I accompanied my celiac father to try this oven, he was almost moved when he tasted your products. Excellent donuts and focaccias, very similar to traditional ones.

Very good food, friendly service, Ribollita the best I've ever eaten. Upon arrival, you will receive free bread, a glass of Proseco and a small dessert at the end. One of the few restaurants with a gluten-free menu. I will definitely come back here.
Step into a world of delightful pastries with a unique charm, offering a fantastic variety that caters to everyone’s sweet cravings in a cozy atmosphere.

Excellent gluten-free pastries of all types. They manage to make crumbly dough like few others, it's the discovery that made me digest life as a celiac the most. Elegant, precious place, but with normal prices for the quality.

After months of a gluten and lactose free diet I managed to eat two sheets of exceptional cream and cream and apple... I couldn't help myself from eating the second one.
It is a beautiful, clean, tidy place with attention to detail....thanks to all the staff.

As I recently learned, the venue also offers the possibility of hosting class groups for lunch, offering rock history lessons in the previous two hours. I accompanied a high school class to a lesson in English on the history of the Beatles (the other proposals were The history of rock and Women's rock). The two-hour lesson with a tour of the venue and the presentation of the memorabilia donated or purchased by the Rock Caffè of Florence, was held by a passionate musician named Jacopo who was able to captivate the group by alternating news in English or Italian with the listening to songs from the period. The environment is very welcoming and so is the staff, the food is acceptable with variations for celiacs and attention to any intolerances. Included in the course is a card that offers a 20% discount for any purchases of clothing or gadgets in the store (which otherwise wouldn't be exactly cheap). In short, overall it was a positive and fun experience to try at least once. Advised.

Very small wine bar which offers cuisine with many vegan and gluten-free options, the welcome is warm, the food good and the wines recommended to us were delicious. Very nice to find a small, less touristy place in the historic center of Florence, I recommend if you are sensitive to this kind of atmosphere!

Pressed there daily! I had a sandwich that had too much sauce on it - while the sandwich was fresh and delicious too much oily sauce made feel a bit nauseous. The fresh green refreshing juice fixed it for me. They also have small vegan bites with no sugar, gluten, and refined sugar. Totally worthy spot if you’re trying to cut down on calories or just looking for something healthy and light.

It is rare to find a place that makes both vegan and gluten free food. At RAW they don’t just do that: they will blow your mind! The freshness of the ingredients and the genius combinations of flavors were such a surprise. The raw base pizza was delicious. If I was living in Florence I’d be here everyday.

A great Italian restaurant with indoor as well as a beautiful outdoor patio for seating!! The staff were very friendly and helpful! I told them I had celiac and they told me that they could make GF pasta for me and showed me which sauces I could choose from. I ended up getting Paccheri Cacio e Pepe which is a cheese and black pepper sauce.

Normal sandwiches have a tourist price. I came because they had gluten-free bread but the price was too expensive for two mini sandwiches with supermarket bread. If you go for gluten-free, nothing recommended :(

Excellent place outside the center for a coffee break or for a brunch if you want to escape the chaos of the city.
Friendly waiters and speak English very well.
Prices quite high, but the quality of the food was good.
There are vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options.
Fast service times even though the place was full.
IMPORTANT: they don't take reservations so you have to go by chance and sometimes wait your turn. The place is quite small, but welcoming.
The only sore point, at the end of our brunch, since there is a need to "repay", they brought the bill to the table as an invitation to hurry up and leave...

My partner chose this place mainly because she has a strong gluten intolerance and at Rooster Cafe there is a large variety of gluten-free dishes. It's a shame that yesterday for lunch he was served a standard burger despite having asked for a gluten-free burger.
The waitress noticed the mistake and added the cost of the sandwich, but unfortunately my partner was very ill all day.
It takes more attention when serving food in a restaurant, and luckily my partner is not celiac.......
With an incredible variety of dishes and a warm vibe, it's a must-visit spot in Florence that keeps drawing people back for an unforgettable experience!

Read online that they had gluten free croissants, but it's not worth the detour if you ask me. The croissants were very dry and not tasteful. My parents - who do eat gluten - had a great breakfast though. Nice staff and plenty of choice (if you eat gluten).

Perfect lunch - amazing service and something for everyone… gluten free dishes for the coeliac; salmon and avocado poke bowl for dad, burger and fries for the boys and salami platter for the girl who’s always hungry but never wants to eat anything… and beers and Aperol spritz. Very happy family.

Wonderful casual restaurant in Florence. The ambiance is wonderful, the food is delicious and the people are just the kindest you'll ever meet! Several gluten-free options. My spouse and I went there 5-6 times during our five day visit for breakfast, brunch or dinner. By the time our time in Florence was over, we felt that we had become friends with several people at Samambaia. Meeting them was a highlight of our time in Florence!
