Our server was great and I was happy that they had a gluten free menu . I have celiacs so it was nice to clear up any confusion . They do not have a dedicated fryer if anyone is concerned with cross contamination . Personally I was fine and the food was great . They have these crispy rice coated shrimp and they were excellent ! They also have a selection of soups made with rice noodles that I want to go back and try . Ooo and don't forget your Boba tea !

Great restaurant for a casual but upscale meal. Plan to get 2-3 plates per person. As a party of 2 with a drink each, an appetizer, 4 plates and a dessert, we spent around $150. Most of their dishes can be prepared gluten free and the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating for diners with celiac.

I brought a party to the Harbour House for two special occasions because it’s on the water one of the few restaurants in Milwaukee. Being a vegan and gluten-free, I knew it was not the best choice for me, but for such an occasion to only be able to have a salad and potatoes was disappointing to say the least. I realize it’s mainly a seafood restaurant but options outside of that were so limited That it was almost laughable. The food that everyone else had was very good. One of our servers was so incredibly friendly, and the other was annoyed that I asked for alternative milk and also that I had to order just sides. I will not be going back ever, but but it is not to say it is not a good experience for people who eat animals.

We had our son's rehearsal dinner here on 5/30/25. Fabulous service for Mikayla and Lilly, as well as a side of humor from Jimmy.. The food and service five star. Bride is gluten free and they easily accommodated her dietary restrictions. We can't wait to go back!

Hands down the best place for dinner we have gone to in years. The amount of food you get for the price is amazing. The food is amazing. The service is amazing. Our server, Brooke was super friendly and helpful, she was an absolute gem to have serve our table. All the way from helping describe drinks, with samples, to ordering our food and making sure we comfortable. They have 4 dedicated gluten free fryers and a ton of gluten free options on the menu. Qe will definitely be making this restaurant a regular visit.

Gluten free breaded mushrooms were Oooo so good! Crispy and addicting with their donkey sauce. Gluten free beer battered cod for Friday fish fry, with sweet potato wedges hit perfect!! Dedicated fryer, and by the looks of the menu maybe the owner or a close one is celiac bc it was the most gluten-free options I've seen. Our waitress was sweet and accommodating. Setting was beautiful. Such a good overall experience☺️

I took my daughters (who were visiting) on July 5th, one of the busiest times of the year and yes there was an expected wait but the Hostess, Susan was the most gracious person even though it was insanely busy!! She greeted with a smile and never once lost her cool!! We have eaten at the Craftsman many times! Not only because the atmosphere is trendy, modern and refreshing from all the others but the food is great. More importantly the women in my family have Celiacs and GI and this place is safe for us!! they offer delicious GF options and they use a separate fryer! We have had their parmesan/truffle tater tots, burgers, flatbreads, Nashville hot chicken and tacos—everything was delicious. Our server was a gem!! Also very gracious during a horribly busy time—I wish I could remember her name but she was an adorable young lady with reddish hair that she wore in pigtails. She was very attentive and kind!! Craftsman has a winning combination—great good, great staff and great atmosphere!! Did I mention they support and honor our Vets!!!

We ordered a taco bar from the Bayside location for a family event with 45 people. It was a hit with all our guests. We put the final order in on a Monday, and the food was ready on time for pick up on Saturday. Staff took the time to show us how to set up the catering trays so everything stayed warm without burning. The food was on the mild side, which is what we needed for a large gathering. Have some hot sauce ready for spice loving guests. All main dishes were gluten free. Corn tortillas were packed separately from the flour tortillas. My only suggestion would be to label the salsas. We had a couple people doing tasting to figure it out. Overall, I would recommend Jose's Blue Sombrero for an informal event.

This has to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. Plus I got an ample serving of crispy crinkle sweet potato fries that were delicious. I got the cheese curd burger. Our group had a variety of dishes, from Flatbread, grilled cheese, chicken noodle soup, chicken Alfredo, and one of us had a gluten allergy and needed an accommodation which was done , no problem. The sports bar atmosphere isn't cozy and private but it worked for our outing. Might not appeal to some- so be aware of that. Our server was nice and attentive. We loved our lunch!

Great atmosphere. I understand that it's where you can get about the best pint of Guinness in Milwaukee. I do wish they would make the gravy gluten free like they do in Ireland - it's an easy fix

Food was delicious, service was quick, and staff were kind. Broad menu of options with large vegan sections. Restaurant can make dishes that are gluten sensitive (though not Celiac safe). Similarly, they are very accommodating for other allergies, and can customize meals easily.

