tl;dr: Jessica -- and the restaurant -- knew how to handle our gluten-free requirements and put us at ease doing so. A member of the family has late-onset gluten intolerance and we have not been going to restaurants but we heard The Bristol knew about GF cooking. We tried them and our server, Jessica, gave is the GF menu and assured us the kitchen knew how to avoid cross-contamination. She did an excellent job putting us at ease and making appropriate suggestions and explaining what was safe to eat. The food, as always, was excellent, however, what we will remember is how our server helped us understand and exercise our options.

Listen, they do the best impossible burgers ever and their ranch is amazing. But maybe don't try something new... The deviled eggs: don't make me laugh, might as well have eaten plaster it was so boring. And why 3 halves? Weird. The drinks: "is this vodka kombucha?" is the exact phrase my bestie used for her vodka cranberry. It was awful. My espresso martini was chunky and sour (yes I know cold brew if not made right can be sour). Considering we already had to order different drinks than our original orders we just drank them. General food is amazing here, love their gluten free options. They just need to work on the small things that make a meal.

Great turkey club sandwich. Service was good too. If you're looking for a grilled cheese sandwich of any kind, this is the place to go! Nicely seasoned kettle chips made a great side. There was also an option for gluten free bread.

Everything was amazing! The service was friendly and quick. The food was delicious and served quickly. Price was great for portions and flavor. Was very easy to eat gluten-free. They could even make gluten free mac&cheese. Brisket, cheesy potatoes, and baked beans were top notch.

In house the fries are $17 however on the website or google it lists them at 5 and 4 dollars respectively, that's a WILD rip off. I ordered the salmon in person and was told it was not gluten free as they put noodles on the dish (i wanted salmon why not offer just the salmon :(() however the website says they are arrow root noodles. which unless they just changed it and didn't update it on the website or lied to me should be gluten free as they are made of arrow root starch. the server was however really nice, I assume they probably just didn't update it especially with the all the discrepancies between the online and in person menu's including listed ingredients. all of the portions were small especially for the price (bf got fries and the brisket tacos, the fries pictured on there website seem to be a larger portion than what we were given) the korean fried chicken was the only one worth the price as they absolutely piled my bowl up with chicken lol

I've enjoyed dining at BJ's in the past, but Saturday's dining experience was sub-standard in comparison. The food was "OK", the service was "OK", the gluten-free pizza crust is not worthy of a repeat buy. I ordered a BJ's Classic Combo, the toppings saved it, the portions of meat, cheese, mushrooms were nice, got the zesty notes you look for in a sauce, but the crust - the foundation of of pizza pie - was less-than-stellar. Served up thin and crispy style, the GF crust I got was thin and chewy. I know it's a challenge to do a good pizza crust with GF dough, but this crust didn't "rise" to the challenge. My buddie's Hickory Brisket Bacon Burger was lacking the brisket, and his wife's Sliders were nothing to shout home about. Our server, while polite, wasn't all that attentive. She performed most of the obligatory functions, but the follow-ups just weren't there, the little things such as a timely drink refill, and the clearing of dinner plates before dessert arrives.

You walk in and if you are not sitting at the bar, you have to wait in line and order. Then when your order is ready they call you to the back to pick it up. There are yummy homemade sauces near the pick up station for you to grab as well as pickles. They have gluten free and vegan hamburger buns and various non-meat patty options which was great for me. I ordered the “fire” (impossible) burger on a salad. It was good, not spicy enough though! They were sadly out of tofu fries. Overall, solid food and friendly staff.

Great experience here! I have a wheat allergy and when ordering online, forgot to mark gluten free on my bun but did on my fries. They ensured the whole order was gluten free and prepared to allergy safe standards. When they saw us double check in the take out bag, even took the meal back and confirmed with chefs without us having to ask. We will be back and are very appreciative!

