This was a great place to eat. I have celiac disease they were able to accommodate me by changing around some of the dishes to accommodate my needs and I appreciated that greatly. I would highly recommend for anyone that has celiac disease. The food was tremendous

So very accommodating of both gluten and dairy intolerances. Our server, Melanie, made sure to address these when dropping off each and every meal, acknowledging what was safe for me. For the main course, she even brought me a separate plate than my husband to ensure that I could enjoy the proteins gluten and dairy free! Amazing experience. Felt very authentic, was paced well as far as service and entertainment go.
A top-notch spot in Maui for vegan fare, known for its zero-waste efforts, eco-friendly practices, and a variety of dishes that don't skimp on flavor.

It is one of the best places for vegan and vegetarian options. It also offers a gluten-free option.

Loco Moku - Best, in my opinion

We went for happy hour and it was INCREDIBLE. Had a seat on the deck and just watched the waves. Highly recommend. They have more gluten free options at meal times but there was plenty to be had at happy hour.
They even had chicken fingers for the picky eater (2yo) in the crew.
Had a large group, our reservation was handled fantastically. All the dishes we tried were great. Had some good gluten free options. Staff was very friendly and the views were amazing.
With a chill vibe and sustainable touches, this cute spot offers fresh smoothies and wraps that keep bringing people back for more.

100% recommend especially for gluten free peeps. You can get a gluten free wrap. The smoothies are good. Acai bowls are good. We went 3 times while here in Maui. Wish we went 4 π

Love the clean ingredients of this place. They make vegan food delicious and the prices are very reasonable for such high quality food. Their refrigerated snacks donβt have added sugar (they use maple syrup) and itβs all gluten free and preservative free. I came here three times on a long weekend vacation and got their kale salad, every single protein ball (the tahini sesame one is really good,) the vegan and gluten free brownie made from oats and dates (delicious and clean,) and a third salad to take on my flight back to San Francisco. The smoothies are good too, but I think their salads are really standouts. I didnβt have room for an aΓ§aΓ bowl but they donβt add sugar to those too (they just blend berries into the aΓ§aΓ blend for sweetener) and the bowls did look amazing.
Beachfront gem with stunning views and a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for a morning hangout that leaves you feeling satisfied.

Waited for food 50 min. When we got our food, some people who came after us, finished their food, and already were leaving.
Breakfast menu is poor, specially if you don't eat pork and gluten.
Maybe lunch and dinner better.
Place itself is gorgeous, view on the ocean amazing.
Prepare for a bit of a waitβthis top breakfast spot offers a fantastic atmosphere and stunning beach views for a truly memorable brunch experience.

If you are okay to stand in line for 1.5 to 2hrs then you must go here. The food is really good. I ate the popeye and asked them to serve me without the toast as I am gluten allergic.
Service was prompt. My suggestion to would be to increase the seating capacity. Overall a great place for brunch in Maui.
Experience a beautiful dining spot with unique dishes, stunning atmosphere, and top-notch cocktails that'll make you want to stay forever.

My wife and I ate dinner and breakfast at Cane and Canoe on Nov 16 for our honeymoon. My wife requires gluten free and this restraunt was extremely accomading. Delicious gf waffles or pancakes with a great platter of fruit. We decided this was the best breakfast we had ever had so would return for dinner. With expectations high for dinner. We let them know ahead of time it was our honeymoon so they reserved the best table for us as shown in the photos. The chef gave us a complimentary veggie cup which was great. The food was delicious. I highly reccomend this restraunt for any meal. Yes the price is high but welcome to Maui lol. It's 2022 everything in the world is expensive these days. I ordered a lobster add on and it cost $40 which is reasonable for lobster in Maui. We are so pleased with our choice to stay at the montage and we are happy such a great restraunt as a go to whenever we need.

