Had a great evening. My husband got the fish fry, I got the Island stir fry with seared tuna. We also ordered hurricane cocktails and seasoned fries. Everything was fabulous. They are a 100% gluten-free restaurant. It's peaceful, comfortable and relaxing. Lots of outdoor seating in warmer weather. Nice addition to Wauwatosa. I like quirky and different so this place is my jam.

Everyone was very accommodating and their baked goods are delicious. Everything's gluten free and some things have a mix of allergen free stuff. We could use one of these in Minnesota!

If you are looking for an incredible dinner experience this is your place. The food is so good from the starters to dessert they make sure all details are taken care of. The service is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable and does a great job of working with you to find the perfect dish for your enjoyment. The owners are very active and are fantastic. They are concerned with your dining experience and they engage with their patrons and get to know their customers. The pizza is so good and they use Italian imported 00 flour that those with gluten sensitivity can enjoy with no issues. The gluten free pasta is very good and I’m a huge fan of the carbonara. If you haven’t tried this amazing speakeasy with great music and old movies playing in the background to enhance your dining experience you have to get here - make sure you get a reservation before you come.

Staying in a hotel on the next block and stumbled across this place. It was AMAZING! If you’re Gluten Free know that they have GF buns and crackers so most of the menu items can be adjusted. Loved this place. Will definitely be back.

Food was phenomenal. Absolutely appreciated the variety in the menu vegan and gluten free options. Waiting times were a little long but I think that speaks to how good the food was and how busy they were. Despite the long wait, service was great. Warm and friendly. Our server Jessica was great.

My wife and I tried Archives for lunch while staying in Lake Geneva for our anniversary. Food was fresh and delicious! We tried the chicken tenders, cheese curds, chicken sandwich, and homemade chips. They feature homemade sauces and dips as well. The best part was the gluten free options for my wife as she has celiac. Even the beer battered fried options were gluten free (gf beer used in the batter). She doesn't get to have fried foods out often, so it was a special treat! Excellent service as well! I also appreciated the chilled glass brought out for my beer, nice touch! We would definitely recommend this, and will go back!

Everything is Gluten-Free and if it's also dairy free, it's plainly marked. The cookies were both, they reminded me of "Crumble Cookies" and were amazing! Yumm! I also got some sprinkled donuts. It's so wonderful to be able to buy something pre-made from a Bakery and not worry about my allergies. We ordered a birthday cake, too!

Wonderful GF bakery. A wide variety of items to choose from; fresh and frozen. Breads, bars, cookies, pies, cakes. Not what you find in the frozen section of a grocery store. Being celiac I don’t have to worry about cross contamination! The staff were friendly and helpful!

Hands down the best place for dinner we have gone to in years. The amount of food you get for the price is amazing. The food is amazing. The service is amazing. Our server, Brooke was super friendly and helpful, she was an absolute gem to have serve our table. All the way from helping describe drinks, with samples, to ordering our food and making sure we comfortable. They have 4 dedicated gluten free fryers and a ton of gluten free options on the menu. Qe will definitely be making this restaurant a regular visit.

Had the best breakfast! Everything was so creative and unique. Also appreciated that there were so many items that could be made gluten-free (I’m not GF, but have a number of friends/family members that are, and often struggle to find places to go). We were on vacation in the Madison area and happened to find this restaurant. It was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was simple but had amazing flavor. It was fun to try new food. It’s by far the BEST food I’ve had at any restaurant in a long time. We shared the Pabellón and arepas with shredded chicken and avocado so we could try two different dishes. I couldn’t stop saying how good the food was! The arepas were my favorite. I eat gluten free and dairy free and the guy at the counter was super helpful giving me multiple options and suggestions. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer so I felt very safe eating here. We can’t wait until we’re back in Madison so we can eat here again!

What I love most about The Bar is their celiac friendly menu. I took my daughters (who were visiting) on July 5th, one of the busiest times of the year and yes there was an expected wait but the Hostess, Susan was the most gracious person even though it was insanely busy!! She greeted with a smile and never once lost her cool!! We have eaten at the Craftsman many times! Not only because the atmosphere is trendy, modern and refreshing from all the others but the food is great. More importantly the women in my family have Celiacs and GI and this place is safe for us!! they offer delicious GF options and they use a separate fryer! We have had their parmesan/truffle tater tots, burgers, flatbreads, Nashville hot chicken and tacos—everything was delicious. Our server was a gem!! Also very gracious during a horribly busy time—I wish I could remember her name but she was an adorable young lady with reddish hair that she wore in pigtails. She was very attentive and kind!! Craftsman has a winning combination—great good, great staff and great atmosphere!! Did I mention they support and honor our Vets!!!

