After 2 days of hardly finding any gf food to eat, I found this place and it was SO delicious!!! I ordered a veggie omelet and gf pancakes and I almost cried it was so flavorful and filling. Absolutely fantastic.

Great gluten free burgers and buns. I use to love to go here for the dedicated gluten free fryer. However, on my last visit, that changed. The fries are now made in a shared fryer. But the burgers, wings and salads are amazing!

The other Paia fish market on the island is far superior in taste, quality, and service. This paia however was really bad. We found hair in our food, our order was incorrect THREE TIMES. They did not take our food allergy concerns seriously when we returned the food back. The lady taking orders obviously hates her job. Service was very slow. Management needs to step up at this location & take things seriously. But we still love fish Paia, just not this location. Rice was not cooked properly or flavorful. Fish was cooked perfectly though. We hope this review is seen and taken seriously as we are repeat customers and love to support local businesses that offer gluten free and dairy free options.

Love this place. Plenty of good gluten free options that are clearly labeled on the menu. The macadamia crusted mahi is amazing and so is the chowder. On my last visit, they had a promotion where they would match up to $50 off your meal if you donated to the Hawaii food bank.

Such a cool place to eat! I got a spinach bagel made on gluten free bread that was a little disappointing because it wasnt super flavorful, but my husband got the pineapple pizza on gluten free crust and that was super good! I appreciate there being gluten free options! They will make the bagels or sandwiches with gluten free bread! And they play hawaiian Jesus music and they just put on such a nice atmosphere here. :) this place deserves more business!

If I could do negative stars, I would. Story time. Husband & I chose this place for the gluten free burger bun option. We went to a previous restaurant that we thought was GF, it was unfortunately not. Husband already ordered/recieved his food to go. We explained this to the host & asked permission to bring husband's food in so that I could order and eat with him - THE HOST AGREED AND SAT US! We were then harassed by both the sever & manager seperately about the outside food. We explained to them both we were here for the gluten free option, and husband would order drink(s) ect. Didn't stop the manager from being rude to us AFTER we already explained our situation and were seated without resistance. As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years, I was appalled. Train your staff better; don't agree to seat customers who are being transparent and then harass them anyways.
Don't spend your money here.
Famous for its vibrant smoothie bowls and fresh ingredients, this trendy spot offers generous portions and a lively atmosphere, though prices are on the high side.
A vibrant spot with a massive menu, great outdoor seating, and generous portions perfect for sharing—definitely a favorite for travelers!

One of my top choices of coffee shops in Hawaii for hot Kona coffee. There was already a long line at 8am, however the staff worked efficiently to keep the line moving. Order ahead option is available with online menus. It would be helpful to have separate beverage only and food lines as well. This Waikiki location has gluten free and plant based menus. Highly recommend!

I chose to dine here on April 6 based on reviews about allergy accommodation, but unfortunately left very disappointed.
The restaurant was unusually busy (as the owner mentioned), with what seemed to be just the owner cooking and one staff member at the front. Upon ordering, I clearly communicated that I was Celiac and also had peanut and tree-nut allergies. My partner and I were sharing our meals, so the allergy note was requested for both bowls. The lady suggested we order a drink while we wait for our food, which my partner did.
After a 45-minute wait, our meals arrived but with substitutions (sides doubled up as they ran out of what we ordered) that were not communicated. I found sliced almonds in one of my sides, despite my allergy. After 10 mins of waiting for someone to be available, I asked the owner to clarify if there was nuts in any of the sides, he admitted there were almonds and possibly walnuts in the soba or brussel sprouts and explained there was no allergy note on the order. While he was very nice and apologetic, no solution was offered, and I was left with nothing safe to eat. We also did not receive the drink until after our food was served, what was the point of ordering the drink then?
To make matters worse, the front-of-house staff was visibly overwhelmed and unwelcoming. There was no effort made to notify customers about substitutions, reservation/order cancellations, or delays—something I witnessed multiple guests frustrated over.
For a restaurant that promotes itself as allergy/diet preference-aware, this experience was unacceptable. We left our $47 meals untouched and went elsewhere.
A chill spot in a mall with tasty customizable burgers, quick service, and comfy indoor/outdoor seating.

