Delicious pizza. Your mouth will water just walking from the parking lot from the smell of the wood stove. As someone with celiac, I was happy to see that most of their pizzas could be made gluten-free and the wait staff was knowledgeable. My wife's wheat pizza was excellent too. Not a great place if you have celiac disease. We have been visiting this restaurant for a while and didn't have issues until recently. The last visit I was sick afterwards from what I assume was cross contamination. We tried again today stressing that I have celiac disease. After making some modifications to the meal (which was marked as a gluten free option) and being assured everything would be ok as they have a celiac button that alerts the kitchen I was brought a burger that had a fried onion topping and the burger itself was fried (they do not have a dedicated gluten free fryer). I sent the meal back telling the server it wasn't safe after he kept telling me it was. He came back and confirmed it was not safe. When the manager came over to check on us 15 minutes later he offered to make me a salad with no protein to make up for it since that's faster.
Anyway long story short not all the staff is trained on cross contamination or food allergies for that matter. Eat at your own risk...