After a road of many ups, and then a few downs, it seems like they are back on track to being well renowned! Juniors had my heart for a long time, amazing wings, great go-to burgers, and now I have tremendous respect for the owner(s), and chef. The kitchen seems as some staff have some things to tweak out, some meals messed up, but Jeff, the owner, did not hesitate to make amends. The first 3 photos are my most resent result, juicy meat, tasty fries, and a decent amount of consommé. The next 3, are results from last night, less than satisfactory. I reached back out regarding my meal last night and they were quick to respond. I am so excited to come back here and enjoy what else they will have to offer. Menu seems to have changed a few times since I started enjoying food here, and seems to be something for everyone. Gluten free options, vegan, vegetarian, pasta lovers, and even some mexican taste! Thankyou Jeff for allowing me to have a new outlook on your restaurant.

The chicken Marsala was spectacular. We got it with rice to be gluten free and the flavor was amazing with the most tender chicken! Even leftover reheated it was so good leaving us want more! The apple walnut salad was amazing!! Such a unique blend of ingredients I’ve never had on a salad: fig, apple, candied walnuts and buratta! I swapped my dressing for the maple balsamic. We also got the short rib which we didn’t love. It was okay but the other things were just SO good comparatively. Service was excellent as well. Never had to ask for refills.

My wife and I have been here numerous times. Sometimes alone for a date night or with our kids (one of whom has Celiacs) and with friends as well. We have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is fun yet chill. The food is excellent and has gluten free options. The service has always been friendly, fast and helpful. It is a go to for upscale pub food with a wonderful selection of their own craft beers. Highly recommend for sure.

Phinn, Will, and Maddie are the best! Food was great, there’s really no where else to go for a consistently good burger and fries at a this price point. As a celiac I also appreciate that everyone from the servers to the kitchen staff understand and take the request seriously. Chill atmosphere and laid back place to just have a meal with top notch service when you don’t feel like making your kitchen dirty but you are starving. Tip: if you are using the allergy/vegetarian menu it outs way easier to scan the barcode on the menu to access instead of the table kiosk

Had the most fantastic experience with the catering team led by Makenzi from the Keys Hudson location!! She organized an amazing gluten free spread (including desserts!!) for our daughter's baby shower - it was the best catering experience I've ever had! Intereseting concept: Converted canning operation building. Pleasant atmosphere. Loud, but not so much that we could not hold a conversation. Cool reception at best at front door. No one smiling. Hostest was utilitarian; not warm or engaging at all. Waitress was very friendly and warm. Great first contact and initial follow through. Started to slip after that. Ordered appetizer fries. We are glutten free and were assured that they had a seperate fryer for such. Meal arrived, but not the appetizers. We asked and Waitress appologized, went to kitchen, and immediatly returned with the fries. Having an order come that fast (and being as warm as they were) made us worry as to whether this was the gluten free order, or just a regular order grabbed to save time. We risked it, and fortuantely they proved to be the G-frees. We lacked some silverware and needed more napkings - it took a while for us to flag our Waitress down to request them. We also had to wait longer than we expected for drink refills. Food was hot and tastey. Nice selection offered on the menu. When we left, no one offered a "thanks for coming" comment of any type...just looks of acknowlegement that a customer was leaving. The atmosphere and food will bring us back, but if you like a more personalized experience - unless you know someone to ask for specifically, be prepared for a bit of a let down.

Food was delicious. 9/10. My personal favorite dishes included green curry and praham long song. Everyone we talked to recommended the red noodles, so definitely try those as well! I got the foco roasted coconut juice as a drink which was nice but wouldn’t re-order. To be truthful, I only got it because it had boba. The sticky mango rice as dessert was DELICIOUSSSS and a fun cultural food to try. The cream cheese wontons were exquisite. Basic, but delicious. Almost everything here can be made vegetarian and gluten free which is great if someone has dietary restrictions. Overall would definitely recommend this place, especially with parents in town as it is a little pricey for the college student budget. The service was good except they do this thing where you have a table but must go to the front and order every time and then they bring your food out to you. I was not the biggest fan as someone constantly had to get up to go order food, a drink, etc. and it broke conversation. May just be a personal preference though. My final rating is an 8/10 for the restaurant.

We always have great food at Red Robin! Hamburgers are not overcooked which is a major plus and they have gluten free options for my son who is gluten sensitive. And every time we go the service is outstanding. The servers really make the difference and why we return to this Red Robin.

Service was great. Food, mediocre at best. Having celiac disease brought me to your restaurant for a celebration dinner with 6 others. The other 6 ate family style, I chose the gluten free Alfredo with chicken. The salad and appetizers were enjoyed. Then came my meal. Since all the others were between courses, I ate alone and was so extremely disappointed in the meal. Entirely bland, completely underwhelming. I didn’t eat 75% of my bowl. After I was done and so disappointed, their family style meal was served - again I watched them eat. Reviews were unanimous, Alfredo too bland, the stuffed shells and bolognese was good, lasagna fair. The amount of food served and boxed to take home was at least, if not more, than what was eaten at the table.

Great place for Sunday brunch! Bloody Mary’s were sweet and perfectly spicy. Burger with gluten free bun and Brussel stouts was tasty and so flavorful! Topped off brunch with a delicious mimosa. Definitely worth the stop! Lots of gluten free options too!