You can choose as you like.
You can also order your favorite burger.
This time I made a gluten-free teriyaki burger 🍔🍟🥤
You can also choose how well the patty is cooked.
If you don't like red, try medium rare.
Because it's quite rare
Well done might be fine!
The shake is not sweet either
And above all, the staff
Extremely kind
We shared one burger.
They cut it neatly and divided it into pieces.
Are you okay forever? Are you okay? delicious?
Can you go? He asked me 😊
Potato 🍟 is also super delicious 🍟

It's so hard to find a great pizza place that also offers a gluten free crust alternative that also tastes amazing! It's incredibly tasty and has the perfect crunch. Even my non gluten free family members loved the cauliflower crust. Also- the Kale salad is one of the best salads I've ever had. I love salads, but somehow this one took kale (which can be hot or miss) to the next level. The service was amazing - both times we came here. Highly recommend for everyone.

Lacking Gluten Free options. Get with the times 604! No GF bread, no corn chips, no corn tortillas, no dedicated fries, and no GF pasta.
Celiacs are no longer stuck with reataurants who just want to offer salad or burgers with no bun. It isn't hard to accommodate and isn't expensive. Had GF waffles, muffins, and bread at Four Seasons and then came here - sad.

Gluten free and dairy free options in hawaii! The garlic fries are A MUST TRY!! We hope more dairy free and gluten free options will be added to the menu! The marlin fish was delicious! Hoping they can modify the sauce to be dairy free in the future as we were told it would have made the dish even more delicious. Great service great atmosphere. The pickled egg was SO GOOD!! Thank you for offering gluten and dairy free options!!

I just love this place! First and foremost the staff is amazing, I came here with my 9 month old and my hands were full, and I believe the employee’s name was Daryl, he went out of his way to help me. I couldn’t have been more grateful…this isn’t off that one experience, I’ve been here nearly everyday for a month. The staff here is very kind, and the atmosphere is great!
The coffee never disappoints, and being that I’m gluten free, there aren’t many options, but the ones I do have are amazing.
Highly recommend their cappuccinos, and their gluten free almond cake, and their gluten free chocolate caramel dome.
Experience top-notch service and deliciously accommodating dining options, perfect for special occasions in an upscale setting.

Celebrated our anniversary here and Roy’s was lovely.
The food is was amazing, as well as the service.
Made reservations, as most places in Honolulu need a reservation to get in and there was a slight wait to our table.
The misoyaki butterfish was succulent and delicious.
The carpaccio, tataki, and poke was refreshing.
They were able to accommodate our dietary needs for gluten free.
Keep room for desserts at the end. They also gave us ice cream at the end for our celebration.
Breathtaking views, live music, and unique flavors create a memorable vibe, making this popular spot a must-visit in Waikiki.

We have loved coming to Duke’s for years. Our family of 11 made reservations and I was skeptical I would be able to find anything to eat with them because my baby has a ton of food allergies. Thankfully I brought her own food, but was still amazed I could find anything for myself to eat that was dairy free, egg free, gluten free, nut free…
Fiodor, I hope I am spelling his name right, is incredible. He was incredibly patient with me and helped me find something to eat. His whole
service was amazing! I got the ahi with gluten free shoyu and white rice substituted. It tasted incredible! Instead of ordering something bland with all the sauces removed I got a very tasty meal. I was very thankful for that.
The negative is for $49 it was only three small pieces of ahi. While I thoroughly enjoyed it, I was really hungry by the time we got home. For $49 you should really not go away hungry. The other dishes had plenty of food. Duke’s and really all of Waikiki has gotten so expensive though and they seem to have removed more affordable options from the menu. My cousin was bragging about the burgers and brown lager and neither are on the menu anymore. His prime rib was good, but really lean, not much fat. My husband’s huli huli chicken was fine, nothing special, but $30 something. The hula pie is to die for though. I went for a walk on the beach while they enjoyed their pie and get a break from the noise. It is very noisy under the roof area and with the loud music. It is way less noisy if you can sit in the lower outdoor area with no roof. Not sure how to get reservations down there. We have never gotten the privilege to eat in that area. Of course it is a breathtaking setting. We would go again for lunch or if the food at that price were more worth it or if they expanded their menu. The quality is fine, but not worth it at that price point. You are paying to sit on Waikiki and if that is worth it then go for it.
Nestled by the beach, this spot boasts live music, unique smoothie presentations, and a diverse menu to satisfy everyone’s cravings!

