This coffee is a gem for those looking for desserts that are gluten-free and sugar-free, but delicious and with healthy ingredients. Their cakes and pastries are incredible, and the homemade almond milk coffee is next level. They also sell a sugar-free chocolate made with only two ingredients, delicious! The owner is charming, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and I even bought her recipe book. I wish there were more places like this. Highly recommended!

I was in a pinch for time and needed gluten free food so I found this place. I told them I had celiac, and they spoke to the kitchen to do their best to limit cross contamination but didn’t seem confident. I had faith as they were my only option. I got the vegetarian paella which I loved. Especially the plant based meat substitute! And I felt great after! My friends loved their pizza as well

Even though they have marked so many items as gluten-free, NOTHING is adapted for Coeliac because everything is cross contaminated (written in teeny tiny at the bottom of one of the menu pages). So we came here thinking we’ll be able to eat, and did not find a single item. No time left for anything else before our train… That’s not ok!

The interior is bright, with simple but tasteful furnishings, ideal for a leisurely breakfast, brunch or working on your laptop. But during busier hours, the space can be quite small and noisy. The menu is focused on healthy, vegetarian and vegan cuisine, and offers, for example, avocado toast, falafel bowls, smoothie bowls or homemade pancakes. The offer of gluten-free options will also please you. All the dishes are tastefully prepared and the portions are adequate - neither small nor excessively large. Drinks such as matcha latte, fresh juices or selected coffee complete the overall impression of a quality brunch. The staff is mostly nice and helpful, although at peak times the service can seem a bit slow. Prices are in line with Barcelona standards - around 10-15 euros per meal. The advantage is a good location close to the center and tourist attractions. I recommend Nonna's Brunch to everyone who likes light, modern cuisine and a pleasant environment.

Incredible site and unbeatable service! The food and drinks have been delicious: the small ones, the arepas, the banana chips, the chocolate cake for dessert, the panela (drink)... But above all, the attention they have given us has been great. Super attentive and friendly. They even gave us a piece of cake because it was my birthday!!! On the other hand, there were many vegan and gluten-free options, which was also great (I'm a vegetarian). In terms of price, we ate plenty of leftovers for about €16, having ordered starters to share and an arepa + drink. We will repeat 100% sure 😊👏.

So, yes, the staff takes it time here, but I find it quite healthy & refreshing, actually. They're really nice & give GREAT recommendations. The patatas bravas are REALLY good, but the Mango Ceviche is even better! (mixed together, it's DA BOMB!!! 🔥) Can't wait to try the gluten-free pizza!

I came for the gluten free cakes. They had 4 different cakes. I tried two: the portions are medium to small, could be a little bigger, but they are delicious. My lover tried the one with gluten and he loved them, one of the best he ate. Next time in Barcelona this is our bakery stop. I sincerely recommend. There are two tables inside where you can sit with your laptop (but I don't remember if they have a socket nearby) because we sat at the tables outside. The coffees and hot chocolate are also very delicious!! Good job!

We hosted a company dinner with about 65 people, and with all the complications that comes with it, the staff at Antonio's were flexible and very pleasant throughout. Quick responses, they give options for vegetarians, vegans, coeliacs and other allergies and they take care to separate everything well. We had a good dinner and a lot of it! Starters to share, with veggie and gluten-free alternatives. Free bar of wine, sangria, beer and water during the meal. Very good organization, with so many people I was afraid there would be problems, but everything went smoothly and everyone was able to enjoy their dinner. Highly recommended, definitely to go back if we organize another group outing (or including a small committee!). Many thanks to all the waiters who served us, for their patience and good disposition!

If i can give half of 1 star I would, slow service, waiters gossip between each other instead of solving the problem right away they seem not to know what to do. Fries are almost 2€ and is the first thing they bring without salt, pepper or sauces, plus they bring them cold. I ordered the cheese lover burger gluten free, my family order other burgers which they seem to be just fine, mine was a joke!!!!! The bread comes in a bag warm, in plastic!!!! The meat was smaller than 5cm,like for a kid, no lettuce, no tomatoes which is on the pictures, offering 4 types of cheese and they bring just 1 slice of chedar and bree cheese, when the burger they offer has 4 kinds of cheese, including a bluee cheese sauce!!! I return the burger obviously, don't waste your money of time in this place. Is a Joke!!

Real nice place, very close to SAGRADA Familia. The staff is really prepared on gluten free options. Some tapas and all paellas are gluten free. Side note: waiters are pretty pushy about getting your plates even when you’re not finished yet. But maybe it’s just rush hour on a Saturday.

I went to debbys on my last day in Barcelona. It's a cute little vegan cafe with a view of a park outside. Honestly, I wish I had gone there again. The lovely lady who served us didn't know any English, but we were able to communicate using my little words of catalan and Google translate. I had actually found this cafe through Google reviews so I had done my research on what I wanted. Unfortunately the menu had changed but she said it wasn't a problem and would make what I wanted. My partner opted for croissant with fruit and cream. And I had a gluten free toast with mushrooms and Avocado (with a beautiful dressing). We both had hot chocolate and she asked what milk we wanted. We had cows milk. I'd love to go again when in Barcelona!

Beautiful place, both the terrace and the interior. It's a shame that they told us that without a reservation we could only be inside and throughout the dinner there was always at least one free table on the terrace. Very delicious food and price in line with quality and location. The girl who served us was lovely. I liked the homemade kimchi and the vegan burger. They have “cold press” juices, I liked the Luna. In general healthy dishes, with local products, some vegan and many gluten-free.

Friendly staff will help you with your choice ;) beware the standard for an espresso is double :) their cakes are generally nice, but the gluten free orange and pistacchio cake is insane. Get it even if you can eat gluten, as the taste is wonderful!

My friends and I chanced on this place as we were looking for gluten free options. We were blown away by the healthy wholesome breakfast, sunny vibes and great music. The service was friendly and we loved it so much that we returned the next day for breakfast (we normally try different places). Maybe not the cheapest, but greay start to our day.
