They have gluten free desserts from local gluten free bakeries and are happy to modify dishes as needed for additional allergens. Their cocktails are also AMAZING!

If you’re looking for a quick, convenient bite while exploring downtown Colorado Springs, this is a great spot to stop for breakfast or lunch. Most of the menu can be made gluten free and they have which options can be gluten free marked on the menu. They also indicate when gluten & dairy free is not possible. It is a shared kitchen but they are careful with cross contact, including making the gluten free baked goods with fresh equipment and ingredients and baking at a different time.

Warm and welcoming team. Great food. Very dilly Avgolemono (Lemon Chicken Soup) Greek soup. Gluten free options are available. My partner (not gluten-free) crushed the Lamb Gyro. Great venue, great food and service. A must try.

As if that wasn’t enough, I came on a busy evening and thought I’d be waiting in a long line for a beer (it’s a popular spot!). I unknowingly walked past the owner and remarked on the wait. Gluten Free menu with many delicious options and great care taken for zero cross contamination. You won't go wrong coming here!
