Great gluten free restaurant. Only one item was not gluten free but it is prepared separately. The food was amazing. Everything we tried was excellent.

12/10 stars for this place!! I was SOOOO surprised by everything here. We went for weekend brunch and I was shocked to hear there was a short 20 min wait when we arrived around 10:45 AM. So if you want to come here, make reservations if you can, the day before at the latest. Around 11:30, I heard the wait was 45 minutes. Prices here were fantastic and the flavour profiles for the dishes were top notch. Great coffee options, tea options, and plenty to choose from! They have a cafe on the left where you order at the counter, with pastries, coffee/tea, and food options. To the right, they have weekend brunch. The menus are different, but similar.
Best of all- So many gluten free options! And vegan options!
We ordered their breakfast bowl, the regular breakfast (forget the name, eggs, bacon/sausage, sweet potato smash, toast), and the parfait. I also got the gluten free cinnamon sandwich cookies and the chocolate chip cookies. Oh my gawd. Both of these! The cinnamon cookie was delicious, even for anyone who is not gluten free. The choc chip cookie was huge and DIVINE.
I wish I lived closer so I could come here DAILY. It's that good.
Do your mouth a favour and come here.
And, you're welcome. 🫰

We love Caffe Molise! It's our go-to date night spot in SLC! We have enjoyed many dishes on the menu and have loved every one. My favorite have been their salmon specials (especially the lemon curry salmon), my husband loves the pasta. The cheesecake is incredible.
Our most recent visit we brought friends who needed accommodations for celiac (gluten-free) and the restaurant was amazing! Very gluten-free friendly!

I might be a bit biased, but I love the Bayou! We’ve consistently received good service, and both the food and drinks are delicious. They offer gluten-free options on their menu, and during our last visit, our server was incredibly helpful in finding me something safe to eat. It’s one of my favorite spots for a tasty meal.

Placed an order for a gluten free burger because I’m a celiac. The burger they sent with us was not gluten free. We didn’t know until after I had already taken a bite. Thanks for the screw over.
A bustling spot loved for its unique pasta offerings and lively atmosphere, but can get a bit too loud and crowded for comfort.

The staff were bull and didn't get me what I wanted and I'm gluten free so I ordered the gluten free Alfredo and they had no more and so they gave m e some dumb sauce and meat balls and they wouldn't give me the non gluten free Alfredo.like how do you run out of pasta because it doesn't mold so why not just stock pile it like are you stupid
Enjoy an inviting vibe and extensive wine selection, perfect for relaxing evenings with tasty options and passionate recommendations.

First off, I'm from out of town and these guys are way way better then Spencer's. Secondly, I have celiacs and they guided me on what to order and I didn't get sick. I'm writing this the next day so if you have celiacs you know. Third, the wine in all bottles is protected by argon, which is heavier than air. You'll never have a bad wine at this place and they have a selection. Fourth, service is great. Fifth, food was great. If I come back to Salt Lake, I'll bring my fellow travelers here. With that I give them 5 stars on every thing.

Nacho Daddy in SLC is a must-visit for nacho lovers! This hip and vibrant spot delivers gourmet nachos that truly satisfy. I took a friend visiting from California for lunch, and it did not disappoint. Though it started as a Las Vegas franchise, this place elevates nachos to the next level.
We kicked things off with the Triple Dip appetizer—guacamole, salsa, and queso—all absolutely delicious. Then, we shared the exotic Lobster & Crab Nachos, which were phenomenal. The best part? They offer plenty of gluten-free options! To top it all off, we indulged in their Churro Sundae.
If you’re craving gourmet nachos, this spot is a must-try!

Wonderful! We had a party of 15 and 1 waiter. He did a fabulous job. They were able to accommodate my gluten-free situation, no problem. Would definitely go back.

Cool atmosphere, different than your average Cafe. Food was great with nice finishing touches, wraps were pressed like a pannini. Zough sauce is a must have.
Their menu states gluten free, but some of their items are made on shared surfaces. Warning for celiac should be made.
With a lively vibe, excellent tacos, and standout margaritas, this spot is a must-try for a fun night out.

Such a cool spot! The food and margaritas were DELICIOUS. Excellent service and we will be back for sure! Definitely recommend the burrito bowl if you're gluten free, it was amazing. Another must try is the pineapple, jalapeño margarita. My family loved the burritos, chips and salsa, and sodas.

I'm a SLC local and this is the place I take friends and family to when they visit. The food is unbelievably delicious. Thinking about the aroma alone makes my mouth water. This is not fast food because they make everything from scratch when you order it. Absolutely everything on the menu is amazing. They do vegetarian, gluten free, and dairy free options all of which are amazing. If you don't want to enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and the impeccable service the take out is also sublime. They use reusable containers so you get a microwavable and dishwasher safe Tupperware that you can reuse.
This spot offers an extensive menu and a vibrant ambiance, making it a go-to for enjoyable dining experiences with creative drinks and beautifully plated dishes.

