They have a great selection of so-so donuts. The flavor is usually pretty good but they're on the hard side and, while good for dunking (if you're into that sort of thing), not as fun for eating.
Their gluten free options are very limited and under the same glass as all the others. Additionally, the nuts options are also not separated, making it harder for those with nut allergies.
I highly recommend the strawberry bismark - the almost creamy strawberry jam is delicious, sweet, and the bismark is nice and soft. Great with hot or iced coffee.
I got the oat milk iced latte and was quite pleased. My regular elsewhere is a macchiato, but their latte was plenty good as a substitute.
Donut cakes are a unique highlight here, and the outstanding flavors of the donuts keep everyone coming back for more.

Highly recommend this place. The guy working that day was super friendly. Did you know you can get a donut cake? Simply amazing!! Donuts come in 6 pack boxes, and super cute, and great flavors. I had the gluten free blue berry, and honestly I was wondering if I was tricked. Simply the best gluten free donut I’ve ever had. Great staff, great donuts. Highly recommended

Was told about this spot by one of my coworkers and will most definitely be returning! The food was superb and the menu had amazing variety (friendly for vegetarians, vegans, gluten allergies, etc.). My only qualm is the lengthy wait time to order. Looking forward to trying out more of the menu here!
Food and drinks were pretty good, for a chain. Decor and service were pretty good.
It’s easier to get a restaurant reservation than for bowling or bocce, so make sure to book that as far in advance as possible.
A good number of gluten free and vegetarian dishes.

We went here for breakfast before the Cubs game. My son was recently diagnosed with Celiacs, so we asked our server about gluten-free options. Our server, Charles, was so helpful! He helped my son find some substitutions and informed us that my son's food would be prepped on a separate space safe from gluten foods. My son loved his french toast!! It's been really hard navigating eating out and finding safe food for him, but Charles was great, and the kitchen staff was great! Thank you so much for the quick, yummy, and safe breakfast!!

Our server was very great granted this place is known for “bad” service. Equally entertaining (rude and hilarious,) but also attentive to our needs. Pretty sure they referred to themselves as “Dad”.
As a celiac, the gluten free bun and burger was out of this world. Without a doubt the best I’ve ever had! Normally I peel off the breading and just eat the burger.
My only reason for 4/5 stars was how (not) quickly everything took. There was a wait for most stuff, but overall an incredible experience. (Please note this was a holiday weekend which probably added to the extended wait on everything.)
Our server was great! (Sorry, don't remember his name.) The Chorizo & eggs are amazing! A must try! Located just blocks from Navy Pier. Lots of healthy and Gluten Free options. We visited from Milwaukee, will definitely be back.
High tech and allergy friendly! Seamless ordering on massive tablet menus, can easily add items from multiple venues before heading to the ‘stalls’ to pickup. Tons of seating on two floors and a bar on the 2nd floor. Express elevators from each floor! Menu very clearly labeled with ingredients and allergens - including gluten free soy sauce in the condiment section. Great for a business lunch during the week and surely packed on weekends with visitors.
Food may be unique and tasty, but don't expect much from the service, as it's hit or miss at this spot.

Pros: I was very happy to have a gluten free bao bun and it was very yummy!
Cons: The service was absolute trash. The person at the counter ignored me for several minutes before acknowledging me. She was very unpleasant when she took my order. While I was waiting for my order she was eating behind the counter and did not wash up before returning to the orders.