Aside from this being the best aΓ§aΓ bowl Iβve had in Maui, the people working at Baya Bowls are so nice. The woman taking our order took the time to check and then double check the ingredients on the granola when my partner mentioned a gluten and sesame allergy. Wish I could eat here every day!
Royβs Maui is NOT what it once was. Food was just Meh and the ambiance is completely dated. A member of our party has a gluten allergy and was told that the fish could be prepared GF, after getting a suggestion from the waiter of which fish to order, she then received steamed fish with a side of gf soy sauce. The fish was pretty gross and was not on par with what a meal at Royβs should be especially with the attached price tag. I wouldnβt waste my time, calories, or money on Royβs Maui.
We really loved our dinner at Son's. The view was beautiful, the food was fantastic, and our server, Sean, was terrific. Loved that the molten chocolate cake was gluten-free! Definitely a must visit!
Casual vibes with a knack for substitutions and competitive pricing make this hidden gem a must-visit for a tasty outing.

My allergies are wheat gluten dairy and soy and when I put my order in I looked at some reviews and what was the best for me. I got the catch of the day which was Mahi Mahi and they knew right away how to substitute things. Very friendly and it was very casual. My Dad got the ahi . Well priced compared to other places except this one has good reviews. Found it by accident.
Super friendly! Very knowledgeable about gluten free/celiac. They do big catering so they take allergies seriously.
Reasonable amount of food for the price. The salmon was incredible!
Amazing farm-to-cup coffee shop with knowledge, passionate staff. Everyone greats you with a smile and are happy to answer questions about local recommendations and the products they sell. Great variety of gluten-free goodies too!! [[Try the Peanut Butter Energy bites and their gluten-free granola for the Acai bowls!]]
Very good food and great service, more traditional Hawaiian cuisine. Even though they're primarily Asian-influenced, there are a few gluten free options (this is one of them) and also there's poi!
Enjoy unique, local flavors with delicious sorbets and gelatos offered through a convenient online order and pickup or delivery service.

A good friend of ours stopped by with some goodies from Maui Fruit Ninja. They have no truck or brick & mortar location but operate as a food stand at various locations around the island. Their selling point is local, dairy-free, vegan and gluten-free. I simply love it for their simplicity.
ORDERING:
Order online via their website and pickup is somewhere in Lahaina. Or, free delivery is available to the central valley with a $20 minimum purchase done on Wednesday's and Saturday's (meeting point is at Krispy Kreme in Kahului, according to their website).
FLAVORS:
Local Lilikoi Sorbet, Ube Cookies, Dragon Fruit Sorbet, Maui Mango Gelato, Coco & Cream, Pumpkin Pie, Ube Gelato, Pineapple Whip and Coconut Gelato, each sold in 1 pint containers.
THE GOODIES:
Maui Mango Gelato - $7.00
Three simple ingredients: Mango, water and coconut milk. I like mango but don't love it like some folks, but man, this was absolutely delish! Intense mango flavor with a hint of creaminess like a dreamsicle. It's not heavy or filling and not overly sweet as there is no added sugar. If Tasaka Guri Guri made a mango flavor, this would be it!
Coconut Gelato - $7.00
You got it, just three ingredients as well: Coconut meat, water and coconut milk. Had this consisted of stringy coconut meat like those found on coconut shrimp and cakes, I wouldn't have liked it. Here, the meat was pulverized to the point that all you're left with was a concentrated infusion of coconut flavors made into a smooth sherbet. Yummers.
OVERALL:
Highly recommended. I haven't done a personal order yet but will soon as I want to try that Ube Cookies flavor.
ordered gluten free granola for my acai bowl, received corn flakes and KIX cereal. That is definitely not granola AND I was charged extra for tht. π€¦π»ββοΈπ
Frequent visits are common here, thanks to the attentive vibe and the wish for an even more diverse menu to choose from.

We ate here a lot because we did not wanna leave the premises every day. The staff was absolutely as kind as they could be. Very attentive . Our only suggestion would be that they had a bigger menu for people like ourselves who ate there quite a bit. They also have gluten-free buns if you ask.