My husband made reservations here for my birthday dinner. We are both gluten free and he called to ask about options beforehand and was told that “most everything can be made GF”.
We arrived on time and they had personalized “Happy Birthday” menus at the table waiting for us. That was a nice touch! The mocktail was amazing. One of our starters was lacking flavor but I believe it was due to lack of bread it would normally be served with. The harissa carrots were delicious. Our entrees were bison and pork tenderloin. The bison was ordered medium well but came out very very cooked. The mole sauce saved the dish. The pork tenderloin was very dry and lacked flavor, the accompanying vegetables were delicious. I ended up sending the pork back and ordered the sea bass instead. The plating and textures were incredible but the entire dish just lacked flavor for me. The combination of items on the plate just didn’t complement each other. The yucca was very bland. All of our proteins lacked salt, I don’t know if it was an oversight or how the chef prefers the proteins to be cooked. Dessert was a flourless chocolate torte that was incredible.
Overall plating and service were excellent. They didn’t question replacing the pork entree and always checked on us to make sure everything was ok. My partner was let down that only a few dessert options were gluten free and some entrees were entirely out of consideration which was in opposition to what he had understood previously when calling to ask about GF options.
I have to wonder if we had an off day because the google reviews are mostly amazing. They did a fantastic job of making it a memorable birthday experience. I just found the flavors and proteins very much lacking overall.

Great place to hang out with friends! Lots of drink options, I’m gluten free so I appreciate that! They were having g trivia night on Thursday when I was there and it looked/sounded like a lot of fun (I didn’t play). Must be 21 to enter. They have a full vegan menu too! Dogs are allowed on the patio and covered outside area. Great atmosphere. It can be loud so not a place for quiet conversation.
Amazing flavors and unique presentations create a delightful dining experience that will leave you wanting to come back for more.

I am not sure I could convey how amazing everything was. The food was fantastic, our server was attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. We went for our anniversary and we’re so pleased with everything. Hubby had the BISON STEAK AU POIVRE charred brussel sprouts, pomme frites and truffle aioli while I opted for SEARED BEEF TENDERLOIN (gluten free) grilled asparagus, saffron aioli, brown butter potatoes and shiitake bordelaise. We had two desserts: FROZEN COCONUT BANANA SOUFFLÉ (gluten free) roasted pineapple sauce and candied macadamia nuts and MAPLE CRÈME BRÛLÉE
wild huckleberry sauce. The crème brûlée was creamy and light, the soufflé was perfect in every way.
Accommodating and adaptable, this spot offers quick seating and a welcoming vibe for groups of all sizes—definitely worth a return visit!

Great place! Very accommodating and knowledgeable about alternatives for gluten-free. Waiting staff was also awesome! Open table said there were no reservation available but went anyway and our group of 3 got a table almost immediately. Second time, made a reservation for 6 and was able to change to 8 before showing up. Would definitely go back and have the Elk!
Great food, great environment. My favorite bar in SLC. We went on a Friday night and were able to get a table right away because of how big this bar is. Have gluten free tap options as well!

Ruth's is a staple of the community and if you haven't been here yet you're doing SLC wrong.
The biscuits are to die for and come with being seated. They also have gluten friendly options!
I got the potato burrito and while it was a little salty for my taste it was still really good!

Pretty good atmosphere, service staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was good. No gluten free options or lettuce wrap, but you can ask for no bun and they’ll put whatever burger you got on top of your side. I highly recommend making a reservation or you’re at risk of not getting a table. Also, plan on parking further away as this location only has about ten or so parking spots.
Good gluten free and dairy free options. However, you have to sub out fries, and sub with a side salad, I suggest indicating "no croutons on the salad."
I was looking for a gluten free sanwhich, but ended up with pasta. I was very disappointed to find they did not have any pastas on thier lunch menu so my bill ended up being twice as much as I would have liked. I would say it was pretty over priced for what I got. Staff was nice and attentive. Very empty during lunch looks like a great place for dinner and they have a lot of large booths perfect for big families. They have a bar side and a restaurant side so under 21 are welcome, you just have to enter through the courtyard door not too far away. Not the cleanest place I've seen especially with it being so slow on a Monday afternoon. As for the food itself it was good but not great. I got the chicken marsala and enjoyed that part, but was surprised when the meat and sauce were served separate from the pasta so there wasn't enough sauce. The gluten free pasta was very meh I've had a lot better for cheaper. Probly won't come back.

Located inside the Hyatt Hotel connected to the Salt Lake Palace Convention Center. Ohhhh this is worth a stop! The food was high quality and you can tell the chef took time to pair the foods beautifully. The oysters were by far the best that I've had in years. Scallop was amazing but the shining star was the Uni toast.... Never having had sea urchin like that it was a beautiful crunchy and smooth combination. For dessert we had the lemon custard and the hot chocolate. While I would prefer a few more gluten-free options or modifications I will be coming back to try the lunch menu! Additionally the sound level is perfect. You can still hear your neighbor and it's not loud and equally. Perfect to take someone who has hearing loss.
Expect a lively spot with a relaxed vibe, fresh infused water, and a solid menu featuring plenty of vegetarian and vegan choices.

The food is very good with lots of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. The service was fast at lunch time even with a decent crowd. However street parking is very limited (basically requiring paid parking at a local garage). Most disappointingly, the bathroom cleanliness was less than ideal and the bathroom lacks any changing tables.
