicious as well. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the cost. It is quite expensive but worth treating yourself!

I can't say enough good things about Third Space. I am gluten free and while they don't have a huge GF selection, what they do have is to die for. I ordered a full-size cake of their almond lemon cake because it is simply that good. Everyone who works there is so kind, and the vibe is just so sunny and sweet. Love spending a Sunday morning there. Thank you Erika & all the other bakers for being so accommodating in making me this cake, yall rock!

Tons of gluten free options (including the best gf bread in Pittsburgh), really tasty food, and the staff leaves me the cutest drawings on my orders. It's pricey but sometimes i need a treat haha.

Absolutely looooved this coffee shop!! I used to stop in nearly every day for their gluten free selections. Both the drinks and food were phenomenal. Definitely stop in if you are visiting the area!!

New to us type pastries. We bought a large variety for our dinner party to try. The staff was helpful and kind. While the pastry baskets were well marked when making the selections, no labels were on the packaging so by the time we got home we weren't completely sure of what we had tried. (Note we did have a gluten free guest and they had one cake option for her that she very much enjoyed)