Really the only thing that was less than perfect was that some of the salad greens had black/wilted spots like they were getting old in the container and whoever made my salad did not notice so I had to pull a few leaves out that were inedible. Fine dining at it's best! High end restaurant with excellent and attentive service by David. Food presentation was wonderful and food was fresh and delicious. Gluten free options available along with some non alcoholic beverages, like the Strawberry Nojito. The pasta dish with pesto had mushrooms, peas, red onions, squash and blistered tomatoes. Chicken added with gluten free pasta. The regular pasta is fettuccine style. Very nice flavor! The Twelve chicken salad was loaded with chicken, tomatoes, avocado, corn,bacon and a honey vinaigrette. A little too heavy on the dressing otherwise delicious. Large portions for the salad and pasta dishes. Freshly made rolls for the table too. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic lunch special! I was able to get a pizza and unlimited salad for only $11! Since my wife wanted the same lunch special they told us we could even share the pizza and they gave both of us an individual (unlimited) salad! They have fantastic service here and my wife absolutely loves their gluten free Pizza! They were so accommodating to what toppings we wanted on them too! 100% recommend Old Chicago!

So the food was good, it took a while to get it. They were busy though, I'll give them that one. The kicker was when I was halfway through a BLT that I assumed was gluten free, (since you know, that's what I ordered & told her I had an allergy) and the waitress showed up and said "I'm sorry, she gave you the wrong sand, that one is not gluten-free." You are lucky I am just going to feel like crap for the rest of the night and not something way worse! Train your people better! The manager never once showed any concern and no compensation was offered. Bad business practice.

Malachi was INCREDIBLE! We were driving from Tennessee to Colorado on the way home from a wedding... straight through (17 HOURS) without stopping to rest. It was 8:00pm (1 hour before closing) and we were trying to order our meal from the road so we could just grab it and go. We have a strict gluten-free diet, and as you know, it's often hard to modify normal items on their menu to cater to that need. So, I called the restaurant to start the long process of ordering very detailed meals. Malachi picked up and was incredibly friendly. He said that they have a Gluten-Free Menu now that they just got in and he would be happy to text me a picture of it so I could place our order. He then said I could just text him our order personally and he would be sure to have it all ready and waiting when we arrived. It was... and it was DELICIOUS!!! TOP-NOTCH SERVICE AND FOOD! A+

Visiting from our of town and was taken there by family. Great place. Staff was wonderful. I am gluten free, didn't ask for a specific GF menu but the main menu had many options. Had the tacos, awesome. Late in the evening a GF pizza showed up. Very good also.

Food was great, atmosphere was good. Service was where the problem was. I was having a Christmas party of 7 on the 18th at 7pm. The waiter was not attentive to any of us, had to ask multiple times for refills, menus, and the whole time acted like we were bothering him. We asked for gluten free menu and ordered off of it and he brought the bread which luckily my fiancé is not airborne allergic. Also my employees girlfriend did not get her crab cake but was to timid to say anything and by the time the waiter came back we were all done with our food anyways and we did not even get a chance to say anything. The rest of your team brought us the food and refilled our drinks more than him. The last thing he said to me was “just so you know the tip is not included” Very condescending and the only reason I left him a tip at all (which he did not deserve) was because my fiancé said to be the bigger man and said that they may split the tips since everyone else did all the work so hopefully that was the case. He made everyone at my table feel unwelcome and I still am mad I gave him a tip but also seemed like a guy who would take my company name and blast it all over social media if I did not. Definitely am not sure I would go back there for company dinners or just to go out again.

The baristas at il primo are so sweet and genuinely care about the quality of customer’s experiences. I went in and got a redbull spritzer today and when I was walking out, I accidentally dropped my drink and it spilled everywhere on their patio. I came back in with my empty cup and an apology and the woman at the front was already making me a new one. I even offered to pay for a new one but she was insisting on making a good experience for me. Not to mention the drinks are always top notch and they actually have pastries that are gluten free.
