Don’t go here if you have any serious food allergies. I explained my anaphylactic wheat & shellfish allergy to the waitress. Ordered a burger without a bun. My burger came out with a bun on it. She assured me it’s ok because it’s gluten free. When in fact there is a possibility it is not since I don’t know the ingredient list. Hence why I ordered it without a bun. The food runner assured me it was okay he would make it right. They took my plate to the back only to just simply remove the bun and bring it back to me. I’m sure you can guess crumbs still remained on the burger. Yes, indeed they did. This place doesn’t take your allergy seriously or understand the importance of a guest feeling confident enough they’re being listened to. How do I know then what even happened in the kitchen if I’m treated that way in person? Will never eat at one of these restaurants again.

Potter was our server and she was phenomenal. Very personable and attentive to our food allergies. We have been to the Hard Rock Cafe on several occasions and have never been disappointed in the service or the food! We are so grateful that they have a gluten free menu and designated gluten free fryer so we can still enjoy the Hard Rock experience and their delicious burgers and bbq.

The food was amazing. Parking lot at the mall was pretty full but we only had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The services was great. There were multiple gluten free options and I got a gluten free pasts. My girlfriend got the fried chicken Cobb salad. We both of course has cheesecake. I got a gluten free chocolate cheesecake and it was heavenly. Our server Tyan was very friendly and helped with my gluten free needs. We will return again soon. There's a pretty good selection of food. The price is fair considering it's location. We didn't have to wait too long before being seated and our stroller was accommodated for. There are some gluten and dairy free options for those who need that consideration.

Great burger. The veggies are fresh, the flavor is amazing, and they do gluten free! I told the chef I have celiac and he cooked my burger separately. They have gluten free buns, the cheese sauce is gluten free, and they have tater tots for us gluten free folks! Would highly recommend. It was an experience.

The food is hot & fresh! This is not fast food and a fresh breath of air. I'll never need nor return to fast food after finding this delightful place to dine. You can order at the table and they take it to you. The veggie burger, gluten free bun, grilled chicken sandwich and soft serve ice cream are fantastic! I didn't care for the older music but the food is worth it.

This place is such a great amenity for Cabana Bay. There is something for everyone. My wife has a gluten allergy and the chef prepared her a meal to accommodate her dietary needs. WE ate two meals here during our stay. I had churrasco beef and then the super salad. My wife had gluten free pizza and gluten free chicken nuggets. The salad was probably the best salad I have had in a very long time and felt like a great value at under $10. The gluten free chicken nuggets were top notch. Glad to report that my wife had no adverse reactions after eating here. Don't make a special trip here if you are not staying on property, but if you are there take advantage of the options.

This location is excellent for gluten free! They offer Udis gf bread, they change their gloves and clean everything down. All without a fuss which is so appreciated! The sandwich was delicious and the service was great!

I sat down here with my five friends. My food came out and tasted good, but my poor friends did NOT have the same experience. The cookie did not even taste like cookie. The seating is horrible, it’s strange and unlike any other place. My friend with celiac got a massive amount of tater tots. She didn’t eat them because she didn’t know if they were safe. She paid tons of money for an L rizz meal… her grilled cheese was bad too. The cookie from earlier? Oh yeah, RAW. Might as well run behind the counter and munch on a handful of raw cookie dough. My other friend didn’t even GET her food. Very homophobic. Smh. Not the mention, the waitresses had negative aura points for not even giving good service. Do NOT munch here.
