Gluten-free bakery (safe for celiacs).
There are a lot of cookies and biscuits. But if you want savory baked goods or croissants, there is little choice, especially if you want it to be vegetarian or vegan (there is nothing there). I had a small pizza, but the base was soaked with liquid (mushy consistency). The pastry was filled with cream and there was way too much cream. The rolls were soft and didn't taste good. The staff is also not polite (makes you feel unwanted). I'll go to another gluten-free bakery next time.
Located on a charming side street, this lively spot boasts amazing ambiance and gigantic pizzas that everyone raves about.

Huge pizzas for a normal price, you can easily opt for half a pizza per person. We had a lot left over. It's also nice that you can eat gluten-free pizza, and it's tasty too. Furthermore, not a very nice atmosphere, the service was not that nice and the toilets were not exactly clean either.
A vibrant spot in Messina, known for its excellent pizzas and a menu that caters to all, making it a must-visit for locals and tourists alike!

I ordered through a fairly famous home service app and the delay of more than an hour in delivery depended on the service and not on the venue, I want to clarify this. Indeed, a detail in favor of the place is that they prepared my pizza as soon as the service was released so that it arrived hot, I appreciated this. I would have appreciated it more if they had canceled my order or removed - in advance - the possibility of home delivery, given the difficulties. I had ordered a gluten-free pizza with the addition (€1 on top of the basic price of the margherita) of baked potatoes: I received a pizza with 6 (counted) pieces of baked potatoes. So far the Ancestors have been my point of reference here in Messina for gluten-free, especially for pizzas, I hope that this was just an exception compared to all the times I had a good time. I want to give the place other possibilities, maybe next time they won't be so "stingy" when I order a pizza paying the extra for an additional topping. The quality of the pizza itself remains excellent, I remain hopeful.
This spot is known for its exceptional pizza with unique dough options and a welcoming vibe, making it a top choice for an enjoyable meal.

Perfect gluten-free pizza! Why? First of all, it didn't hurt me! It's not a given since, often, in many places there is contamination. The pizza was thin in the center and well puffed up and soft on the sides. Quality ingredients. We also tried the warm chocolate heart, wonderful! Clean environment and friendly service. Available for the most particular dietary needs. Really great experience, we will be back often!

Yesterday I had lunch at this place with my celiac daughter. Excellent products and impeccable service. Very kind people and welcoming atmosphere. I recommend it especially for the variety of gluten-free options. The piadina was very good.

After a long walk from Bagheria station, we arrived at the "Le Bontà gluten-free" bakery. They immediately welcomed us with kindness and made us feel at ease. We ate sweet and savory, we won't tell you how good it was, it was exceptional. Kind, friendly family and very nice Sofia. Coming from Palermo by train was worth it.
Enjoy a delightful range of creative sweet and savory options in a cozy spot known for its tasty choices and impressive quality.

Delicious food and excellent variety of food. Including desserts.
But the staff isn’t trained!! The waiter brought my gluten free pizza in the same hand with gluten pizza directly touching it!!

I'm sorry but we didn't like the pizza. We came for a person who is celiac, but basically, it seemed to us that all the pizzas were made for celiacs. The dough is biscuity. There are people who like pizza like that but we don't. The environment is small... normal prices.

I live abroad and I recently discovered that I am celiac. Upon returning home for the holidays, many people pointed me to this shop.
so I went, as soon as I entered my eyes saw paradise😁
I started by tasting the chiacchiere and biscuits and they have nothing to envy of those with gluten. I'll be back to try the pastries and everything else.
oh I forgot, very clean environment and very kind lady at the counter.
thank you for the work you do

Everything is very good, from sweet to savory, a point of reference for gluten-free, with a single flaw, the prices, which in some cases are too salty (bread at €12 per kg)

A beautiful reality for celiacs, absolutely worth trying; not to mention the services: super friendly staff, very clean toilets. There is also a wide choice of gluten free home products (flours, biscuits, pizza...). The key ring for the bathroom keys is absolutely curious 🤣.

OMG! We didn’t expect to find such a place with offers as gluten free choices of Arancini, and other forms of pastry.
And, Tasty!
Before ordering, please follow the rules to take a number ticket at door. Some people were so confused and stuck in shop to block the traffic 🤦🏼♂️
The girl who took our order was so lovely. Making sure we are ordering gluten free food, and told us how long we should wait, and remembered how we look like so she’s able to locate us when we were waiting outside.
If you are celiac visiting Taormina, you got 1 more place to go.
My celiac partner has no reactions at all so we are sure it’s safe.
Experience a delightful atmosphere with exclusive dishes, attentive service, and a focus on quality ingredients—definitely worth a visit!

