This year I took my mother and brother to the store for lunch and a burger... We shared the fries and each ordered a sandwich. They were all very good. I recommend it and it's really worth it.

I am celiac and I came from RS with high expectations to celebrate my birthday at your restaurant, recommended by a celiac. At first, I thought it was amazing that the restaurant had a kitchen and menu exclusively for us. We ordered a Blumenau sausage pizza, a shrimp pizza and I had a raspberry drink, all from the gluten-free menu. The pizza was delicious, but I thought it was strange that there was no separation of plates, glasses and cutlery. The waiter, already knowing about my condition, informed me that there would be a complimentary birthday dessert. So we accepted and asked, just to confirm, if it had gluten and he said that “there was no way to make this dessert gluten-free”. In other words, if we hadn’t asked, the restaurant would have served me a dessert with gluten without me knowing (knowing that I was the birthday girl and that I was celiac, since I had informed him when I made the reservation, when I arrived at the restaurant and when I ordered). We were leaving and another waiter, upon hearing what had happened, apologized and offered another safe dessert, but I was already feeling quite embarrassed so we declined and left. My reactions to gluten are severe and immediate and unfortunately I arrived home with hives on my legs and arms. For all these reasons, I would not trust this restaurant again and I strongly recommend training for the “new” waiter in question if they really want to present themselves as an inclusive restaurant.

Very good pizza. I have celiac disease and I approve of the quality and flavor. I usually order a lot from Vila Madalena and I get very good service. I have been receiving bad service from the Vila Clementino branch, where I have been a customer since 2018. In addition to delivering the wrong pizza, they exchanged it (I returned the pizza) and the correct one came very poorly made, without any care and with little toppings. There was no apology and they do not respond to WhatsApp messages either.

The worst gluten-free coxinha I've ever eaten! The filling was seasoned and tasted bad. It had a cream cheese filling inside to imitate cream cheese, which honestly didn't work. My colleague ordered a quiche with the same filling and a bad, heavy dough. We tried the mini eggs but we didn't like the chocolate either. I don't recommend it and I don't plan on going back.

But the surprise was really due to the delicious savory and sweet dishes served there. Oh, and everything is gluten-free and lactose-free. They advertise everywhere as GLUTEN FREE, but in reality they only use wheat flour. A restaurant of this size and price cannot use this advertising if there is a risk of cross-contamination with gluten! It is too expensive and hyped to have no guarantee of contamination safety. I am sure that the nutrition team will understand this criticism very well and how essential it is for the marketing team to be in tune with this since this also concerns safety. IT IS NOT CASA RAW VEGAN GLUTEN FREE. IT IS CASA RAW VEGAN WITHOUT WHEAT FLOUR. Gluten is a molecule and it is completely nonsensical to advertise it this way and not be. It would be like writing "no shrimp" and having "only the risk of a shrimp broth". People with allergies and celiac disease RUN AWAY. Anyway... it is nonsensical that this is part of the main advertising.