We are local and have been coming here for about a year. I can't say enough about the atmosphere, pizza quality, and service! If it were a bit closer, we'd probably get their pizza twice as often. My wife has a restrictive diet, being gluten-free and cow dairy-free, and this is her favorite pizza in the world. The updated menu for Summer 2025 looks great!!! But our favorite pizza, the Tri-Pie is gone off the official menu 😢. Hoping we can get close to recreating it with the ingredients they have as a custom pie. 🤞 A++ regardless! 🤤

Oh wow, if you haven’t dined here before, you have missed a lot! Get Real has the best tasting, most fresh ingredients of any restaurant in the area. I’ve ordered lunch 2 days in a row - egg salad special, the melted tuna and smoothies - truly delicious. The atmosphere is wonderfully simple - just find a table, order at the counter and they bring your meal. In addition, they circle back a couple times to make sure you’re happy. They cater to different dietary needs - gluten free, vegan, vegetarian and lactose intolerant. In addition, their bacon is incredible! And, it’s located on the coolest block in Sturgeon Bay, with many great shops next door. Come hungry - the plates are big.

First of all the menu offers Gluten free options toast, pancakes, and their in house blend is awesome!! I had the eggs , chicken sausage and GF toast. The eggs were scrambled perfectly and the chicken sausage was deliciously homemade. I love when my sausage has the crisp on the outside and the tender inside my sons ordered the simple crepes and pol canto omelette. They both said the pancakes and crepes were great, especially since the syrup is 100% Wisconsin Maple Syrup (no high-fructose corn syrup). Great place for a delicious and healthy breakfast.

My daughter (who has celiac disease) and I went to Cooper's Hawk for dinner on the 4th of July. With a reservation, we were seated immediately and provided excellent service by Miss Ori. There is an extensive gluten-free menu, and the food was delicious. This restaurant is great for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity as well as those of us without. It was a great dining experience!

A celiac's dream bakery! My husband and I stopped here on our way to Chicago and we're so impressed! Friendly staff, quality food and so many options for me! Normally I have one, maybe two options available to me being Celiac, but I had a hard time choosing here. Settled on GF ricotta pancakes with salmon on the side. Yummo!

Cute place with a clearly labeled menu for gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. Many options for all of them. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and patient with questions about food allergies. I felt very safe eating here with celiac disease and even enjoyed chilaquiles for the first time in 20 years! It was full of flavor and freshness! Fresh squeezed orange juice too! My favorite breakfast I’ve gotten probably ever!

The gluten-free breakfast burritos basically got me through COVID. Delicious potatoes, eggs, cheese, bacon. They are best enjoyed on the shores of Lake Mendota with the accompanying salsa.

My wife and I have been here numerous times. Sometimes alone for a date night or with our kids (one of whom has Celiacs) and with friends as well. We have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is fun yet chill. The food is excellent and has gluten free options. The service has always been friendly, fast and helpful. It is a go to for upscale pub food with a wonderful selection of their own craft beers. Highly recommend for sure.

Phinn, Will, and Maddie are the best! Food was great, there’s really no where else to go for a consistently good burger and fries at a this price point. As a celiac I also appreciate that everyone from the servers to the kitchen staff understand and take the request seriously. Chill atmosphere and laid back place to just have a meal with top notch service when you don’t feel like making your kitchen dirty but you are starving. Tip: if you are using the allergy/vegetarian menu it outs way easier to scan the barcode on the menu to access instead of the table kiosk

Intereseting concept: Converted canning operation building. Pleasant atmosphere. Loud, but not so much that we could not hold a conversation. Cool reception at best at front door. No one smiling. Hostest was utilitarian; not warm or engaging at all. Waitress was very friendly and warm. Great first contact and initial follow through. Started to slip after that. Ordered appetizer fries. We are glutten free and were assured that they had a seperate fryer for such. Meal arrived, but not the appetizers. We asked and Waitress appologized, went to kitchen, and immediatly returned with the fries. Having an order come that fast (and being as warm as they were) made us worry as to whether this was the gluten free order, or just a regular order grabbed to save time. We risked it, and fortuantely they proved to be the G-frees. We lacked some silverware and needed more napkings - it took a while for us to flag our Waitress down to request them. We also had to wait longer than we expected for drink refills. Food was hot and tastey. Nice selection offered on the menu. When we left, no one offered a "thanks for coming" comment of any type...just looks of acknowlegement that a customer was leaving. The atmosphere and food will bring us back, but if you like a more personalized experience - unless you know someone to ask for specifically, be prepared for a bit of a let down.
