This is a home styleChinese restaurant. Service was outstanding and the staff were very attentive and kept asking us if everything was ok. There is a separate gluten-free menu and the choice is reasonable. The main menu is not extensive but covers the usual dishes. I was slightly disappointed in the quality. The gluten free lemon chicken was lacking in sufficient lemon taste but the chicken breast was great. The non coeliac meat dish was very tasty yet overpowered by the use of too much starch in the sauce. Spring rolls were did not contain enough filling. The oil in which they were fried was perhaps not hot enough. The hot and sour soup contained chicken and shrimps and was tasty, although the thickening starch was a bit too much. Overall, excellent service and great for coeliacs who very rarely get the chance to eat Chinese food. Highly recommended.

I’m going to be the contrarian among these reviews. I’m GF and DF and can’t tolerate spicy either. I ate here reluctantly because my family was sooo eager to experience this famous London restaurant. They informed me of all the ingredients that might be an issue for me but would not modify anything. So my options were extremely limited. Very loud. The rest of my group loved it. I nibbled and got dinner elsewhere later.

My husband and I had a great experience at Bills. Our waitress Dora was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was incredibly helpful when it came to helping me with my allergies. They have an entire gluten free menu which was incredible and made me feel very safe eating there. I got the vegan and gluten free pancakes and they were delicious. My husband who does not have any allergies got the eggs royal and he said they were very good as well. This was a great place to eat if you have allergies or not!

AMAZING! Great food, wonderful atmosphere, friendly and superbly knowledgeable about dietary requirements! Two coeliac diners! Our server, Tanya, was knowledgeable, friendly, pleasantly interactive and catered superbly to our two coeliac diners as well as accommodating a small appetite of our elderly dad. The food was superb, peppercorn sauce on the GF steak and the sauce with the seabass are off the scale. The smash burger went down a treat and the addition of the Baileys to the ice cream was quite luxurious! Wish there was one closer but will definitely be back! The decor and ambiance suited us well and, with one partially deaf diner, the atmosphere was perfect.

Me and my family had a great meal, very clued up on ceoliac, which made eating there a lot better and less stressful. They had an extensive range of gluten-free options and no cross-contamination. The meal was enjoyed by all. Very friendly staff.

Went with a friend for a late lunch. Had the gluten-free tapas deal (6 plates for £27) with a couple of drinks - just over £33 for the two of us. Nice atmosphere and food very good, although some of the dishes may be a touch fiery for some tastes. Nice to find another decent eatery...

The most beautiful spot for breakfast, especially with the cathedral bells ringing but I did feel the menu was a bit dated/limited. Love that apparently 95% of the menu was gluten free but only if you liked a take on a full English which unfortunately my coeliac daughter wasn't interested in. Oats and granola not gf and was missing a little something for me.

First visit. Ordered cod and chips. Absolutely delicious meal. My wife is Gluten free and the waitress explained all the options. She was very friendly. Very short waiting time. Reasonably priced. Will definitely visit again.

Fabulous eating place in the centre of town. Fully accessible for my wife's wheelchair and there is an accessible toilet. A wide choice of food to suit all dietary requirements. In our group was a vegetarian, one needing a gluten free diet and one with a nut allergy. Very easy to find meals for us all on the menu but the staff also made doubly sure. My wife and I had the tapas - fabulous and incredible value for money. I would certainly recommend this and other Lounges for the quality of food, price and accessibility.

A really lovely place to meet friends for a coffee. They also cater for a gluten free diet and are very careful about cross contamination. Food and drinks are delicious ans served by very helpful and friendly staff. My go to place when meeting with friends

Brilliant service and so many gluten-free options! I have a dairy allergy and accidentally ordered food with dairy in it and didn't realise, and the staff came and informed me of my mistake and offered an alternative. Really caring about allergies and take them seriously!

A little claustrophobic inside as it’s a pretty small restaurant which I didn’t initially realise when looking online but overall a nice atmosphere with accommodating staff esp for my friend with celiac disease who were helpful & communicative & took all necessary precautions. ✔️🔵 Decent prices & within a nice location. 🛄⚪️ if you’re alcohol free I would recommend one of the 0% beers more so than the mocktails as I personally found my virgin mojito mocktail too sweet & not particularly enjoyable.

I have been worried about dining out since being newly diagnosed. This was my first experience and it was great and has made me feel a whole lot better about things. They have a dedicated GF menu and the GF dishes come out with markers which fills you with confidence that they have been prepared in an uncontaminated way. Service rubbish, long waiting for food but love that you can take animals in. It's not a great option for gluten-free and dairy free. The menu becomes hard to choose something different when you've been a few times

It was my first time in this restaurant and the experience was really enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the gluten free menu with many choices available. Amelia was our server and she took great care of us. Would definitely come back and recommend it!

We have eaten here a number of times now and have always been so impressed by the food and lovely atmosphere. I am coeliac and have always been wonderfully catered for. We recently had a birthday meal here for 11 of us, with many dietary requirements and allergies. There was so much choice and the food was so delicious and such good quality. The staff really made it special for us and we thoroughly recommend!

Huge all over the place menu usually means nothing is very good. Not in here. We had the vegan burrito and bang bang chicken and both were genuinely quite tasty. The atmosphere is really nice, lights and music are low, staff is friendly, service is quick. Bonus points for special consideration for the vegan, gluten free, child having and dog having among us, and all of this without compromising the food or vibe at all. Loved it here after a long day.

We came into the lounge yesterday as a walk in of 6. Although they were extremely busy we were greeted at the door with smiles and informed of what to do and the fact there was a wait on food. They also asked for our dietary requirements which was superb as im gluten free. They seated us promptly at a clean table which was a nice surprise in such a busy place. We ordered our food and drink at the bar as suggested by the app due to my gluten allergy. We were informed by the girl ar the bar that she wasn't able to take the order but she would get her manager to take the order. Within a matter of a few seconds both the manager and the girl was back. He proceeded to take our order looking after mine first and read it all back to make sure it was correct. Drinks arrived promptly and we enjoyed the atmosphere whilst waiting. We were informed of how long our food was going to take at every available moment. The manager himself took the opportunity to make sure we were okay with everything whilst waiting. He also brought my gluten free food first which was another surprise as I often am left last to eat. All members of staff who were on tonight should be proud of themselves. I never once saw a drop in service even across other tables and it was nice still being interacted with. The food was also impeccable, with being a chef myself I know what it's like in a hot kitchen especially when it's busy so we'll done chefs! Last I want a special mention to the manger himself. He was always doing something but made sure we weren't forgotten and it made the experience 10 times better. We will be back!

Tldr: Some of the friendliest staff ive ever met, amazing gluten free options, one of the most beautiful atmospheres, 10/10! I dont usually eat alone at restaurants so was a bit nervous but every member of staff who spoke to me was so kind and so thoughtful and made my experience so nice. Gluten free menu had a lot of options but i went for the butchers brunch i think it was called?? absolutely AMAZING. There is a lot of space for sitting so it doesnt feel super cramped and absolutely gorgeous interior. i had such a lovely time and will definitely be returning! cant recommend enough :]] I did also go in around 1pm and it was fairly quiet, so i imagine if you go later in the day itd be busier so if you want to go when its quiet id suggest 1pm or earlier!!