We had lunch in this restaurant on Easter Sunday and the experience was truly excellent. The same menu, carefully prepared and delicious, was also served to our celiac son, with the utmost attention to safety and without any difference in the dishes. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very attentive to everyone's needs. Impeccable service and exceptional food, both in quality and presentation. Well done!

Last night my boyfriend and I discovered this wonderful restaurant in the center of Trapani, as it promised to provide the entire menu with a gluten-free option. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the dishes, always revisited in a modern key, by the excellent welcome of the staff who, in addition to being highly trained, made us feel at ease; all surrounded by an excellent wine list and a worthy location. Highly recommended restaurant.

Excellent place-workshop where you can eat both snack food and gluten-free desserts with various lactose-free options.
We tasted both the arancino and the tuma-broccoli squash and a good potato pizza. Everything excellent. Very courteous staff. There is a table outside for eating. Excellent alternative for celiacs, lactose intolerants and others!
Known for its exceptional toast and diverse toppings, this spot is a go-to for satisfying cravings without the fuss.

Pros: They actually had a gluten-free option, and it was only €1.50 more than the regular one. Honestly, a win for anyone with a gluten allergy.
Cons: Where do I even start? The sandwich was tragically soggy, the filling was basically non-existent (except for the sad clump in the middle) and the flavor? Nonexistent, Ive had water that tastes more seasoned! To make matters worse, they didn’t even cut the sandwich, so eating it felt like some kind of weird food challenge. I paid €9.20 for this, and honestly? I could make a better sandwich at home blindfolded, with expired ingredients and zero effort.
The restaurant itself looks nice. The colors, the concept, all very aesthetic. But when it comes to actual food and customer service? A total letdown. And as someone who has survived hellish 10-14 hour shifts in food service, I can confidently say the server had way too much time gossiping behind the counter instead of actually doing their job.
In the town hall square of Favignana, a reference bar for breakfast, aperitif and snack. Here I was able to eat a perfect gluten free cannoli (I have never eaten such good ricotta) and I also really appreciated the aperitif with gluten free bruschetta with cherry tomatoes, oregano and various parts of the tuna (heart, mushy, pussy) also in the Tonnara version, with bottarga. Gluten-free Peroni beer. Prices a little high but generally in line with those of the island. Friendly and attentive service also explaining the possibility of contamination and indicating gluten-free items, such as the aperitif chips. Thank you very much because you made my stay in Favignana really tasty!
On holiday in Ragusa I went to this shop on the recommendation of a friend. The place is very nice and welcoming. Mrs. Serena is extremely kind. I purchased a focaccia and some brown rice and sorghum bread. I hadn't eaten such good focaccia since I was diagnosed with celiac disease 15 years ago. Even the bread was no exception, I was only sorry not to have purchased other products but I thought I could return, which was not possible. It's a shame that I don't have such a laboratory in my city of residence. Congratulations to Serena!!!

Beautiful place, welcoming and menu for all palates and above all gluten free... I suggest good and above all being able to draw the placemats while waiting for the sandwich... certainly the colors for the children but we adults had fun... too bad they threw away the drawing by mistake....🫣😅

The best gluten free panettone I've ever eaten, too bad it's far from Palermo, but we'll definitely find a way, it's really worth it.... Congratulations for the love you put into making people who have gluten problems happy. I've tried other pastry shops, but you are the best.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Very friendly service. There's oat milk and gluten-free toast and a gluten-free muffin. The lattemaciato with oat milk was very good. There is also brown sugar, which tastes delicious with the milk foam. I'd love to come back.

We ordered a variety of dishes to try, but it was extremely disappointing. The pasta tasted like gluten-free cardboard, and the sauces felt like a confused attempt at fusion — neither bold nor balanced. Some plates looked like they came straight from a cafeteria tray. Honestly, I’m still bitter about the whole experience.

It's a plus that they have gluten-free options, but it's a pity that these are usually store-bought, hermetically packed products that are unwrapped a moment before and topped with cream. I understand that it has to be this way for safety reasons, but it can certainly be served in a better way than simply pouring a little sauce on it.

Great delicatessen and restaurant with house made bread (non house made gluten free bread available for sandwiches). The restaurant has a great variety of food options good for those that are gluten free or vegetarian. Kind staff and very reasonable prices and the food is filling and healthful. To try a variety, get the mixed plate option.