CELIAC REGRETS. Beautiful place, fun atmosphere, SUPER UNINFORMED staff. My gluten intolerant family member with celiac disease ordered a burger with gluten free bun. The apparently mostly teenage staff didn't know enough to warn her that there is flour IN the burger?? What kind of recipe is that?? WHY would you offer GF bun for wheat-containing patty? She felt an allergic-like reaction in her mouth a few bites in, so I went to ask about the ingredients of the burger. The cashier had to check with everyone else in the joint to find the ingredients. Only the cook seemed to know that the burger was not GF...why would you put a gluten-containing patty on a gluten-free bun?? I see that this is definitely not our smartest moment for not checking the ingredients/reviews beforehand or for trusting the non-dedignated gf menu, but this place is also irresponsible for putting allergens into a dish that shouldn't contain gluten to begin with. She will be in horrible pain all week, so much so that we might have to change our flight dates so she's not sick on the plane.

Best gluten free waffles I’ve ever eaten in my entire life!! However, a breakfast for myself, husband and our 3 kids cost us $157!! It didn’t come across as very child friendly, however, the child menu was great (for non celiacs) and the kids got good value on their meals.

I’ve had juices, smoothies, and açaí bowls here that are always on point. When I need a good, protein packed meal, the ahi sandwich on gluten free bread is does it. The bread is locally made and dressing on the side salad is house made. The staff isn’t super friendly - somewhat cliché of a yogi, college age health bar. Plus, they’re always kinda busy. I suppose when you’re this healthy and good, you can afford to be meh.

Great find during our self driving tour. Large savory and sweet crepes in regular or gluten free (buckwheat flour). Both made on the same griddle though. Enjoy if you are not super sensitive. Coffee, smoothies, and more. Order at the counter, and they bring it to you. Little place, not fancy, quick service.
A restaurant located on a pier should be able to cook fish. That was not our experience. My husband ordered the double fish burger without the bun as he is celiac. The burgers were dry. I ordered the swordfish which is served with mashed potatoes, green beans and carrots. The fish was dry. The potatoes were good and the vegetables were okay. Service was fine, not special. The saving grace was the entertainment. Nice Hawaiian music and we had a great table next to the outside wall so we had a view of the harbor.

I came to the store on the bus number 2 after KCC market on Saturday. It was crowded with locals and tourists from mainland America, but we were able to be guided right away.
The staff worked very efficiently, and everyone was friendly and nice!
The breakfast menu is very different from Denny's in Japan. This chain store is very nostalgic for people who have studied abroad in the United States. Overall, the menu is hearty, but for those over 55 years old, there is a menu with slightly smaller portions. There is also a gluten-free menu. I-Hop has gluten-free pancakes, but Denny's doesn't have gluten-free pancakes. I'm just grateful that it's displayed. The egg scramble had lots of cheese and was delicious. Of course you can get refills of hot coffee.
The restroom was also clean and I used it.

We visited this Ihop 3 days in a row. Each day we had the pleasure of Joanns company. She was absolutely amazing!! I have gluten allergies and she made sure to do everything in her power to take it safe. She also remembered mine and my husbands order after only 1 visit. I am from Canada where Ihops that are left have garbage service and food. Not here in honolulu. If we come back this will be our breakfast place. Thanks so much Joann for such an amazing breakfast experience 3 days running.
Food is good & well presented (and convenient), but the majority of the sandwiches on the board are pre-made, so if you request gluten-free bread (a reasonable +$1), they will throw away the bread from the pre-made sandwich and use the fillings. So much unnecessary food waste is disappointing, and would make me hesitant to return.
That being, my egg-provolone-spinach sandwich on sprouted grain (wheat) bread was tasty and toasty, a sandwich, what. There are also açai bowls, if that’s your thing.
Fresh and vibrant vibes with amazing açaí creations, great playlists, and a mini bar for toppings make this spot a must-visit.
